Janice helped me through the entire process. The dealership is honest and straight forward on all pricing. They detailed any available upgrades but were not at all pushy. I purchased the Nissan Kicks as a grad school graduation present for my daughter. She absolutely loves the Kicks. Her previous vehicle was a Nissan Altima. We’ve had a wonderful experience with the Nissan line of vehicles and with the staff at Gulf Coast Nissan. Our next purchase will be with Janice.
Always wonderful! Service guy greets you right away at your car, so friendly feels like Im stopping by to visit! Correct work, issues fixed quickly and back out the door before I can finish the snack the lady inside gave me. This is faster oil change service than any jiffy lube!

Jannice was amazing. Reached out about the Pathfinder because its the exact model we had been looking at for a couple of weeks from Tyler, TX. She was quick to respond to any questions, sent videos/pictures and all information of the truck very fast. She was upfront about everything and very professional and signed on the spot and drove off with the truck we wanted.

This review is in reference to both the Toyota and Nissan parts of the gulf coast family. I have bought three vehicles from the gulf coast auto dealership. 3 times I had issues with the service Dept and once with the sales. 1 warranty issue with a failed shock on my tundra “After replacing the front shock under warranty I was advised I would have to pay for the alignment”. That didn’t make sense to me but I let it slide. My daughters Corolla went in for an inspection and when I dropped off the car they advised me it was time for an oil change. I went ahead and agreed to the oil change waited a couple hours and paid and went home. Went to take my inspection paperwork to the tax office to renew my tags only to realize they never did an inspection. Shocking because the bill was almost $80. Come to find out an oil change for a 4 cylinder Corolla is $65 plus taxes and fees! Outrageous! I take the blame for that because I should have checked pricing before agreeing. I had to go back and wait for my inspection to get done which was frustrating since that was what my original appointment was for. Most recently I had that same Corolla in for warranty work. Was given a loaner for the “24hr” time frame it would take. Was told I would receive a call when done. I dropped off Thursday evening and waited for a call. Friday no call. Saturday no call. Sunday closed. So I call Monday morning to ask what’s going on. Man I talk to says my car has been done since Friday. Already frustrated that I wasn’t called I tell the guy I’ll be there in my lunch to pick up. About 30 min later I get a call From a lady telling me the loaner was due back 3 days ago and I need to bring it back right away. I explain to her that I hadn’t received any calls. Of course she states that she’s called several times and my phone didn’t ring and never got a voicemail option. What a poor excuse. Felt like I was being accused of joy riding their super sweet Nissan Altima! Poor communication over and over again. I’ve bought a limited 4Runner, an inferno orange TRD Tundra, and a Nissan Titan XD all from gulf coast. I would have bought my daughters Corolla from them but when I went to talk price I was pretty much called a liar about a sales price I received from BCS Toyota. “There’s no way they offered you the car for that price. You should buy them all and resell them if that’s the case” how unprofessional. Nissan hasn’t been any different. Went in for warranty work on a trim piece. Only to be told “that piece has been ripped off and repaired by someone.” Crazy because this truck was purchased new and only a few months old so if it was repaired, gulf coast has some explaining to do. Going forward I’ll be using keating toyota and reliance Nissan for my maintenance and purchases.

I visited Gulf Coast Nissan Sunday 9/19/2020 and had a great experience! As soon as I pulled in Sadrac Sanchez Walked actos the lot to help my family and I. He treated my family and myself with courtesy and kindness. We test drove several vehicles he answered all our questions and had great knowledge of the various makes and models we looked at. He worked hard with us and helped get us into our new car at a price we all were happy with. Kevin the manager and rock the finance guy all helped us out. My family felt welcome and cared for. Stop by when you need a car and ask for Sadrac Sanchez. He will take good care of you. We will be back when we need a new car!! Disappointed in that I apparently was texting with a third party who gets paid to bring customers into this dealership. The numbers we discussed were no where near the reality. The trip was a waste of time and gas.

I was looking for a brand new Rouge with very specific features and a sales person who was not aggressive. My daughter recommended Gulf Coast Nissan, so I drove an hour to look at their inventory of Rouges. The entire staff was very friendly and then I spoke with my sales associate Jeremy. This young man was exceptional. Jeremy listened to what I was looking for and he went and brought up to the front door one to test drive.He did not push me or try to sell me anything that I was not interested in, yet he still informed me of features that I might miss if they were not there. I gave him a list of features that I wanted and the total amount I had available to work with, and he went to work finding what I wanted. He found it in just a day and took the time to take a video of the vehicle and sent it to me to see. Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact vehicle that I wanted and for the price I wanted to pay. Plus he was very easy to work with which made the experience wonderful.Furthermore, the entire staff at the dealership was very professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. The finance manger did a great job checking for the lowest APR for me and came within .4 percent of what he said it might be. The person who goes through all the paperwork and warranty information with you was great. The whole experience was excellent. I will be returning to Gulf Coast Nissan for all my future car purchases.

Jeremy was my dealer. Let me tell you something, these people are friendly upon entering. They work with you and have outstanding customer service! I went in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted...or so I thought. He helped me figure out that what I wanted in one car, (which was higher) I could find in another and much more affordable. I gave them a price I could work with and they figured it out from there. Also, I wanted leather seats and they helped me pick out the perfect color. Other places I went to, the employees were rude and only had set prices and they wouldn’t work with me. If you’re looking for a car, come to Gulf Coast Nissan!

My Nissan has lasted me but I contribute that to the manufacturers. When buying it used from here they didnt let me know it had been in an accident previously, it came with mix matched old tires and the battery died like a month or 2 after purchasing. I know I had another issue I just cant remember since its been over 5 yrs. Being in my early 20s when I purchased I feel they definitely took advantage, I didnt know then & bought it with high mileage for double of what it was worth because I needed a vehicle asap. Those guys in the shop are really nice though.
I was having issues with my starter and I kept getting the BCI Malfunction warning. When I called, the service person said it was probably my brake switch and that the repair would take about 1-2 hours. I took my car a little early for my 1:00 PM appt and then went and had lunch with a friend. When I returned, I waited for about 10-15 minutes and they called my name that my car was ready. It was a pleasant experience and exactly what they thought it was and it is working fine now.
I live in Northwest Houston and the hour drive is completely worth every minute. After atrocious service at another Nissan dealership near my home where they took 2 weeks and did no work on my car, the folks at Gulf Coast were able to fix all my repairs and issues in less than 3 hours. Thank you so much for your hard work, honesty, and dedication to great customer service.
Our vehicle was serviced and is operating just fine, my only issue is that I never received a phone call letting me know my car was ready. I was told that my car would be ready in two days that I would receive a call but a week went by, until I called myself and that the person told me, oh yea its been ready. But the service is nice and the repairs seemed to be fixed, only issue I had is that I had to find out myself the status of my vehicle.
My experience at Gulf Coast Nissan was a good. I would recommend it to my friends and family. It didnt take long for the paper work. Something l dont look forward to when I buy a car. Mr.Cueva was very helpful to me and friendly.
I can not say enough good things about this dealership and my experience. I purchased a car 2.5 years ago but was wanting a SUV, so of course I had to come back to the one place that made me feel like family and not just another sale. RJ and Janice are outstanding and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. There are not enough Thank You’s to give out for another great experience. Customer service is the one thing that brings people back and I will not go to anyone else (even though there is a dealership a couple miles from me- I will drive the 30 miles to get here) for my future needs. :)

Over the past several years we have purchased three vehicles from the Gulf Coast auto folks. A Camry and two Muranos. Obviously, weve had a good experience with each purchase or we would not have returned. We were treated respectfully. No pressure to buy. The prices were fair. Sales and Service were friendly and prompt. Issues dealt with quickly and competently. Follow up also excellent. Theyll probably sell us our next car.

Went for my regular oil / filter change and tire rotation on Friday 2/21 for my (2019 Nissan Murano). Scheduled my appt online Thursday night. Was met in the drive up lot by a Rep, took my name & keys and walked me to the waiting area. Returned a few minutes later informing me I had a recall on my backup camera and asked if I could wait for it to be fixed.My vehicle was ready within about an hour and a half and was washed. Appreciate the great customer service the two times I’ve been in for oil change services since my purchase in July.
Horrible experience....got the run around for 4 days and STILL haven’t given me word if I was approved or not!Communication was the worst I have EVER experienced. Even called to talk to the sales manager twice and never received a call back...typical “car salesman” mentality.Especially going through the things we are today I expected much better service, unreal! I will never recommend Gulf Auto to anyone.

The knowledge and capacity to meet the needs of the customer truly amazes me every time. Rotated tires and oil change. I told the man taking the order that the low-pressure indicator was on and please check the air pressure. He assured me they would. I picked up the car and drove about 5 minutes before the low-pressure light came on. The indicator says 25-26 lbs.I will have to get someone else to fill the tire as I am handicapped and cannot do it my self.
I brought my car in because it hesitates during acceleration. Im only upset because they were not able to determine what is causing my car to hesitate. I paid $588 for a tune up. My car still drives the same so I am not sure what the purpose of a tune up was for. Josh always handles his business when I come to have my car serviced. Overall they do good work but I am not happy with my car not being fixed or not knowing what the issue is.
I had a large amount of negative equity in my vehicle. The sales team was able to get me in the vehicle I wanted and eliminate that negative equity with rebates and dealer discounts. I feel that they worked hard for me, thank you Gabe, RJ, and Tim!
