Chris & Barry were super friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I truly appreciate them helping us find exactly what we were looking for! HIGHLY recommend Bobby Ford for any Kubota sales!
Was looking for a riding lawn mower. I called on a Saturday it was later in the day. Was trying to get credit approval did not get approved with Kubota. That is fine told them to try the other vendor they use. Never have received a call back or anything. Got a loan from my bank and went with John Deere. This explains why that lot stays full. They don’t call people back to purchase anything.
This place in Angleton is absolutely amazing!!! They do everything they can to make the customer happy. Even though they were not able to get the part needed for my mower before July, it is out of their hands and not their fault. They were so respectful and I can’t imagine getting upset because of something that is not their fault.
Ask for Garrett real deal guy didn’t try and upscale me respected what I wanted exactly and didn’t try and change my mind to make a dollar cool down to earth guy
I had an amazing experience with Bobby Ford Kubota! Brynna was so helpful! 10/10 would recommend.
Quick polite and efficient. Fastest unload in a long time. However driverways could be a little wider. Job well done
Everyone was friendly and helpful! Great facility with tons of inventory to choose from.
The inventory was good and the sales person, Garret Ghant, was knowledgeable, helpful and realistic in what was required for our use.
Sales associates are absolutely amazing!! service department absolute garbage all about the money and not about customer service!! I asked for them for 5 minutes tops of their time while picking up my other mower they wanted to charge me 70 dollar service fee!!
Garrett is a real friendly fella! Very helpful and let me ride the zero turn!
I purchased my Kubota zero turn mower from Bobby Ford when they first opened (about 5 years ago). I have been very happy with the product since I have owned it. Had a tune up done about two years ago. only coast me 135.00 dollars. Started having an issue with the starter switch and one of the rear tires going flat and needing to be inflated each time before I mowed. Had Bobby Ford come out to pick it up. They said they would do that for no cost, which I thought was good. I had asked them to do a tune up also seeing as the mower was there anyway. When I called the next day to find out when it would be done and the cost, I almost had a heart attack. The cost was over $700.00. They said they had to order a new tire, $175.00, the new switch was only $35.00, a 135.00 for labor and the rest for the tune up. I told not to do the tune up and it still going to cost me over $400.00. I voiced my extreme displeasure and told them they would never get any of my business again. They attempted to tell me they have a new staff and had reorganized things. Well the new staff and reorganization was definitely not in favor of the customer.
Barry Dunn is awesome and wonderful to work with.
Enjoyed working with Tyler Fiscella. Spoke to him on the phone about what I wanted and was in and out! Thanks again.
The salesperson who greeted us was super nice & knowledgeable. They had a great selection and were able to answer all our questions. I like this location way better than the one by me & will now travel to this one instead!
Great customer service. Grant was a pleasure to work with and shared his knowledge with me concerning the tractor combination we purchased.
We have never had such a great experience purchasing Equipment. Chris was very knowledgeable, we did all our trading and purchasing over the phone, thru emails and text messages. We drove from Kountze to the dealership with our trade, unloaded the trade, loaded new equipment, signed 2 papers, ( as everything else was done thru emails) and we were ready to go. If your looking for Kubota equipment, this is the place to go. Thank you so much Bobby Ford for such an awesome experience.
Sales was great, Tyler is the man! I had a damage claim to my equipment and took the machine in for repairs. I did have some challenges with the service department at first. After connecting with Adam the GM these issues were resolved in less than 24 hrs so I could pick up my machine and get her back to work. Thanks for the help Adam.
Great place to shop for equipment. Sales staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help get you in a tractor.
My Kubota lawnmower was having overheating issues with boiling off the coolant in the reservoir. I cleaned the screen, cleaned the radiator with blue devil degreaser, replaced the thermostat valve, and replaced the coolant with fresh antifreeze. After performing this maintenance, I still had overheating issues so I took the mower to Bobby Ford Kubota. They cleaned the radiator and claimed the problem was fixed. Within a few hours of use the mower had the same overheating problem as when it was brought in for diagnosis/repair. The service manager said there would be no refund on the labor portion of the repair, even though they failed to solve the issue. When confronted with the analogy of having a tire repaired and it being flat by the time you got home he said that he didn’t “think that would be a big deal”, and that he “doesn’t let small stuff bother him”. Paying for service that does not fix a problem is apparently not a big deal to them. The situation had to be escalated to the GM before it was resolved. Like most people I dislike writing negative reviews on companies, but in this instance given how the service department reacted it is warranted. I would not purchase anything from them because that will likely lead to unsatisfactory interactions with their service department down the road.Nick Crosley
Purchased two Kubota tractors from salesman Garrett Ghant. Very pleasant experience with Garrett. I would say its the best place to buy tractors in town.
Just bought my fourth Kubota tractor from Bobby Ford Tractor. Brand new 60 hp tractor with all the attachments and the trailer. All bundled together was $55,000 and the second time I mow my yard (10acres) the brush hog goes out and they didnt cover it under warranty because the grass was too high. I have 3 friends with John deer tractors and all their issues was covered under warranty. Might want to try another dealership if you go with Kubota because their warranty program sucks. I wish I would have tried John Deer like my friends told me but I wanted to stay loyal with Kubota.
Always happy with the service.
I recently purchased a Kubota GR2120 diesel garden tractor from Bobby Ford Kubota Tractor & equipment. I’m was so pleased with the experience, as I was in constant contact with Chris who help with the process. He also helped with getting the accessories that I requested and when they received them I was notified by Jody for the install. I then spoke to Christian for my appointment who talked to the Shop Forman for the install. I was in and out, in less than 3 hrs. No bull, these guys went above and beyond.Thank you, Guys and Gals.
Always outstanding equipment and service
I brought my Bad Boy Mower to this dealer and requested tune up, tires, checkup on belts, blades etc. I get a call that they wanted $1265.10 for the repair. I was told on the phone about spindles, bearings etc that needed replacement. Told them no I would pick it up. I went in and they charged me $62 for the checkup. They would not give me a copy of what they found even though I paid for it.I then took it to another shop, belts, spindles, pulleys, etc were fine. Still need tires but less than 100 at Walmart. Wont be back. Thanks but no Thanks.
I am happy to say that I have just purchased a Kubota Z421 zero turn mower. Chris was very thorough in explaining the operation of this machine. Adam went over the financing very well. Overall everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. They even loaned me a trailer to get my new mower home. I highly recommend this dealership if you want to be completely satisfied with your experience.
Just purchased a new Kubota 4701 Tractor. After calling around and searching the best price, Bobby Ford and Garret Ghant was absolutely the best. No BS sales tactics just straight up to the point. I even came back a week later to add a Grapple and 3rd valve and he had the tractor in and out in no time. I am in the client relationship business and Garrett was superb with his knowledge and follow up. You won’t go wrong if you need anything that Bobby Ford has to offer while working with Garrett!
This is a wonderful dealership! They made it so easy to purchase my mower!I can honestly say that it was about an hour from the time that I walked into the dealership until my new Kubota mower was sitting in my yard 15 miles away!Free delivery, affordable financing, and great sales rep. He knew what I needed even when I didnt! He just asked me some questions; and.....done!
We were very pleased with our experience. Chris Robertson was very knowledgeable and professional. We are happy with our purchase. We recommend this dealership to anyone looking for lawn equipment.

So i called bobby ford and told them, thinking they pro-rated the warranty. And all they said was we dont do that. Never again will i buy a car from them

Have bought a skid steer and tractor, excellent people, garett is the men there at the sales department .
The real service is not a comfortable sale but how fast they address a major issue.I pointed the problem and it was resolved at no time at all.As an added kudos, the parts were delivered to my farm. That is what I call customer service.
GREAT SALES PEOPLE JIM POWELL IS ONE OF BEST ONES BUY FROM HIM
Had to Have some warranty work done on my bad boy riding lawnmower. Got it back and a part on the lawnmower is bent. Service tech claimed it was that way when dropped off. The main problem was that it was destroying belts with no more than 50 hours on it. They made a Tension pulley adjustment and charged me for the belt. Over a $100. I will not return with this type of service
Outstanding customer service was not expecting to have tractor service under warranty but they worked it out so I paid nothing
The Scherer Kubota dealer in Halletsville close to my property only had the MX5200 in stock and I was looking to purchase the MX5800. I called Bobby Ford and they had it in stock but would not email me a quote. I decided to go ahead and purchase the MX5200 from Chad at Scherer Kubota he was a very helpful and was able to handle the transaction via email and text message without any high pressure tactics UNLIKE Bobby Ford Kubota.
Bought my tractor 2 years ago and still get customer service as when I went in to buy the first time. Great bunch down there at Bobby tractor & Equipment
New facility, looks great... very tight for a big truck to turn in.
Always friendly and helpful employees here with smiles on their faces!
Very friendly staff, extensive inventory. Definitely recommend them.
They want alot of money for a little bit of something
Ask for Jim Powell hes the best.
Good people, easy to deal with
Rick the manager is rude. I would never buy from there.
Great mowers
Excellent sales & service.
Best service
Quoted 1.5 hours labor ($140/hour) for a right axle replacement on my Kubota RTV a few months prior. Later told now that it would take 2 hours to do same job. When questioning the Service Manager why the difference. She first lied to me telling me that its possibly because its a different technician implying that he/she might be slower than the original technician. I explained to her that I had 30 technicians in my shop and that their our labor time standards published by every manufacturer (including Kubota) that dictate how long all the various repairs should take. All shops pay their techs according to what the published time is those manuals. She then changed here story telling me well I guess the difference is just because everything has gone up. So I guess she wants me to believe that just because everything has gone up that it should take 2 hours to do a job that should really only take 1.5 hours. Thats ridiculous. And to think I was considering buying a new Kubota Zero Turn Mower from them, much less that I was a previous customer. Aint going to happen. Its not the money, its the principal. Wont be back!
