First of all, I purchased an E110 in August 2020 at Brookside after looking at tractors at a few of the major chain stores. The chain stores didn’t make me feel confident that they would stand behind their product. One store told me they couldn’t guarantee my tractor would have a battery when delivered. So, I made my purchase at Brookside. They completely serviced my tractor before delivery. This week I ran over a nail, flattening a tire. They gave me the option of bringing my garden tractor in for repairs or repairing it myself. They thoroughly explained how to do it and was an easy fix. Thank you Brandon, Belinda, Ron and Eric for friendly service. If you are considering a quality garden tractor, I recommend stopping by here first.

Had a very rude women answer the phone(I was told her name is Tina). Instead of helping she insisted she had talked with me before and was just rude and ugly to me. I assured her this was my first time to call as my husband had been handling the lawn mower service details. When I asked her name she hung up on me. Then received a call from the service manager(Tim I think). He was very nice and professional. He gave me all the information needed. I hate to think after this visit I will not use them again because of this one women. Do not understand how someone so rude and unprofessional would be used to answer phones and be the first impression of your company. Thank you to the service manager for your professionalism.

Need to replace mower deck because it rusted out where pulley mount is welded to deck. I will address this issue later. There was not a new deck in stock.Ordered new deck for about $1100. I was told new deck would arrive within a month. This was Aug 16. After about three weeks I called and asked about deck. Was told the delivery date would be 17th Sept. Called on Sept 18 to find out status of deck and was told there was a new delivery date of Oct 23. At this point I am forced to purchase a new mower as the grass still grows and must be cut.So folks dont buy John Deere products because if you need service these guys cant come through for you. BTW been using John Deere products for many years and Im done with the same old issue that the equipment is not built to last.

They had the parts I needed for my John Deere.

Put my Z445 in the shop for maintenance. I asked them to get the mower ready for the season and fix any problems. The bill was around $600. They said they changed all oil and filters, greased and oiled the deck, and put new blades on. Also put a tube in front tire because it would not hold air. When my friend picked for me, it up it would not start. The guy said oh yea I have had to jump start it to get it going. When I heard this I thought well I wanted them to get it running correctly and they didnt. So I put a new battery in it at home but still had trouble starting it. Turns out it was the starter. Ordered the starter from Brookside, took 5 days for it to come in and it was the wrong one. How do you order the wrong part when I bring the old one into your shop when placing the order? Wait another week for the right starter. Finally get to mow for 2 hrs. and a pulley froze up in the deck. This mower has 3 blades and one was no longer spinning. All 3 have grease fittings on them and all 3 were bone dry. So I was charged for greasing the deck but it clearly was not done and if the deck was inspected well this would have been caught. I will just fix myself next time.

Not even a 1 star service. Took a zero turn mower in for minor service and 4 months later I picked it back up because I was tired of waiting “for them to find a battery for it”. Btw I went to Walmart and got a battery off the shelf. Turns out, there’s nothing special at all about the battery. Had issues with the mower dying for no reason when I took it in and what do you know, mower still does for no reason. Now I’m just out $400 bucks the charged me for who knows. The service manager wanted no part in helping me address the mower issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Please save yourself time and money and take your service needs somewhere else.

I work at a shop that bought a compressor,expansion valve,a.c. lines,and dryer.We flushed the system and charge the system, a couple of weeks later the john deere tractor came back into the shop not cooling.Investigated the problem it was the expansion valve sticking.took the old one down there to be warrantied.They told it couldnt be warrantied because the system wasnt flush with nitrogen.Called corporate they wasnt any more helpful than the people at brookside equipment.I dont recommend any John Deere products
