I had awesome customer service from Alexis the other day. She was great, and so was the food!

Coffee is okay, but IMO service is just as important as product. ...I ordered a mocha with whipped cream and got a vanilla something with no whipped cream. I went back up to my fiances room (who needs 24 hour monitoring so I couldnt get back down to the coffee shop for 2 hours). Tried calling, straight to voicemail, no call back. Went down there, politely told them what I ordered and what I got. She had me open the lid to show her then said it must have been rang in as a white mocha and walked away. Made someone elses coffee, then mine. I asked for whipped cream. She said just make sure to let them know what you want. I cant see what you ordered because its been so long. I said I did and told her why I couldnt come down sooner. She said its okay. I said I know its okay, I didnt do anything wrong. She started to argue so I walked away. No apology, right from the beginning. Not good.

Very good bagels, good deals too, but.....I always feel stressed here, when choosing bagels. Having to call them out from the register doesnt work for me. It starts causing me to be stressed by customers behind me, if I try to move back and forth to the bagel counter to see the choices, the employees make me feel rushed and guilty. Its never a relaxing/comfortable purchasing process.

I feel you need a better counter presents. The food was very good but the girl bring it to the counter and nearly says what shes bring in and walks away. YOU NEED TO USE A NUMBER policy. If one of the doctors or medical people were in a hurry they not hearing what was called out would just grab and go in there way. Like I said good was good but counter presents was BAD.

Since this location is part of the cafeteria in the hospital, I was nearby for about a week. Had great experience as someone who never been to Einstein Bro Bagels.Loved this place so much that I went back for their coffee one last time before leaving the hospital, but ended up getting charged for a full price when I had a refill cup. Told them should be the refill price but they replied saying my cup was not their brand.. I know its not much in cost but Ive been using refill cups for years and this is the 1st time this kind of thing happened.. there goes my 5 stars for you guys..

The staff is amazing! They are fast and serve with a smile! My son often orders the chocolate chip bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese. Yum!

Fast a good, especially for being in a hospital. Lost a star because they were Always out of something.

Delicious Hashbrown, cheese bagel ...toasted w/cream cheese. Staff gave off excellent service very courteous..

I was LITERALLY called stupid for wanting a macchiato.... turns out she just didn’t know how to make it and served it to me without the espresso... talk about stupid....

I have genuinely never been so upset. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a food place. I got so sick from what I had. I had an asiago Parmesan bagel with garlic herb cream cheese. The bagel tasted fine but the cream cheese tasted horrible. I took one bite and thought something was off but I took a second bite anyway. after that I refused to take another one. I had gone here on my break and shortly after I ate the bagel I got ridiculously sick at work. Would never come back to this place.

Fast service. Sugar free coffee deliciousness. Seasonal specialty drinks. Food offerings diverse.

I love this place! One of my favorites is the veg out soo good I wish more existed.

The staff was incredibly sweet and personable. They went above an beyond and left me smiling an hour later with their kindness.

Since they are inside the hospital campus they are pricey but very Fresh and nice

Fast service and a good selection of bagels and flavored cream cheese spreads. The sandwiches can be ordered on a bagel instead of the default ciabatta bread option, which is a nice addition, the bacon avocado turkey on an asiago bagel is a personal favorite.. The breakfast bagel is good, but the bacon is precooked so I recommend the turkey or sausage option instead. Around Christmas, the cinnamon coffee is awesome.

I don’t have any strong feelings about this place one way or the other. I will say this though - get your coffee here when you’re at UofM hospital visiting, working, or as a patient- it’s a million times better than the cafeteria coffee.

The food here was good and FILLING, try not to Eat to Much. Yummy. 😋🙋

1st time i ate thr it was very good. 2nd time it was a bit over cooked . But it was at prime lunch hr and busy.

Always busy in their got oj bagel they had soup different that day they have some tables or get your stuff and go to the cafeteria

The bagel was good. The french vanilla cappuccino was great! The service was so so. They could be friendlier.

A typical Einstein Bagel store. The Monday Bakers Dozen (13) is a good deal at $7.00.

Very good Bagels and coffee. Downside, they are very busy and it is unorganized how they serve you. Very small space for the amount of traffic.

This is a cafe inside the hospital, next to the cafeteria. Bagels, coffee, tea, sodas, fruit juices, and they make bagel sandwiches, including ones with bacon, eggs, etc. Also some sweet things.

Good food, nice atmosphere. A little pricey.

The coffee here is really good, and there are nice places to sit.

Good food for a long day when a family member is having a procedure or surgery

Great for that quick breakfast and mid-day healthy snack. Actively keeping the hospital staff doing what they do best.

Good for a quick coffee and Bagel in the morning. Quick Service. Accurate.

While they have a limited menu and sugar free drinks(due to UofM restrictions), most of the fare is pretty good. There is a bit of a wait during peak times but the staff are very friendly and apologetic if it takes more than 3-4 minutes(even get it free sometimes if it takes a while longer).

I purchased a specialty drink and it wasnt all that great. I would suggest sticking to a standard coffee (vanilla hazelnut!)They do have a loyalty punch card; 1 free after 5 purchased.

Excellent food and excellent service I really enjoyed this place... Only problem I found was that they only had diet pop no regular pop.

Yum. Everything was good, especially the surprising find of fresh strawberries in a cup with a dip of strawberry cream cheese, drizzled with chocolate syrup.

I have been coming here as an employee for years but today the staff was incredibly rude, screwed up the order then was rude about my complaint. incredibly unprofessional and juvenile. No more Einsteins for me

Great little bagel and coffee place if you are stuck at the hospital. Kind of easy to miss as it is directly to the left as you walk into the food court area.

When trapped at UofM hospital and need some caffeine and/or a break from the stress, this is the place. Just know that because of the health Nazis at UofM they arent allowed to put actual sugar in your drink. They are forced to use some type of other sweetener.

Im here every morning. Must see for yourself

Not sure how Id work without their espresso. Its delicious, and when paired with an everything Bagel and schmear, exquisite.

Great place for coffee, they also have a good selection of bagel sandwiches. Only issue I have is the hours of operation - open only half the day on Saturday and not open on Sunday.
