Have never had a bad experience here. The staff have always been lovely. They can be a little slow but nothing too out of the ordinary just be mindful of that if you are looking for a quick trip. I am not a coffee drinker but their Peach Smoothie is SO GOOD!

10/10 would recommend this place! Such a cute building and to go containers. I didn’t get her name but she did not disappoint when I asked if the chai was sweet! It’s 10 times better than the starbucks and biggby chai. My mom got the Karamel kodiak latte and it was also a 10/10.

Very convenient place to grab a drink and breakfast snack during the morning commute. This place has saved me many times when Im running late and cant make breakfast for myself. Also, the staff has always been nice and professional. I do have to ask them to go easy on the cream cheese, as they tend to put a ton of cream cheese on bagels, but thats no big deal.

First time here and the coffee blended drinks are delicious. Bagels are slathered with cream cheese and taste amazing. I need to keep coming here and its well worth the money spent. Also the drive through really is fun and personable with a person coming out to take your order.

First time customer here. I had an exceptionally bad latte this morning. I knew it wasnt going to be good when my latte was ready 30 seconds after I ordered it. They did not pull a fresh espresso shot (WHAT?!) and the latte tasted weak and lukewarm. I love to support local business, but this subpar $5 latte reinforced why people keep returning to big bad Starbucks---they have a consistently good product. And their lattes are made fresh to order. Two stars instead of one for the friendliness.

What a let down. My mocha tasted like a pack of off brand hot chocolate mix poured into a weak cup of coffee. My bear claw, ironically, was stale. Service was pretty good but there are too many good cups of coffee in Ann Arbor to pay for this.

Has my frappe just the way Id make it myself, Ill be applying to work there infact. I actually found Bearclaw Coffee Co. accidentally trying to find a shortcut to Dairy Queen, but Bearclaw Coffee Co. now has business and hopefully my hired hand as an employee, I will say if you like coffee and in the area do give them a chance, you dont even need to get out of your vehicle, the one unfortunate aspect of the quick stop beverage Bearclaw Coffee Co. is their business hours are only from 6AM until 6PM, but from the quality & number of employees I seen is understandable, considering the square footage of the building I seen is impressive, Id honestly like to see it open until 8PM, but Im sure others also have their opinions for each their own, Good Stuff anyways💯! Wont buy weak coffee at EMU againOrdered Kolndike Karamel coffee at emu game today with extra shot. All I got was plain tasing coffee with whip cream. No karamel, no extra shot..not worth the price

My favorite place in Ann Arbor! They have the best chai (the frozen chai is also so good!) and the baristas are always friendly! Consistently great!

I adore Bearclaw. Their iced chai is absolutely to die for, service is quick and friendly, and they will often ask if they can bring my dog a treat. The location can be a bit tricky to navigate in and out of, but its 100% worth it.

First visit, actually, hit it as a fluke in a rush and it was great.Stopped in here heading to ER for allergic reaction to ABs, quick, helpful and really nice muffin (blueberry) also the peach slushy thing that Id never before tasted - absolutely delicious and what was needed pre-ER visit lockdown expected where no water, food or any type of intake is allowed for extended periods of time. They were open ON HOLIDAY WEEKEND SUNDAY, easily accessible, friendly, quick, helpful and got me off to A2 hospital.That peach thing, just amazing - all natural, peach puree. The large fresh blueberry muffin w/ real, whipped butter was perfect for post visit nourishment 11 hours later. No hydrogenated, no artificial, all really exceptional.

I have went here a few times mostly on the weekends. I have had a great experience every time that I have gotten anything. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a great cup of coffee and a pastry.

We love this place! Their chai tea lattes are amazing. Bagels are soo good. My kind of coffee place. We visit every time we are in town!

Im a creature of habit so I usually get the same things everytime I go here, but the food/drinks are consistently delicious! You get what you pay for here, which is quality.The staff is incredibly friendly, even when short staffed (and pushed to their limits). Tip well, my fellow customers, tip well!I will keep referring people as often as possible!

Just tried this place after driving past for a long time. Amazing coffee! And the employees are so nice and friendly. Prices were pretty great, too. I think this is going to be one of my regular spots :)

Love everything about the place, but if I could make one suggestion it would be to make the drive through with a clearance of at least 9’ for work trucks to come through with ease. If it wasn’t for there not being clearance, I would probably be here every morning

The lady was very nice, we got our drinks shortly after we ordered and prices are great. They have over 55 syrups so it’s a little hard to choose lol. Overall great experience and we will we back!

I’m from out of town and thought this cute little shop would be nice to try. They were out of bear claws within 2 hours of being open so instead we ordered donuts & apple fritter which were very dry and clearly at least a day old. A little disappointed with the freshness of the food but the iced coffee I ordered was good.

Convenient and local. Better quality than other coffee shops of the same caliber.

What a cute little place! The car side service is very sweet and quick. Very good quality for the price but a little sweet for my preference, although that might have been my choice. The only concern is getting out of the driveway during traffic

Ive gone here nearly every day for the last 15 months. I enjoy their coffee and their staff are really nice. Theyre also really nice to dogs and give my doggo a treat whenever we go through the drive-thru. I highly recommend this place.

Reasonable prices, and good tasting coffee. They have a limited selection of pastries that are delicious too. There is a walk up door on the side for pedestrians, just ring the bell to have someone take your order. Be warned!! Dont be disappointed if the bearclaw isnt shaped like a bearclaw 😞

Cute little place, lots of options, and they give you a punch card for free coffee with so many purchases. Sadly the coffees we were served were quite weak and flavorless. I tossed the punch card.
