I ordered a shirt from them that was a bit small. I sent a message via email and they responded quickly. They explained how to return the item and assured me that a replacement would be sent out immediately after receiving the returned one. During the entire process they sent me status updates. For my birthday I decided I would treat myself by ordering a couple of Starkid things. The site was easy to navigate through, excellent descriptions of each of the products, and an easy process to order. I was surprised by how fast it arrived, but nonetheless was extremely pleased with my order. Everything came in excellent condition, no rips in the packaging either. One thing I found very helpful when order a t-shirt was they gave really great descriptions of the various types of t-shirt formats. This guaranteed that I wouldnt order a t-shirt too small or large for me. I would definitely order from here again.

T-shirts are of great quality and exactly as pictured. They were packaged securely (yet in such a way that the package still fit in my mailbox, so no need to stay home and wait for it to arrive!), and shipped quite fast as well.
