I recently worked with Megan from UGP for a pretty large, complex order for our shop. We ordered products for our staff and merchandise to sell. Everything had to be custom color as we are quite particular about matching. I was a little confused when filling out the order form since it was my first time. Megan called me to answer some of my questions then ended up offering to take over placing the order. I absolutely said yes, and she took care of it in less than 24 hours. It took about 2 weeks or so for everything to be finalized and for the products to be made. Super fast! I scheduled a pickup for everything at their shop down the street and was in and out in under 5 minutes. Quick and efficient is what I look for in businesses. UGP is great to work with. Megan is the best. Im sure everyone there is awesome, but shout out to her for being so available all the time. And soooo helpful!

If you need a t-shirt made, Danny and the UGP group are great! They were very helpful with creating a new design for our school t-shirts. The online ordering for students and family members worked great. It takes all the work out of ordering with the POGO. Staff, students, and families are able to order and pay from their home.
