Gosh these folks at McNaughton-McKay in Ann Arbor are all really wonderful people. So helpful and sincere in carrying out what they must feel is their part in making our community better. From the receptionist to and thru all the counter and phone help they provide fair, caring, honest, friendly and patient service. Im not some big contractor or big dollar spender Im just an owner of a single family home and a single family rental but I would never go anywhere else after all the help John Z. gave me in solving a very difficult situation. And there was zero dollars in it for them...he could just tell I was in a spot and he didnt rest until hed hooked me up with the right answers. Thanks to all at McNaughton-McKay...especially John 👍🏻
