I had a very disappointing experience. I purchased a single-pole dimmer switch by mistake. I needed a three-way switch. I returned to the shop for an exchange, admittedly without the receipt, which I could not locate. I did have my credit card history showing the purchase. I was told an exchange without receipt is against company policy. I maybe understand the policy for a refund. But for an exchange?
