Absolutely terrible food service. Consistently late, and rude and unresponsive customer service. I would recommend using another delivery service than this any day. Save yourself the troubles!

This was our first time ordering with a2grub. They asked for your address before proceeding with order, after i placed my order, i got a confirmation. Someone called and left a voicemail that they canceled my order without providing me with details. When I called to ask about it, the person was so rude and said I have no time and need to process other orders. Don’t waste your time with these people, so rude and so unprofessional.

The food got here in decent time with only one error. Veggie Samosas, we missed you.

Still waiting on an order thats half an hour late. I just called to ask what is going on with it, and the man was rude and unhelpful. All he said was that the restaurant must still be working on it. Its been 70 min since I placed the order. NEVER ordering from A2Grub again... ):(

If only I could give negative stars. Very unprofessional money was withdrawn from my account but food order was canceled. I was never told about said cancellation. I called the restaurant to see if my food had be picked up for delivery and was told it was canceled. Waiting on a refund. I will never use A2 grub again they are the worst!!!

I have now used A2Grub 4 times. Every time the service was quick and friendly. I will continue to use them for sure

I dont understand the negative complaints, I order off of some local restaurants sites and these guys deliver the food. Ive never had a bad experience.

Went through the whole order process -- including entering my credit card number -- and someone called and said they dont service my area. Why not say that up front, on the website?!?

Ive ordered a few times through A2 Grub. The first two times were fantastic. Then last night was truly the worst delivery experience of all time. Ordered my food, 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered I called. The driver answers the call and proceeds to tell me that he has my food, Im outside the normal delivery area, and he will be there in fifteen-twenty minutes with my food after he completes two other deliveries downtown. Now forty minutes transpire, an hour after my scheduled delivery time. The driver shows up with my ice cold food and proceeds to tell me 1) Basically Im lucky he delivered my ice cold food to me and 2) Now that students are back...they likely will not deliver to me.Ok A2 Grub, if you dont want to deliver to me, dont allow me to order on your website. I will _NEVER_ order from A2 Grub again. I highly recommend nobody else does either. If they are late, they will just blame you.

Not a good experience. We ordered, and the online indicator got stuck on the second dot arrived at restaurant. We waited until after the time it said it would deliver, and I called the number for A2Grub. I fumbled through an explanation of why I was calling, and the person cut me off with Sir. The driver is not at the restaurant yet. I said thank you, got off the phone, and waited another hour for my food. It arrived without a salad I paid for, and of course not very hot. I wont be using them again.

Absolute terrible service given to my friend Eric, they even don’t let him use it anymore because he wrote a honest review. Sad

Thououghly dissapointed. Would like a $50 compensation for my troubles
