Not even willing to work with me to fix my busted phone.. i got this phone for free and i asked about it and they just brushed it off. now i have a horrendous display from an accident i was in and im stuck with it.

It was a great experience coming here. Specially working with The staff. Great prices and they help work deals with accessories always. Don’t believe the haters. GREAT SERVICE A++++++

I went into this place not knowing what to expect due to past experiences, but it seems they changed employees i was greeted by celso and monica according to their name tags. My transaction was given to monica and with celsos approval i was given an amazing bundle price with my stylo 6 and its accesories. Thank you guys, good upgrade on employees.

Today i went to the Metro Pcs store located off Little River in Annandale to get an upgrade phone. I spoke to associate Celos and i explained what i want and my wishlist. He did an amazing job helping me with a new LG Stylo 6. Celo was showed great service and knowledge with assisting me with my new phone including transfers of my old phone to the LG Stylo 6 contacts photos etc. I was impressed with this Guy Celo. Thank you so much for your help. i do appreciate it.

WSwitchin get to phones 4 me and my wife April 29the 1:40pm the guy at the store trying to get more money out us we want the 2 phone for 60 he said i had to pay140 for them i want the 30plan he said the 30 plan want benefit the store i had to pay 60 each so i wanted to speak to someone over him and said he run the store so what happened to the Switching from boots he didnt no i new a lot bought the phone and plan dont let him Rob you!

I changed from boost to meter and I thought I would be there all day but Celso attended me and in less than 15 minutes everything was ready and the kindness was very impressive. His speed and attention is 100. I loved the service

First thing I noticed the store was very clean. I was greeted upon arrival regardless of the long line, the associate Celso made sure to let me know he will be right with me. Horrible attention. It seems that they do not want to attend. Reason and is without customers. I better go to woodbrige where they treated me better. But it is a pity that I am far away. either way.
