I went in for a new phone but didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. James was super helpful and answered all of my questions. He was able to direct me to the phone right for me and get it set up quickly. He was also great in letting me know what Verizon services were available to me. My husband and I are new to the area and it’s great to know there is friendly Verizon customer service nearby when we need it!

I walked in there with a broken screen/phone and David went above and beyond to help me out. i was informed at another location i would not be able to trade in my phone due to its condition. David worked with me for HOURS to transfer my data from my old phone to the new one. He also got me a very nice discount on my brand new iphone 12. If you need to get a new verizon phone in the northern virginia area i suggest going to this location. David if you ever see this i want you to know youre the man and you did an awesome job last Friday!

Recently went to this location to get a Verizon phone activated... Backstory. Iv been a Verizon customer for probably over 20 years, I know the ropes. So I take in my OnePlus 8 UW to get activated....he asks me where I bought it and I tell him brand new from distributor on eBay.... Instantly proceeded to tell me because I didnt buy it from Verizon it wont work. Ha! News flashhhh oneplus literally only makes the UW model for Verizon its literally locked to their service.... After back and forth... I finally am tired of arguing he was nice enough to pass me off to customer service which had me on hold for a hour... Finally got a helpful person on the phone he proceeds to tell me necessary steps to a activate my phone activated, when the Verizon store guy gets on the store line and says sorry to waste your time but this gentleman is trying to activate a phone thats not Verizons Im shocked.... The guy is so wrong. The Verizon rep on the phone seemed to ignore the store rep and continued to try and activate my phone. He then asks if he can send a confirmation email, unfortunately I am stranded at the store with no working phone. So I ask the store rep if I can have an email sent or check mine. He says no, and I politely say okay and leave.... So frustrated I was on the phone for an hour for nothing. Fast forward to getting home had to wait for my girlfriend so I could use her phone but not 15min after battling 40min of elevator music, we get the phone working on Verizons 5g network. These guys at this store are nothing but phone hustlers.PS Im writing this from my OnePlus 8 on Verizons network..these guys are clowns.

Disrespectful and smug privately owned franchise so do yourself a favor and go down the road to the real Verizon store at 6198M Little River Turnpike, Alexandria, VA 22312. I have had great service there every time I go. Only because it was closed due to COVID did I walk in the Annandale store again. I wish I had just waited.

Stay away from this location. Did trade in and purchase with this store, they did not come through on old phone refund--found out later that Verizon does not recommend this merchant. Verizon refuses to vouch for or honor standard Verizon program/service offerings they would have otherwise honored, but for having purchased the phone through this location.

The explanation that this store gave me about the plans and the bill was something I never got in all the other Verizons. Daniel was amazing at helping me with my needs and spent time with me until I was able to fully understand.

The repair man is sketchy. He was hasty to take my money to fix my phone and I told him that I would look elsewhere and he ensured me that he would wait until I contacted him first and insisted that he needed a $20 to fix my phone for $160 in total. I decided to give it to him because Ive gone to this particular Verizon for over five years and I felt that they wouldnt do anything underhanded or rash. Three days later I texted him saying that I decided to get services elsewhere, thanked him, and asked for my money back to which he replied with a sorry and that he already ordered the part. I ask him again suggesting to return it and to get a refund and he said sorry, store policy. I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism and should have been more adament about not giving my money before being certain. I just trusted the center because most of them are extremely level headed, patient, and consistent with giving great service. Just the repair man is sketchy. If not for him, I would give it five stars.

Went in to try and get my phone fixed but ended up just getting a new one (Samsung S7 Edge, which I love so far!) because I was due for an upgrade anyway. I never felt like they were pushing me to buy anything I didnt want, and the representatives took the time to describe the new phone to me and explain all the cost implications so that I wouldnt be surprised by my next phone bill. David was very kind and gave me a small discount on my phone case and screen protector for being their nicest customer that day, and he even applied the screen protector for me. It was probably on of the best and most straight forward phone buying experiences Ive had. On a miscellaneous note: the team here impressed me a lot--the workers had diverse backgrounds, but they all spoke English, Spanish, and Korean! I thought that was so awesome, 1. because I love languages, and 2. because they will be able to serve our community in Annandale well with those languages.

So here it goes. I ordered a phone using Verizon online a while ago and something went wrong with the order and I wasnt going to be eating it. Needless to say I was mad and confused so I decided to drive to the nearest Verizon store. I walked in and was welcomed by David (sales person). He was calm and helpful and was able to help me calm down. He then asked me what was he able to do for me. I explained to him my situation and he was quick to tell me not to worry as he had the exact phone I wanted in the store and that I could take it with me. This meant I did not have to wait until November 30th to get the phone. Soon after that he talked to me about my current plan and explain to me that there was another plan which would be saving me some money and also GIVING ME EXTRA DATA. Say what? Hell yes lets change it, I said.He was able to help me all the way to the end and even got my new phone ready and all its contacts and apps forward to the new one. (I know it is not hard to do but come on that was super cool he was willing to do it anyway so that I dont have to)Awesome store, everyone who works theres is super friendly. I am deferrable coming back here and bringing anyone of my friends who uses Verizon.

I was having issues with my Sprint account and wasnt receiving the service and professionalism from Sprint I felt a customer deserved. I went to Verizon Annandale and Eddie Timm helped me and told me about the plans and what made sense with what I used my phone for. I picked a great plan and even got a good deal for switching over from Sprint. The best decision I ever made. I will most definitely be a loyal Verizon customer.

Amazing experience. When I brought in my S7 with a corrupted os (which contained all of my newborns pictures on it) I was worried Id lose the pictures and the phone. They took just a half hour to reboot, work their magic and got everything working. They even got my pictures back. Not only did they not charge me a dime, they saved me $10/mo and got me an unlimited plan. . This is why I dont go with cheaper companies for something as crucial as my phone. The service here is OUTSTANDING. As sincere as I can say it over a simple review, Thank you. Thank you. THANK YOU! (Btw, since then, I have everything backed up to several cloud accounts.)

I asked my parents to switch from ATT and Verizon due to good promotion $40 per line. However, I was away from the town at the moment and poor my parents had to go in one of Korean wireless store.They didnt charge my parents $20 data transfer fee initially when my parents bought the three new phones from the store, but changed their attitudes and behaves when it comes to a return. Not only the store charged my parents $75 restocking fee, they also charged my parents $20 for data transfer fee from old phone to new phone which I am pretty sure they used Samsung switch not their own software or programs. In the end I had to call Verizon for a waiver, Verizon did not waive the whole amount but gave some credits. Even the Verizon saw $75 restocking was way too high. If you have same ethic background as I do, then spare your time to go to one of Verizon corporate stores with your parents and do not send them to this store alone.

Beware of new owner. The day after buying the phone I realized it had a dead pixel. I went to exchange it and after some attempts to redirect me to Apple Care, the new owner tried to charge me a $75 restocking fee. A 75 dollar restocking fee for a phone that was DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL? I might be able to stomach a restocking fee for a customer’s indecisiveness, but charging customers for your own defective stock is ridiculous. In the end you can just take your phone to Apple and get it replaced, but this is indicative of the service you will now get here. So don’t buy your phones here.

I just switched from Tmobile to verizon, customer service is excellent and the guys working there are super chill. all I could say tmobile sucks when it comes to phone reception and the internet data is super slow, but Verizon takes their internet and reception speed to the next level. Be carful this is not a verizon store, this is only a verizon independent dealer own by private owner . They have a deferent policy for return and contracts. to make sure call verizon give them the address ask them if the store has a deferent return policy before they get you.
