I want to thank the staff at For Eyes for their excellent service the other day. They took care of my sunglasses issue super quickly and did so in a professional manner. Thanks! My Bolle sunglasses are like new!

Staff was extremely rude. Four Eyes has been my go to for over 15 years and I was appalled by the horrible attitude from the staff. I went in to see if they could sell or give me (1) replacement contact lens because I was working and lost one. The tall blonde haired woman that I assume worked there told me very sharply that I would need to have an exam done and that they could do nothing for me. I then explained my situation and that I was a long time customer with them (This location). She basically told me to go away and come back when I had an appointment. She did not inform me of this in a nice way. She was very rude and mean to me. Made me feel like I was an inch tall. I will not return to this place and I hope they close due to lack of business. They do not know how to treat customers and should be ashamed of themselves. Sorry but you guys are going to lose customers as most of my family wears glasses or contacts. I hope something will be done as this was unacceptable.

My sales associate Drew and the general manager, Tracy, were a true pleasure to work with! Im an avid eye wear enthusiast and purchase, at minimum, six pairs a year for fun and unique styles to go with my work and personal attire. Drew and Tracy made the purchasing process very stress-free, fun, and engaging.By the end of business I ended up leaving with three new pairs of glasses to add to my collection! I cant wait for them to arrive! Thank you, Drew and Tracy! I will happily return for further purchases.

Did not return my call for a new patient appointment. I take a medication that can cause permanent blindness and I called for an appointment because I am having visual disturbances. I feel that my detailed message warranted at least a return call to let me know if they could or could not accommodate.The UHC website from which I got their contact information indicates that all of their providers are accepting new patients.

Tracy and Joann are the techs and are super sweet and professional! I tried the NEW digital optometrics exam (a virtual exam) at the Annapolis location. A cool, professional and accurate exam! It was seamless as if the optometrist was actually on sight! I would highly recommend to friends and family.

I like the product, and service they provide. Most of the staff that works there is pleasant EXCEPT: a lady with gray hair. She always sits at the front desk. Her attitude is constantly a hit or miss which can off put the experience for me.

Felt rushed on deciding

Ive been going to Four Eyes for years when they were on Riva near Pier One and have always received excellent service. Today, I went to their new location in the Annapolis Harbor Center because the wire holding one of the lenses in my glasses had broken. Bill repaired my glasses and refused to accept payment for his efforts! Highly recommended!

I went to For Eyes for the first time at an eye doctor 2 weeks ago. i walked without an appointment and they saw me right away. I was just called today by then and my new glasses are ready to be picked up. My experience with for eyes was wonderful I will continue to use them for all my vision needs. Thankyou 👍

Everything went great until i met the female associate. I expected to be maybe the wise grandmother type but no. Very condescending about a childs anxious response insyead of offering support. She offered judgement with a smart remark. Based on income im sure. Soulless bc little does she know we are both domestic abuse survivors and lucky to even be alive and my childs six. Shes six years old. What a great impression to leave on a child or should i say mother of her first child since thank god my daughter was then out of earshot. My daughter loves her glasses and no reflection of the actual doctorate holder there in the office. He was exceptional and why i had brought mt daughter after id gone thru it once myself there to be sure id have her in good hands. This woman also acted offended when we asked she be tested now once fitted into her new glasses. Owning a company all my life i know good work ethic and that would never occur under my watch at my store of fifty years of existence. Guess some things finances cannot provide to some who think they are so much better. I wish her an excellent retirement and soon.

They waited a few minutes after closing on Super Bowl Sunday to make sure my son had his contacts for school on Monday. We were coming back to Annapolis from out of town. Thank You both who stayed.
