ORDER ONLINE BEFORE COMING HEREI wrote about the location at Festival THAT INCORRECTLY issued a prescription, and thought I’d give the other location a chance. Nope, these stores are both terrible.BEST PART:They said they could my glasses...with a turnaround of 4-6 WEEKS?!? AND they would be “final sale”(not covered if damaged)? I mean, then why on earth would I need you? Excellent business strategy! Yup, never coming back.

I had a great experience here, the staff and doctor were very helpful and considerate towards me during my visit.

The doctor I met with was extremely condescending and rude. Suggested I get lasik, but then made a comment about how much income I [likely] don’t make as a fine arts teacher. I would spew out a laundry list of how disrespectful and he was, but the comment about my career tops it all.Front of house staff however were pleasant and helpful, but that didn’t make up for how offended and upset I was when I left.

Called in the am and was put onto a cancellation list- got a call back a couple hours later they called me for a same day exam. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, proper sanitary procedures were in place for CVOID. They got me in early for my appointment and when checking out had my insurance info available and even found a significant rebate for my use. Overall super happy with my first experience! Will recommend this location and return. -- Annapolis Town Center Location

Great experience! First time visit. From the time I walked through the door to the time I left I felt very well taken care of. Everyone was so friendly and professional, and the doctor was exceptional. Thank you!

Ive been in here several times, Ive purchased glasses and contacts here for myself and glasses for my kiddos. Its been a pleasant experience each time. Everyone was very helpful and the store was clean. I will be using these Eye Doctors for all my ophthalmology needs moving forward.

Quick in and out appointment. The staff was awesome and super helpful with picking my new glasses out. The pandemic has not stopped their awesome service!

Seen at Annapolis Md location. New patient and had a great experience.. The doctor was great..and made me feel at ease...felt very relaxed...other office staff was great as well..

My appointment was changed but received no call or text informing me of change. They acted like it was my fault when I arrived for the appointment. The clerk who greeted me was dismissive when she learned I was there for an exam. Last year I new lenses in current frames. That turned out to be a nightmarish experience. Don’t bother going there. There are many opticians in the Annapolis area. You don’t need to put up with incompetent staff.

Im not going to bore the readers with actual poor experiences with the staff and very very poor customer experiences. Here is the best advice I can give you: If you are considering doing business here: DONT! Go anywhere else, youll get better service, guaranteed!

Went to get a standard eye exam here. The process for a new patient was quick and the office staff was friendly. I decided not to purchase frames or lenses here as they seemed a bit pricey, but I did not feel pressure from office staff to purchase from them.

My husband and I both had appointments in January my husbands went through our eye insurance but mine had to go through our health insurance because I had cataracts. Since it was the beginning of the year I had to pay my deductible for my insurance so I paid the entire bill they said they would submit through my insurance so my deductible would be settled for the year. It is now March 3rd they still havent submitted the bill so Im having to pay my deductible to other doctors. I called them and they said it could take up to 6 months to process. The funny thing is my husbands insurance was submitted right away so they could get their money but they didnt care about mine since I paid them up front.

Horrible place. The receptionist and doctor were nice but the rest of place were rude and incompetent. The woman helping fit me for glasses was so rude and snobby- hardly cracked a smiled and acted like I WAS WASTING her time. I needed to have them adjusted and she just bent the arms of the frames back. So unprofessional. The quality of lenses are terrible- I have never regretted a purchase like I have on this. I wish I would have gone to lens crafters. I am not able to wear my glasses because they don’t fit right and the lenses and so strong and uneven. I am debating what to do at this point. This is unacceptable. They got the money from my insurance but this needs to be corrected. They can not treat people like this just to get money from them. Absolutely poor customer service at the frames fitting side. Stay far far away. I wish I was warned and never went here.

The Optometrist at the location are always incredible

I spend almost 1000 dollar for two pairs of glasses in addition to whats paid by my insurance and had the WORSE experience! They do not know what they are doing they could not put together my glasses for six months! It took me more than a year finally to get the two pairs of glasses.The lab they work with is very bad. I had to go to the store at least 10 times. The doctor was not very good. I went there because of my experience in Bethesda. I live in Annapolis and it is close to my home. Even though the staff members were good especially AV still i will never go there again! I spend at least 200 minutes in that store. AV was excellent. He really tried very hard to finally get my glasses. I think they should not be in the business! Myeye dr should inspect rhem. Hopefully something will be done! A very bad eye glasses store!!!!

The one star Im giving this place is because the actual doctor was competent, and in the end(after many phone calls) these people tried to fix their many mistakes.Picture this, I call them, requesting an appt. and a price for the appt, they agree and schedule me for Wednesday. Then before I could say a time, they tell me theyre busy, and will get back to me to schedule a time, and give me the price. Two days go by, and no call back, so I have to call and ask for the same thing again, except this time they have to push my appt to the following week because they never even reserved an appt. for that Wenesday. Again, they avoid telling me the price, and that continued for three phone calls and two weeks.Fast-forward to my appointment, they MIXED me up with another patient, put my insurance under the other womans file, I was put through machines that my insurance didnt cover, I wasnt given my perscription when I left so after many phone calls and different answers as to how to get it(I live an hour away) they made me drive all the way there and pick up the paper that they should have given me while I was there, AND FINALLY, I was BILLED TWICE under TWO DIFFERENT variations of my name for ONE THING.Ill never be going here again, and if you actually want competent service, Id advise going the extra mile for another eye doctor.

I have been to another myeyeDr office before and it was a great experience. I only came to this one because of the closeness to my job. Anyways to start off, I had an appointment and I got there 30 minutes early. I walked in and no one looked up or greeted me as I walked through to get to the receptionist. Only the receptionist greeted me. I sat down waiting for them to call me back and a man that was there didnt even look or say anything. He just kept doing paperwork. About 5 minutes later, I got called back and the receptionist told me to sit down. She told me about the test where they look at the whole eye for $27 and told me to look into the machine. I remembered that it is optional to do it but she did not tell me. We continued with the rest of the exams and went back to the couch to sit down. I felt uncomfortable being in that office. A few minutes later, an old couple walked in and as soon as they did the man looked up and greeted them. Now they were white so I dont know if that was the reason they were acknowledged or not. But anyways, then I got called back to see the doctor. She was super nice and friendly. She was very informative and made me feel comfortable. She answered any and every question I asked. After my exam with her, I sat down with the Karen, the lady who helps choose eyeglasses. She seemed nice. She brought a couple of choices for me to try on since I did not know where to start off. One thing I did not like is that she did not ask if their was a specific price range that I was comfortable with. I kinda felt pressured to buy one of their glasses. She asked if I wanted antiglare and all that jazz. I got what I thought I needed. I paid and she measured me. Once done, I felt a little bummed about my experience.A week later, I got a text to pick up my glasses. I went after work and again, when I walked in no one greeted me. The lady at the front just looked up and I felt weird walking to the receptionist. I picked up my glasses and tried them on. Karen did not hand me a receipt or any type of paperwork (I dont know if I needed any) but anyways I left. Once home I noticed I did not receive lens cleaner solution. I got one at my last visit from the other myeyedr office. I just am not happy with my whole experience. And the only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of doctor Cheng I believe was her name. Sorry for the long post but it was an awful experience.

A few days ago, they fixed my sun-glasses bolt and nuts for free !!!! Thank you !!!
