Cappuccino blast today had no coffee taste.

I would give zero stars if that was an option! I pulled up to get ice cream only to get told they are out of ice cream. What ice cream place that serves a lot of ice cream doesn’t have ANY ice cream? Seriously??

Horrible service. At 9pm they refused to make any ice cream sundaes or anything else for that matter. Man was rude. They are supposed to be open until 10pm. Refused service at 9pm! Never again!

Open til 11pm I think not! Try 9:30pm!I am a healthy eater, I don’t eat at Baskin Robbins regularly, but I was soooo looking forward to breaking my healthy habit and treating myself and my 16 yr old son to some ice cream after I picked him up from work.We pulled up to the drive through between 9:30-9:35pm (online it showed they were open til 10 at one Annapolis location and 11 at another). I wasn’t sure which location was open until 11 but we were a half hour ahead of time! Or so I thought... we were refused business and were told that he had to be in the next morning so he was leaving early due to lack of business... very unprofessional and definitely not the way Baskin Robbins would allow business.An unfortunate experience and definitely left a sour taste in my mouth instead of a sweet reminiscent one.

If theres a 0 star Ill give them that! The man working in drive thru is terrible! I called this evening to order a birthday cake for my friend I told him am gonna be calling back real quick as I wanted to make sure that my taxi driver will pick it up, that man told me how many times do I need to call them? Like WTH! I ONLY CALLED TWICE! Hes even yelling at me on the phone. They told me that theyre gonna be closing 9PM, but on your website its saying this branch is gonna be closing 11PM! HOW TERRIBLE WORKER THEY HAVE! NO MANNERS AND RESPECT to their customers!

Visited on a Sunday night at 7:30. Was told they were closing even though posted time is 10. They had no waffle cones and service wasnt great. We will not be back

Don’t go at 9 or later. The same dude that other people referenced locks the door!

Overall experience very poor . As a result left without ordering. Wasted trip .

Cold Stone is better hands down, but Baskin Robbins holds a special place in my heart. Its a shame that it isnt a stand alone BR.

Extremely rude and this is the first baskin/dunkin that would not make my cappuccino blast. Was told could not make until 10am (it was 9am) where all others Ive been to serve it no matter what time.

Posted time of closing is 10pm. Went there at 8pm on a Friday night and there were closed. Waste of time driving there just to find that out.

Excellent service excellent ice cream good place to take the family

Manager very rude. A group of friends and I normally visit after having dinner. This last visit we were there on Sunday and it was 5:45 pm. Manager rudely told us he needed to clean where we were sitting without mentioning closing time was 6 pm though the time on the door says 10 pm. We wont return.

Thier hours on the web sight says they were open till 11pm, i got there at 10:15 and theywere closed..... I am so disappointed 😞

They had no ice cream at all so I got a donut which I think must have been sitting all morning. I was so disappointed... I will go back for another try at some point.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The service I have received in the evening is abominable. The closing time is clearly shown as 11 pm however we were refused service at 8 pm! The same man is always working at night and every time we have gone later than 8 he has refused to serve us ice cream because he is “cleaning”.
