Had a great experience at T-Mobile today! Samantha and Kim were so awesome and so nice to talk to. 🤩 While we were waiting for my upgrade to transfer all my info from my old phone they were so awesome in conversations. I Definitely made new friends tonight! 😁

Great T-Mobile to do business with! The staff was very helpful and didnt just try to sell me everything they have. They actually listen to people and gave me some recommendations after I told them what I wanted. I ended up with a sick Samsung Galaxy that was way cheaper than what Verizon was offering. Nobody even comes close to their 5G coverage too, I pretty much have it everywhere!

The T-Mobile in Anniston is one of the best I have been too! I was way overdue for an upgrade and went in last week. I decided I wanted an 11 pro max, but they did not have any in store. Samantha checked to see what they had at their main warehouse and they were completely out of those. So I decided to just go with the 12 pro. So she helped me get everything set up, she went over everything with me, and she got the order in. Due to the bad weather we just recently had I was unable to get my confirmation email signed because of power outages. So the order was cancelled. I just went in tonight and explained the situation and we repeated the whole process, but I asked about the difference between the pro and just the 12. She went over every detail making sure I understood. So I ended up leaving with my 12 and a few accessories. Phenomenal store and staff!!!! I highly recommend it!!!

Shout out to Samantha! She patiently listened to my problem and concerns and then fixed my phone. Its experiences like that, that have kept me a T-mobile and now Sprint customer probably longer than Samantha has been alive. Good employees MAKE good companies. Make sure she is well taken care of on this job and this company will continue to grow. BTW nice new building.

Nice clean store with most of the popular phones and accessories. Only negative thing I can find is they dont have enough employees helping the customers. Ive walked in the store twice just in this past week and was never approached by any employee to help me. I understand the employees were busy, so hire more

Sprint has definitely come up! The service area and the data and call data has improved dramatically. The store associates went out of their way to answer questions I had and explain the new features of the latest phones. I also met the general manager and he was a breath of fresh air for the cell phone industry. He has addressed customer concerns and I even witnessed him bringing in phones from other stores to stock this location. Ive worked in the wireless industry before and this is hardly ever heard of bc other stores covet their new phone stock!

The manager is the store was the best Ive ever talked too. She was very helpful in getting the phone I wanted. Not to mention Im from out of state which made the matter much more complicated than normal. Ive never had someone in a cell phone store be so great to me before and I recommend this location to everyone that has Sprint, and anyone looking to switch carriers. Give it a shot. Youll be happy you did.

There is no where to start, the lady samantha foster knows everything & by adding her personality you have stuck GOLD in the cell phone world!!!!! She is the best, dont take my experience, and 100% satisfaction, she is simply the Best.

You will regret the service, every time you want to use GPS, stream a video or Seri says sorry no network and you call sprint and they assure you they show great coverage in your area but you’ll never see three bars or even 3G speeds. Oh my favorite line, “we seem to have towers down in that area......” For how many years sprint?

5 stars for amazing service. Samantha Foster is a wonderful sales rep and store manager, and if you are interested in switching to sprint or upgrading with sprint, Samantha is who you need to see.

My phone was stolen on June 2 and its costing 4 phones to be almost $600😡They have been great working with me but why me and why my phone.

Best T-mobile store around!

I purchased a phone and told the sales representative that I wanted to pay for the phone in full. A few months later I realized he misrepresented the deal and he misapplied the amount i paid for the phone. I am getting charged monthly lease payments and have a large amount due after 18 months. I will never do business there again. I currently have 8 lines with Sprint on a commercial account and plan on changing to another cell phone company.

I would recommend it but the bad thing is it does not work in my area but might work in yours so to my opinion Verizon is good but Sprint is good too Sprint is the second-best phone store that I know

Sprint is one of the biggest lier but this location try there best to correct SprintFor me they really try but Sprint refuse to see the truth but I end up reporting them to the better business bureau watch out for Sprint they will lie but this location I highly respect them for there time and effort to help me correct Sprint that they was wrong but sad to say Sprint here nothing but there own lies would I deal with Sprint no even if they was the only ones I wouldnt deal with them at all

Coy martin was very helpful and made sure weleft happy and satisfied. The girl working sold us a phone case a week ago but she threw away our box and put the case on the phone, we ended up finding a otterbox for the phone for cheaper than the case we had bought that same night so we took the phone case we bought from sprint back but she didnt want to help us because of not having the box that she threw away but Coy made sure things were right.

Poor service people. Expects you to do everything.had to wait 45 mins just to get seen. Everything is to pricey . Said they have deals when its a joke. Manger going around saying I can mark price items off of anything then when you get something they only mark off 2-5 bucks.

Ok their help was very helpful to reset wife phone. Phone wouldnt shut off and was running hot The phone itself .

I visited the store because my phone was charging slower than normal. The associate did not know how to ressolve the problem and the store did not had a repair department. The closest coorporate store is 44 miles away which is a major inconvenience and little disappointing.I was not satisfy with the service.The associate was patient but seems irritated.I asked her to hook up my phone to the store charger to see if I had a bad charger which she did.While my charger was hooked up to my phone, the phone charged zero %. I believed the associate did not hook uo my charger because she wanted me ti believe it was the charger and I would leave ( speculation)

Why they have a Sprint sign up is beyond me. They charge you to pay your bill there. They are out of sim cards always. They always have to call someone else to fix any problems.
