I wasn’t sure what to expect since the pandemic is still ongoing. I had left my mask in the car but they had a mask readily available for me to use and attended to me very quickly. The product that I needed was not available but they quickly offered an alternative plan that met my needs. I was very well satisfied with the service and efficiency of the staff. I recommend them anytime.

Lauren was so helpful and sweet and patient because I had a lot of questions and she helped me with every one and a couple of things I needed took a while but she was so sweet and patient and if she didn’t know the answers she found them for me. I was really surprised at how easy it was purchasing and activating my Version Samsung phone and also at how friendly Lauren, at the desk was. I recommend Version over all other retailers.

I was very pleased with the support I received from this store. Dakota was really knowledgeable on the products he was selling. I was very pleased with the staff in the store. I just cannot say enough positive things about Dakota and the staff.

Jayson is AWESOME!! I didnt know what phone I wanted and he showed me several different options and got me the phone that best suited my needs. If you are wanting a new phone but dont know which one to get go see Jayson at Verizon in Lenlock.

The sales association I dealt with did not know what he was selling me. I didnt even get out of the parking lot before I went back and asked for a refund.

One employee in the store during lunch hours chit-chatting with an old woman about phone colors with 3 people waiting in line. Needed answers about a problem with my bill but couldnt wait the hour it was gonna take. I feel very valued as a Verizon customer for wasting my lunch break. Thanks.
