I went to a couple of different stores and the staff was unable to help me transferring pictures from my old phone. Boost store in ansonia understood what I needed and was able to transfer over 1000 pictures quickly and efficiently. This is what first rate customer service is all about!! Very bad experience and customer service. Rude staff and rude owner. They ripped me off and charged me twice for an item i bought and when i wanted to return it they refused claiming that they didnt force us to buy.It is the worst store I have even been in.

This Store pulled a Bait and Switch. They tell you to BUY a phone with Metro then tell you can just switch back to Boost in 25 days, the scam is you have to then buy another phone because it wont work with Boost. They own both stores.Ill be calling The Better Business Bureau and The FCC

There is no scam, no body force them to switch service first they ask about the deal they like and switch it, each and everything explained to them. I have with boost since 2010 i know boost people very well they are always nice to their customers, yes they own both stores but never force anyone to switch back and forth. people dont hear properly about the deals and blame others by calling it scam. ask questions if you dont understand dont blame others use your brain and listen to the deals carefully.

Everytime I go there they give me the best deals and I always walk out a happy customer. Quick easy and no troubles. I will recommend them to my friends.

Buyer Beware..BIG SCAM in Ansonia Boost and Metro. They own both. They tell you to switch from Boost Buy a phone at Metro then switch back to Boost. Only to find out you cannot.Then try to sell you another phone. They even say you dont have to pay the Metro bill when you switch back to Boost. SCAMMER ALERT

I used to be a Sprint customer but switched over to Boost Mobile at some point. The worker was confrontational and rude. Such bad customer service that Ill be leaving Boost and going back to Sprint!
