Wow just wow. I never met a sweet amazing sales person like Ivy she was just so helpful. I went to get my nephew a phone and i was in one of my down day and she just talked to me while setting up my account and made me laugh i will never forget this moment and the kind words she used (life is to short keep your head up and smile like there is no tomorrow with this covid we are all here and well and look u got to meet me today a comedy latina lol.) I will never go to another metro shes amazing .

I got there at8:30 waited until 9;15 and the store wasnt. Open yes I left I knock in the side of the glass still not good

I cane today to switch my service but girl behind the counter was sooo rude literally told me she cannot do anything for me cannot help me with my account number and throw me out of store. Then i went to boost mobile store in ansonia and there customer is 10 out of 10. Never go to metropcs very very rude ppl

The girl there seemed like she didnt want my business was unfortunately very short and rude maybe she was having a bad day but it shouldnt reflect on customers

I was In there about a week & some days ago. The manager I think her name is Betsy is a terrible person & liar. The person before me was just asking questions & I could see her getting agitated & losing patience when the poor guy just wanted to know basic stuff about the phone. I could tell the guy didn’t know much about newer technology & just wanted some advice. So now it’s my turn. I went there to open a new account . I had an account previously but ended up with sprint & I hated them so I decided I would go back & try to start fresh. Long story short she tells me in order to open up a new account I HAVE to have a $60 rate plan or else I can’t open one up. of course I know that’s a lie because I spoke with the gentleman on the phone the day before. And then she’s literally trying to force me to buy a case & screen protector that I ALREADY have on my phone . She then tells me the price . So I ask for a total breakdown which of course she doesn’t provide . At this point I start to get frustrated so when she finally tells me the price & I ask her why it’s so much she says hold on & what do you know my price dropped a whole $43.13 ... if you want to go to this metro pcs I suggest you DO NOT go when she is there. She will try to suck every penny out of you. She will lie to your face treat you like nothing. the other gentleman I forgot his name he’s kind of tall & wears glasses. He will help you He has a ton of manners & doesn’t treat you like a customer but more of a friend.

The guy behind the counter was the rudest CRS i have ever experienced!!I came to switch out a phone and pay my bill....he just about threw me out of his store!!!

Wow! What a beautiful clean store at this metro! By far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a wireless store yet! Betzy is truly one of the most helpful people I’ve come across in these metro stores. She got me signed up with a new iPhone, I switched my carrier over so I got it for free! She hooked me up with a case and tempered glass for only $40!!! I went to competitor places and was quoted $60 FOR JUST A CASE! Could you believe that? Betzy signed me up with amazon prime and made sure I logged into all my apps before I left. She was awesome. I’m definitely recommending this store to my friends and family and to you guys as well! I’m a happy metro customer and I’ll only be coming to this store from here on out as I’ve gotten the best customer service from this location!

The staff at this location makes me believe that these reviews pushing them up are fake. Both the man (Chris) and the woman that run the store were both incredibly rude. While I would definitely recommend MetroPCS to a friend, I wouldnt recommend using this store to my worst enemy.

The worse metro pcs I ever been too. The customer rep named Betsy and her manager are liars. I went today to purchase two iPhone 6s they are suppose to be free once you switch over the lines. So I walked in thinking I was going to get the phone and not have to buy anything else. She tells me because the phone is free I need to purchase a case it’s part of their bundle deal. I said I don’t want cases though, I don’t need them because I go to Marshall’s for my cases. Then she said the only way I get the phone is if I purchase two cases. So of course I asked her the price she never disclaimed that with me. She kept ignoring the answer and tells me just the glass is worth 30 dollars alone. I am not stupid I have the iPhone 8 Plus I paid 7 bucks for my case and 5 bucks for my screen protectors that come two in one pack. Their cases were 25 a piece and I spent 50 on 2 cheap cases, and the bottons doesn’t even work. I called complaining saying iwanted a refund for the cases. They said they don’t do refunds only exchanges and I asked the manager I want my money back. She tells me the only way you get the phone is if you purchase two cases that’s the deal. I said ok and hung up. I called other metro pcs in CT. All the sales rep said that’s a lie, that the sales rep and manager I was dealing were lying that’s not true. So I’m complaining about this store today because people should beware to avoid this metro pcs and it’s run by unprofessional sales people and a horrible store manager for lying to customers so they can push sells and make more in quotes and commission. I made a corporate complaint as well. It’s disgusting for metro pcs to hire people that lie and extort from people.

Easy access location, very friendly girls . I dealt with Karen she was very knowledgeable quick and extremely nice.

I have the worse experience ever!!!!!I purchased an iPhone 6, after 14 days the iPhone start giving me problems so I came back to The girl named Betsy I think is the manager and she order a need iPhone for me but she never did !!!!😡 she gave the same one.2 day after I came back with the same iPhone with the same problem and she told me she is gonna order a new iPhone until today a month has past and she keep telling me is in the way, But now I can’t returned cause the 30 days past already !!!I think she was trying to let the day past so I can’t returned 😡 no an honest person.This is the one in Main Street
