I have never in my life been so insulted than today at this 7-11. After church, myself and my 6 grandchildren went to this 7-11 store. I went in and the man behind the counter (bald on top with very little hair on both sides) mumbled something and then shouted what do you want. I asked him what was the matter and he had the audacity to say in front of a store full of people I have you on film a month ago stealing $25 worth of stuff. I immediately said that he had the wrong person that I have never stolen anything and how dare he accuse me of that. I was shocked and insulted like never before. I am going to go talk to the owner tomorrow morning and also the police and find out if there is anything that can be done. i am a godly woman with integrity that works full time. I do not do those kind of things. They most certainly do not have me on film doing anything like that. I will never go to that 7-11 store again nor will my family or friends or anyone that I know. I do not even give them the one star but I had to click at least one to post this!!

The man who worked here absolutely refused to give me the product I included photos of at either price that was posted. He then refused to help me at all when I asked him to honor an even more expensive price on the official 711 app. He was rude, he put me in a bad position and wasted a whole lot of both my time and that of someone Im very close to.

Very nice gas pumps and facility seems nice but staff is very rude and mean. He lied about the bathrooms being clogged so I couldn’t use them. He was also rude to another customer. While this station doesn’t have a lot around it, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere to a business owner that respects and appreciates customers. Times are tough, there are better options out there.

Extremely rude customer service, I wouldnt stop here again if my life depended on it. 7-Eleven needs to put this place in check... If you like trash customer service then this is the place for you.

The worst 7/11 Ive ever been in!. Ive seen it dirty much more often then clean. They are often talking on their personall phone and are extremely rude!I wont go here again. I would rather go out of my way than shop here!

Awful, terrible, needs review by DOT, NTSB, BBB. This place is dangerous! Here is why:I stopped at 0150 (1:50am) because my car indicated a tire was low ( 31psi, rest are 40). I pay the machine, pull hose to tire, attempt to inflate then realize its deflated my tire to 12 psi. Machine/hose/nozzle are broken. I go inside to see If worker has hand pump. He yells at me, says hell turn air pump back on. I explain (again) that I dont want to deflate more tires, get yelled at for asking about hand pump, I try to calm him and ask where the closest gas station is. He says a mile or so down that road there... the one with no lights and no people and no cars.. I ask about other side of fwy (next to fwy intersection)I get yelled at that there is NOTHING THERE, GO NOW, GO THAT WAY DOWN ROAD? OK? LEAVE HERE NOW..... I walk to road, opposite his direction, look under huge overpass, and see lights, inwalk about 500 ft to confirm and indeed, open gas stations with air. He lied. 4 gas stations. All open. Chevron,arco,BP, shell. I come back and tell him this. He replies He just got to America 8 days ago, doesnt know anything.. I tell him to put a out of order sign on machine. He says I can do it myself. To leave him alone. He doesnt have time. He is busy sitting behind counter fill ng out some time sheets... I ask for paper and pen, he tell me to leave now. I inform him of the dangers of giving false or ignorant infomation or misleading directions. I try to explain his legal responsobilities. He replies that he doesnt care, i can write that the machine is out of order myself and to get out of the store. Ok. I say ill contact dept of transport and highway safety. He says he doesnt care. Im gone dude. Dumb. What if I was senior, disabled, or part of moto club or a gang? Useless . Sorry and flagging my response is not valid form of apology sorry.

Absolutely atrocious, pump 12 just added on the most expensive car wash out of no where. whats worse was that the mandatory car wash sucked, the thing kept spraying water as it was tryna dry my car down. dont get gas here unless you want a mandatory car wash
