After waiting in a long line in the heat because the car wash kept having to be reset by the clerk I go through and it breaks my windshield. I make a report and the manager says you cant go through with a lumber rack on the truck. I asked where does it say that and she said its just common knowlage . I have been through many drive through car washes before and no problems. The next day the corporate office tells me its not their problem because their is a sign posted see attached photos even if I wanted to not get the car wash I could not back up due to the 10 cars behind me and could not just drive through with out getting a wash because it said wash in use and red light was blinking . The sign is a foot away from entering the wash and is really vague as yo can see. I am not trying to get over on anyone but that thing busted my windshield see you in court. I already got a call from corporate saying they wont pay so unless you tell me different ill go to court. You will be hearing from channel 7 on your side also

As an avid customer here, I do enjoy the service here. I dont typically have to wait too long (and even if I do, what am I gonna do about it? Jump behind the register and help out?), the staff is always fairly nice and helpful, and its within walking distance of my house. I feel like the negative reviews are just people trying to get a rise out of the managerial and standard staff by saying things like iLl SeE yOu In CoUrT while clearly not understanding that the staff arent capable of doing every little thing. There is often times only one cashier available, but again, thats okay by me. So, to all the people that read these reviews (which is likely nobody, but thats all fine and dandy), ignore the upset customers. Theyre just angry about the staff actually doing their job.

Theyre slow, rude, and narrow minded and dumb.. this used to be my favorite store but nowI suggest Chevron or 711..

Closed the second I tried to walk in as my card wasn’t being read at the pump? The girl was in the store all lights on and it states 24 hours! It’s 2AM and this is A WASTE OF MY TIME AND GAS SO LIST YOUR HOURS RIGHT PLEASE
