This place is poorly managed. I have a migraine medication that I fill monthly. I have been told by the pharmacy and by my insurance that an actual person is clicking the wrong button every time I fill which leads to a delay due to insurance issue or a cancellation. Getting a hold of someone and getting things done correctly is becoming such a hassle that I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I have tried to speak to people and encouraged appropriate education so this doesn’t continue to happen but the blank, glazed over state they give and the continued issue tells me they simply don’t care. Avoid this place if you have anthem and express scripts.
If I can give them 0 star I would. We came 2x to get Medication same day they had us come back due prescription not being ready. 3rd day found out they canceled the original order. Now they reinstated the order saying they can have it ready. What kind of heartless person would cancel medications. Just Wow!!!
My grandmother used to get her blood thinning medication from there. They have a new general manager that is super tight with spending/budget. Not only does she refuse to buy shopping carts that older people, people with disabilities, and say... ...just regular people need, but she also only orders prescription refills once every two weeks. They will not order more frequently or more quality. The lady at the pharmacy cried because it was a battle she had to deal with because there were lots of other medications she did not have on hand for other people too. My grandmother almost died because she needs her medication daily. Its crucial. Thank god she found a pharmacy that could get it for her right away.
Staff is extremely rude. I called for some questions on my medication and the guy who answered basically said he couldnt help me, sighed a lot and had a very angry tone the entire time during the call. He advised I needed to come in (even though I advised I am sick and was just asking the protocol to fill my prescription since it allowed me to do it online). He was extremely rude and off-putting and clearly didnt seem like he wanted to help me. I was planning to fill my medication here since its the closest one to me but now Im considering making the drive to another location.
Walgreens on Deer valley Rd. The Pharmacy is getting worse by the day. When Sam was the Manager Sam left, the Pharmacy has gone to the dogs. Forgot calling in as well, either your on eternal hold or they hang up on you.
I usually always go to this location to pick up my prescriptions. But lately the incompetence of the staff is baffling. Somehow my prescription was sent to a Walgreens in Louisiana! I filled my prescription back in June almost a month ago. I called to check on it a couple days later and was told my insurance said I have to wait until July. Fine. I go on vacation and come back and nobody can tell me whyyyyyy my prescription was sent out of state. So i was told they would send a note to my doctor for a new prescription. I call back 3 days later. There is nothing showing a note was sent to my doctors and also now all of a sudden there’s no evidence of them being sent to Louisiana. The gentleman I spoke with this morning raised his voice at me. Im sure he was the same person I spoke with both times prior. And I wouldn’t be surprised if he was the same person to screw up my account! I noticed he doesn’t provide his name when he answers the phone. Which he does with an unfriendly tone. Get it together Walgreens.

The worst place to get your medications from. This is the 3rd time they are making mistakes in processing my medications. Each time I hear the same repeated excuse, Sorry, she is new and being trained. Walgreens management need to oversee this place for their repeated mistakes and excuses. Absolutely horrible place. I am switching to CVS.
The worst customer service and the pharmacy is NOT detailed oriented. The pharmacy entered my personal information wrong into their system. When I called to discuss the issue, they continuously picked up and placed me on hold again. I do not reccommend.

One of the worse Walgreens I been too! They take forever to give drive thru help and often they delay prescriptions aside from sometimes forgetting to fill and not ready when they should. Worse by the day seriously.

Waiting in the pharmacy drive through line for 45 mins moved 4 cars closer to the window 3 were helped and 1 drove away after waiting forever. I dont know why it takes them over 20 mins per car to pickup a prescription worst pharmacy ever.

The store called me to pick up my medication and I confirmed it was ready. When I came, it was not ready and had to wait 1 hour for them to process it. Unprofessional and unethical staff. Stay away from this place.
Pharmacy takes forever ! Usually have to wait over an hour in line and the pharmacy is always under staffed !!! They only have 1 pharmacist ! & I needed a medication that had to be reviewed before giving and i had to wait for the pharmacist to come back from his lunch for the medication to be reviewed ! This Walgreens needs more staff in pharmacy and in register because the lines are always super long
My husband called 4 time to talk to someone. We waited more more than 30 minutes each time and right when it was his turn, they hang up the phone on him. This pharmacy people do not respect customer at all. They do not even deserve to get one star. We do not appreciate the way they treat people.
The manager at this location is amazing. She steps in everywhere to keep the pharmacy running smoothly. Ever since the new head pharmacist came on board I have never experienced such quality service. I am more than pleased with this location and prefer this pharmacy over any other company or Walgreens location. Way to go guys! Happy family of customers here.
This place is hiring racist worker. The lady at the pharmacy claimed that she does not understand my mom’s answer (my mom speaks fait English and she was only asking her about her first and last name) she brought an Translator who speaks Arabic and still claimed that my mom is not on the system. Then, she claimed that my mom is not on the system my mom has been on the system for the past 12 years. If a manager see this, this happened today Thursday at 5:58 pm on the phone. My mom had her prescription the severe inflammation since Wednesday at 9am. Basically this worker refused to offer service based on my mom background an unacceptable act of racism specially when it comes from a place that should give medication to people!!
The male pharmacists is not nice at all. The rest of the staff is great if you dont mind waiting and being treated like a drug seeking addict. Even if I were, i should not be treated so horribly. What my Doctor says is what goes.Not the pharmacists.
When I entered the store the cashier did not greet me. As I walked to the area I was planning on purchasing from, the cashier says over the intercom, Code 30 on isle 1. I got my item and went to the photo department and the women working in that area didnt want to process the transaction for the item I wanted. I had to ask her twice before she rang it up. When I left the store the front cashier did not say anything. Very bad customer service skills.
I have thoroughly enjoyed watching the pharmacist and the pharmacy administrators take to their jobs like ducks do to water. All individuals are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Perhaps, a lesson can be learned here, all staff and pharmacists in other Walgreen locations could possibly have these guys do some extreme training.
Go there any time of the day, any time of the week to pick up a prescription. If you are very lucky, you will only have to wait half an hour. More likely, at least an hour, maybe more. There is always a long line and it is always incredibly slow to move. This is the worst managed Walgreens Ive ever seen, and that is REALLY saying something.
Prescriptions never ready on time, had to wait in like 45 minutes the first time, wasn’t ready, came back 20 minutes later and had to wait in line for a little over 1 1/2 hours. So slow. Going to start going to Wal-Mart pharmacy.
The drive-thru is awful!! My daughter needed a prescription for an antibiotic and I was told to come back 1 and a half hours later. We had dinner, came back about 3 hours later and then, was told we could either come in to the pharmacy or come back a 3rd time in 10 minutes. With 2 little girls in the back coming in was not an option and I would L O V E to know why they couldnt fix the issue in 3 hours but they could supposedly in 10 minutes of me driving around wasting gas!!! Unbelievable!!! I am going to be looking into a location with much better customer service.Oh, they did tell me I could pay for it full price but couldnt promise to refund the difference later. I thought you might want to be aware of this experience. Thanks for your time!

The store in general is kind of pricey. The pharmacy seems to be busy a lot. However, the pharmacy staff is generally helpful and curtious.

They dont care when theyre in the wrong, they have the all well go somewhere else attitude. I live next door to this Walgreens and most often have to go to another out of town to buy my OTC medications because the shelves are bare. Cannot find the same product twice! When items on sale, i.e. BOGO they often only have one. And high prices!
This is a good Walgreens. Staff is always welcoming and cheerful. The stock is usually kept well. They have a very large pharmacy section. In fact, many of there drugs are cheaper than CVS by a large margin. For example, the solubilized ibuprofen here is $3.99 where as at CVS it is $7.99. Also. The toy section is up to date with new toys and classics, so if you need a quick gift then this is is the place.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My doctor will send them my script for pain mess and rarely does it get filled without a phone call. They dont get the correct amount without the doctor repeatedly sending in multiple scripts.It is a hassle every single month. Please avoid this pharmacy.
Took 4 TRIPS 2 hours waiting in lines in 100 degree weather to get a glucose meter and strips first time wasnt in the bag had other meds didnt think to look in the bag second time just the meter third time I was told they didnt have the STRIPS!! If I didnt have to go here because of insurance reason I would NOT go here its always something with this pharmacy
I went to the pharmacy to fill a workers comp med and when i stood at the front desk the lady helping me said that they dont take Kiser patients.(even tho the doctor told me any pharmacy will take me) when i told her it was a workers comp case she still refused to even help me. She said that the info is not in their system. (My injury was from early this morning so it would not be in their system) i told her that it was from earlier today and still i was refused. This made me mad to say the least. So anyone who reads this all the way there is hope. Save your time, just go to Rite Aid if its a workers comp case. They will help.
Would you like to die? Then try filling your prescription with these idiots! Auto-refills of life saving drugs dont get filled. It takes a minimum of 20 minutes to print a sticker and put it on a sealed box. They can never find your prescription even when they do have it ready. Theyll tell you insurance wont cover it, but 45 minutes of arguing with them later somebody realizes theyve been trying to fill an old prescription from a different provider and then everything is fine, good job moron who designed their software and unobservant idiot at the counter. Its like death in a large box thats really really slow with a long line that you might die in before you even get to their criminally negligent personnel. -32768/5 stars.
The only good thing about this pharmacy is the drive threw it’s horrible to me my mom went to get my daughter prescription 3times & for some reason she’s not on file ever being their my mom keeps trying to give them her insurance info but they still won’t do it nor give the prescription also the dr email it n on Friday they said they had to order it & it won’t b their till Monday so we go Monday then they try to tell us that they never even got a prescription sent over so I had to have their doctor do it again I swear Walgreens u are absolutely the worst first chance I get im moving my things to rite aid

Terrible service every time. Long lines that barely move. Oh and they tell you it will be an hour, so you come back 2 hours later and they wont have your medicine until the NEXT morning somehow... So incompetent its amazing!

I hate this place. They are severely under staffed. It is ridiculous how long the lines are. You could be on hold waiting on someone over the phone for 30 mins. I have complained to managers and nothing seems to be working. I am just going to start going to Rite aid because its a headache every time I go up there or try to get through to someone over the phone. Also I have the Walgreens app and they have texted me multiple times saying that prescriptions are ready and when you get there they want you to wait or come back. Ugh they get on my nerves. I had to give one star to post this review but I would definetly not give them any stars
