Place is falling apart and there are many safety concerns, Osha would have a field day walking through this place. It used to be great but now they dont make their ware like they used to. Instead of being 100% made in the USA, they layed off more than half of their employees and started importing most of their stock from Portugal now to just decorate it, but probably still put the made in USA decal on the back. Management changed and it just went down hill from there, but to be honest it probably started before that.Its a run down place that doesnt live up to their prestige.

If you look up ther term “customer service” there would be a picture of Debbie Smith. From start to finish with a long tedious path in between, Debbie helped my wife pick the perfect China set. Multiple phone calls & visits, Debbie was patient, helpful and productive. We recommend Pickard. Debbie helped us to the point that we are not just happy customers - we are fans.
