So.....a year later, the missing part is still missing, the trunk wasn’t properly aligned and leaks like a sieve, they took forever to not do the the repair properly and never bothered to follow up on calls. The car is now being repaired by someone who knows what they’re doing on my Mini. Apex, if you don’t know how to fix a car properly, say so rather than making a mess out it.

We bought a car for a college age daughter and it had body damage when we bought it. This shop did an excellent job on the repair, fixed the issue that was most significant, while going out of their way to use the least expensive part options. Thus, we were happy with the repair and the reasonable cost. It was obvious they wanted us to be happy. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Darin is a stand-up guy. My initial quote actually came in a bit less than what the total repair was, but he said not to worry about it and did the job for the same quoted price. Car came back in like-new condition and was completely in a timely manner. The price was quite a bit cheaper than most of the local competition and the work was stellar. 5/5 experience and I definitely recommend them.

It is the best body shop I have ever been to. I trust Darin and his team in working on my S2000. Darin does an excellent job and never hesitates to go the extra mile for his customers. The paint match was excellent, the side skirt installation was flawless, and the fender rolling was extremely precise as well. Sometimes though he doesnt pick up the phone, so you gotta chase him down.

Awesome job! We had a body repair done at Apex Auto Body Specialists and the car looks like new! You absolutely cannot tell that a portion was repainted and you cannot find any of the previous damage. And not only did they fix my car to new condition, they also cleaned it inside and out before I picked it up and charged me less than the original estimate. Professional through and through. Had my 12 civic towed here after it was rear ended. Darrin, the owner, took care of all the hassles with the insurance company and kept me up to date on the repairs. This body shop is a rare find. Talking to Darin, you come across a man who has handled every kind of repair in his years of working. I walked into his shop to get a writen estimate for a bumper damage. Not only was his estimate for replacing the bumper atleast 20% cheaper than the estimate I received from other 4 competitors, he also offered me a low cost option of just repairing the bumper than replacing if I was paying out my pocket. I went with the lost cost option and also asked him to fix another preexisitng damage to my car. He said he would look into it but couldnt promise if he would be able to fix it. Well, the end result was a pleasant surprise and the entire bill for both the repairs was a pittance compared to what would have cost me else where. The man doesnt spend much time talking through the repair process or upselling. Instead, he will let his workmanship do the talking.The girl at the front desk is friendly and accomodating too. Seemed like an establised and well run business going by the display of all the thank you cards sent over the years by customers. Keep up the great work !

I was on my way to Salisbury NC on hwy 70 when a tractor tire wheel exploded - I hit the rubber and did about $2,600 worth of damage. No bumper and I was so sad. Darin and his team made my car look like new, and they did it SO quickly. They worked with my insurance company and even let me take the car home before the insurance check came to them. I SOOO appreciate the awesome work they did! I would HIGHLY recommend using them.

Went here because of the 4.5 star rating. But regret it. Although the staff and owner are professional and friendly, the work quality is not. I took my car here to get the bumper repainted which then led to two more visits after unsatisfactory work or damage. To other parts of the car. It seems every time I get the car back something else on it is messed up. Good people, bad service.UPDATE: I keep finding more things wrong with my car after they have worked on it. For starters there are multiple places on my cars paint where the clear coat is no longer there due to them trying to over correct their bad paint job. Second, there has been a persistent squeaking noise coming from my trunk since I got the car back. It has gotten worse over time, I was finally fed up and decided to investigate. I found that both of my tail lights were missing a nut to hold them in place. This must of happened when they took off the bumper. This is the second time I have noticed them not putting things back together properly. The first time I got my car back the clips that hold the interior carpet in the trunk were left all over the places with the carpet insecure. As well as a empty paint mixing bucket left in the back seat.I have gone back 3 times for them to fix what they mess up and each time I get it back it gets worse. Half of my car panels are now missing clear coat and needs to be repaired before the paint fades and chips away. This is an expensive fix, how ever I will do anything I can not to ever go back to this buisness!

Being in an accident is tough but choosing to have my car repaired here was the best thing I could have done. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my car looked exactly like it did before the mishap. I hope I never get in another accident but if I do this is the only place I would choose. The manager of this store gave me a quote approximately half of what all the other shops offered me. I was told that if I was given such price the car would not be as good as it was. I was worried, but after I saw the job that they had done on it, it looked as if it was never damaged.
