Still a great business!!The covid-19 pandemic is the real blame, as I see it, concerning the sudden drop in their productivity, and all the reviews with few stars & displeased customers. I had a gift custom made, by a longtime customer of theirs. The customer was shocked, at the lower production & operation, because obviously the company had (as the customer said) always done great service. The customer never got disrespectful & lashed out at them, because thats not their character. The gift was late, and incorrectly made. When the customer informed me of the expected gift, I humbly got involved. I drove to the store & peacefully spoke to them, as they also spoke peacefully with me. They listened to my side, and WE WORKED IT OUT PROFESSIONALLY & NICELY. They even showed me their computer screen, so we could compare my information with their information of the order. They committed to redoing the entire order of the gift, and even when I offered to help or help pay anything, they still refused anything else from me. I then purchased some paraphernalia. Why not?! Supporting Black business means to support them in the smooth times & rough times, to me. Greek Sneakz has been a well-known business, for a long time, and has served many. Please dont let pandemic issues tarnish their reputation, and please help them continue to thrive.Peace.

The quality of the products is excellent, the owner and staff are very professional and conscientious when processing my orders. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering anything from this place. Dont order anything from these people. Its a good chance you wont receive it. And they dont want to refund your money. They transferred me to billing and the lady told me, the owner would call me. I said why cant you refund my money. She said the order had gone out. I said it has not gone out. She said she just works here. Im not making this up.

Absolutely horrible! I paid for 2 day shipping only to receive the wrong poorly fitted order two months later. Now they refuse to send my a return form so that I can return the product within the 15 day period. Very bad business and customer service.Please check your greek sneakz email. This company is a scam! They are desperate for money and do not fulfill orders. I ordered a cardigan for my niece and never received it. When I called the company, a man told me I would receive it the following Friday. I still have not received my order and they refuse to answer the phone! Horrible customer service! Very ghetto, wouldn’t recommend. They’re name is absolutely right, they SNEAK and still your money!!!!

I received excellent customer service from Mr. Will Hymon (the owner of Greek Sneakz) and would highly recommend Greek Sneakz to anyone seeking unique and high-quality paraphernalia. Initially I was going to cancel my order because I hadnt received the merchandise, nor had I received any kind of update two weeks after placing my order online. I had also visited the store in person to make an exchange of another item that I received as a gift, but had not received the replacement item, which also had to be ordered. After Mr. Hymon learned of my dissatisfaction, he called me personally and bent over backwards to resolve my issues. He even went the extra mile to deliver the items to my home in person to make sure I was satisfied. I can certainly understand and sympathize with those who have had negative experiences. However, I believe that Mr. Hymon is an honest and ethical businessman whose goal is to provide excellent customer service, and to do everything in his power to resolve any issues you may have.Deborah J. This company has the worse customer service I have every experienced. I will make sure that my Sorority knows that you do not deserve to sell our para. I have requested a refund for a blazer I have not received and you have not even responded in weeks.Update: Finally spoke to a lady, who stated that blazers were being mailed this Friday. I told her I would like a refund. She said she would put my name on a list and give it to the owner. She said its a process. My next step is to call the better business bureau and Sec of State for NC and file a complaint.

This is the absolute worst company to do business with. I’ve been led on and lied to constantly and the owner Will hardly, if ever, returns call while the lady Michelle is never any real help. I’ve been waiting for my jacket and they don’t know how to give direct answers but keep pushing back when I was suppose to get it. Had to call multiple times to even get the tracking information after Will guaranteed I’d get it and Michelle told me she was doing it as we were getting off the phone. I wish I could give zero stars because the terrible service I received doesn’t deserve a single star at all. Save your money. I recommend anyone to use 3 Sisters Embroidery because it was much better and satisfying service. JUST STAY AWAY FROM GREEK SNEAKZ!!!

My niece has sent messages, called, emailed about an order she placed in April for blazers with NO customization. I recommended this business to her, based upon a friend’s recommendation. There have been promises of the order arriving 3 weeks ago, and now no one answers the phone. The customer service is non-existent. Based upon previous reviews, this business has numerous complaints about their lack of communication.

DO NOT ORDER from this place. I placed an order 72 days ago and have yet receive any type of confirmation for anything. On day 34, I called to check on it and one of the workers said it’s been sitting because they didn’t know what to write on it. You would think that they would call or ask the customer instead of letting the jacket just sit there but I guess since they already received the $221.54 it didn’t matter. Since then I’ve called 7 times and every time I’ve been told I’d received a callback and never did. So on day 72, I’ve given up and had to dispute the charge through my bank because of the lack of response. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else to order from!

Absolutely, horrible experience. I purchased my first order and it took entirely too long to receive. I puchased a 2nd order to redeem the vendor that came incomplete missing an item. I awaited the follow-up of this order and the wrong ordered item was sent instead of the correct item. I will no longer be using this vendor as a preferred vendor. I wish I would have read the reviews before my 2nd order and I would have went in a different direction. Buyer beware of this vendor. Takes too long to get a response if the order is wrong.

Nobody seems to know when my jacket will be completed...some lady who works there had the nerve to have an attitude just because I wanted an update on my order...considering I been waiting this long. I hardly ever write reviews but I am writing this one because the customer service is horrible. I placed an order a month ago, got an email thanking me for placing an order. Called a few weeks ago about my order because I haven’t gotten an update on it. It was a gift for an Zeta that was crossing over. Called they put me on hold like 3 times stating they were calling downstairs for something, well I was told they ordered the jacket n it never came in but ordered it again m it was coming but the bags I ordered were there. I requested a refund and I was told they would have submitted the email for return n it would take about 24-48hrs it’s a week later n no communication. My order was over $150. I just want my money back because this is horrible customer service n poor communication.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I order a shirt with no update for days after reaching out to them asking for a refund they stated that I needed to pay more money for it to be ship. I have voiced via email that I am not interested in anything but a refund and I have yet to receive my refund. If you have second guest about my opinion just read other reviews. Read the unprofessional responses by the employee/owner. I expect theyll respond to this also. I have filed a fraudulent report with my bank and will file a report with the better business bureau.

Another Edit: Im raising my review. It was tough to get the right shirt sent out but they came through and delivered the shirt after multiple conversations. They were gracious and easy to speak with and very professional.Edit: Im lowering my review due to the lack of customer service from the first order to the last. I placed in the description what I wanted on the back of the shirt but somehow that was overlooked. I ordered on the 24th of March and its now the 5th of April. I paid for priority shipping. This will be the last time I order from them. The lack of communication is terrible. They charge way too much for priority shipping just to have your order in limbo.I ordered from this company around Christmas and I messed up my own order with the line name and number but it did arrive a few days after Christmas. The shirt looked great and the material was good. So, I ordered the shirt again with the correct line name and number. I paid for 2 day shipping.... We are on day 7. I sent an email and didnt get a response. My order is currently sitting in order placed status. That to me means that arent focused on fulfilling this order any time soon even though I paid extra for shipping. It would be nice of someone reached back and refunded me for my shipping cost. I know its one shirt but your estimated time of delivery was the 26th... Its currently the 31st and no response from the email I sent out... Any help is greatly appreciated.

Been a repeat customer with no problems but the day there was a problem, true colors were shown. Business posted on FB and sent me an unsolicited email stating that if I ordered a particular shirt by 1/31 and paid priority shipping, they’d ship in time to arrive for event on 2/5. I purchased on 1/30. Got email on 2/2 that package shipped. When I checked usps on evening of 2/3, I found that only shipping info was sent on 2/2 and package didn’t ship until 2/3 and won’t arrive until mail delivery on 2/5. Due to my work schedule and my mail delivery, I will not have the package until tomorrow night, too late to wear to work and show my support for Zetas Have Heart on 2/5. I told owner I would return shirt and asked if I could have a full refund. Owner says this is my fault for relying on the email that product was shipped and not calling sooner- when I didn’t know they shipped my purchase too late until well after hours on Wednesday. Told me about his hard work and that Zetas should be glad he worked so hard to make a nice event for us and I should be grateful I’m getting a shirt at all. And said he never said it would come in time for me to wear to work or during the day. Never mind that I paid $25 plus priority shipping to buy the shirt. All I wanted was acknowledgment of an error and a refund. Now, this repeat customer is a former customer and has made her last purchase at this store.OWNER INSISTS ON CALLING ME A LIAR BUT I HAVE WRITTEN PROOF OF WHAT I SAY. HE POSTED ON FB AND SENT UNSOLICITED EMAIL THAT SAID HE WOULD SHIP TIMELY. POSTED DEADLINE OF 1/31. CHECK FB TO SEE WHO LIES- SEE POST AND I ATTACHED PICTURES OF DOCUMENTS TO MY POST. I ORDERED ON 1/30. COMPANY SENT EMAIL ON 2/2 SAYING ITEM SHIPPED HOWEVER POST OFFICE TRACKING SAYS ITEM NOT RECEIVED AT POST OFFICE UNTIL 2/3. WHEN I CALLED OWNER ON 2/4, I OFFERED TO RETURN THE SHIRT AND ASKED FOR ASSURANCE THAT I WOULD GET A FULL REFUND INCLUDING THE SHIPPING COST. HE WOULDN’T AGREE TO THIS AND I HAD TO HEAR HOW HE HAD LOTS OF ORDERS, SPENT HIS OWN MONEY ON OTHER PEOPLE’S ORDERS AND ITS MY FAULT FOR NOT TELLING HIM ABOUT THE DELAYED SHIPPING AND EVERYTHING ELSE I STATED ABOVE. I had the worst experience with them I gave a deposit for family reunion Tee shirts he promised he would have them made by the date, he called me on the date of family reunion in the middle of the day to say he’s out of town try to get with his wife to get them so we never got the shirts so I’m thinking 🤔 maybe he just do Greek Shirts 👚 he should never took the assignments if he wasn’t going to do it I could have gotten anyone to do it😡😡

I ordered a long-sleeve t-shirt over 6 days ago, I sent an email last night and I called today. This is ridiculous that you cant get good customer service my Sororities Founders Day Celebration is Friday and I wanted something new to wear. Well I guess I will find something on Etsy or Amazon...#sodisappointed.
