My car was pretty banged up from a deer incident and my driver door was jammed, but it’s pretty much brand new now! It’s spotless to say the least. Customer service was also great and everyone is very kind here. 10/10 recommend!
Gerber did a fantastic job matching the paint on my 2011 Mercedes SUV. Its black and shows everything and came out great. David, the General Manager, went above and beyond in customer satisfaction, addressed any questions or concerns that I had, and I felt like a valued customer with each interaction. Service was done promptly and finished ahead of schedule. On a personal note, my husband was out of town through the whole process and typical handles these things, but Gerber made the process very easy.
Very helpful, honest, and was more concerned with ensuring I received the best service than making a profit. Highly recommend.

Wow!!! I just loved the SUPERB collision repair and paint job by Gerber Collision and Glass -Apopka at 1990 S. Orange Blossom Trail in Apopka, FL 32703! Vincent Goodwin, the Estimator, approached me, as soon as I approached the counter! He saw my bumper damage and assured me his team could fix the damage and, that the paint would match perfectly! All was perfectly repaired with the paint matching amazingly exact! All the office personnel, i.e., Cindy, Bianca and the Driver, Marsha, who took me home and picked me up when the car, a 2011 Porsche Boxster, was ready “in only 3 days,” were extremely professional and compatible with me! What a customer friendly, knowledgeable, intelligent and professional team they all were/are!!! Also, the car was washed and waxed, when I picked it up!!! I “highly” recommend the Gerber Collision and Glass - Apopka to everyone who needs car maintenance and repair!!! I dropped my car off for service today at Gerber Collision and Glass and I was super pleased with the service I received. The gentleman that took care of me was great. He addressed me as soon as I got out of my car and explained everything to me that would be done to my car. I got my rental quickly. It was a painless experience. I had to share with everyone how pleased I was with the courteous way I was treated and the friendly attitude of the staff. When I get my car back I know that I will back raving about the work. First time being here....lady up front was very helpful on getting me seen quickly. Vincent was right out, and had my estimate taken in under 10mins.
We were in a car accident 10-22-2020. Gerber was the preferred choice for state farm insurance For the guy that hit us. We were told they could not take a look at our car to estimate it for at least eight days. The day before our appointment I received an email saying that the appointment was canceled. When I called him to find out why, the lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude. When I asked why our point was canceled she told me because we hadn’t finish the estimate yet. I told her we were waiting and had an appointment for an estimate and she seemed very confused. We showed up on our appointment date and dropped off our car. When the estimate was completed the same rude girl called to let us know the estimate was complete in to pick up the car. They still can do the repair on the car for at least two weeks. When I asked her how much the estimate was for, she said free…. In reviewing the estimate they were going only going to use filler and paint the damage not replace the damaged quarter panel hood light and or look at the tire that was hit. The new manager is very condescending and very Short on patience. He told me that I needed to call state farm and amend our accident report because I didn’t include the hood or the tire even though we were hit in the front of the car. The moral of the story is that Gerber only works for the insurance company and not the individual that was hit. Take your business elsewhere they don’t really care about you.Short on patience. I am very happy that i chose Gerber collision to repair my car. I was able to get in quick and got my car back exactly when they said I would get my car back. The rental was super easy and quick. The communication was great and the service was very awesome as well. Everything was straight forward and there was no miscommunication or confusion. Especially with the times we are in right now, I’m very grateful. I would come back here again! And I would recommend to others as well.
The service manager was so helpful. My friends cars’ under panel came loose (due to previous oil change at another location and the screws not being replaced) and was dragging. We had it towed to Gerber and what a nice ending to an exasperating morning. The employees at Gerber were so helpful. Definitely excellent treatment.

Never go there. They can not do anything right. To fix two doors. I had to take back three times. Do I just took it to someone elsePro Tree is having to do everything they did over. I wish I could fight then for all the time I had to take it back. I appreciate your apologies but what do I get for my time and frustration through this last couple months. I had to take my car somewhere else to get it fixed they finally did a great job on it. Sorry but if I had my way about it yall would have paid somebody would have paid him a whole truck but thats just the way I feel Im glad yall can do better with somebody else but I dont know what happened with me it was really frustrating as hell going there four times
I’ve only been in three car accidents in my life (not at fault), I’ve had awful experiences with the body shop. Gerber changed that. Everything about my experience was phenomenal. From the estimators, management and techs - they truly use a “white glove” approach to their service. I highly recommend them.

Im really impressed with the professionalism and quality work provided by the team at this facility. I took my 2013 Honda Accord there for repairs and they kept me well informed of the process and even finished ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend this place and will use them again if I ever need collision repairs again.
Well lets be honest! Should it take two weeks to tell me my car was a total loss? Almost three. If you had to pat for a rental for 4 days short of a month would you be ok with that.
These guys are seriously the best, Someone backed into my rear quarter panel scuffed it up pretty good, Made an appointment the next day and boom 2 days later my car is brand new again, Great service, Easy rental car access, Overall great experience, I will be sure to spread the word!
Gerber did an awesome job on my truck after some serious front and rear damage (got sandwiched). Truck was only 10 days old at the time of the accident, so it was very easy to judge the quality of the repairs because the truck was perfect before. Whole new front and rear plus repaint. The paint job was top notch and all parts are aligned properly and solid. The truck looked perfect after repairs. There were a couple of issues found after the repairs with the parking sensors and wipers, but Gerber responded promptly, got me back in the shop quickly, and back on the road. They kept me informed as repairs progressed giving me twice weekly updates and were always friendly and courteous.
I only went here because they are partnered with Geico. I will NOT refer them to family/friends! They repaired instead of replacing like they told me they would do. I had to chase my service guy, Bruce, down for answers. Didnt even call me back when he said he would (2x).When I did go to pick my car up, not only was there a layer of dust everywhere but ALSO black finger prints on the dashboard and tan leather seats AND the door wasnt aligned properly! It was totally sticking out and noticeable. Poor workmanship. Two weeks later had to take my car back in again for a broken window motor, damaged in the accident, and when I get there to sit and wait...they ordered it for the wrong door. Waste of time, gas and still havent heard from them about getting it fixed.Seem to be about quantity NOT quality! Sad and frustrating!!

I brought my car in to have the bumper fixed. The damage was minimal but I wanted to get it taken care of before it got worse. I made a claim with my insurance company and was prepared to pay my deductible. To my complete surprise and utter shock, Gerber told me the damage was so minor that they would fix it for free! They had the work done in under an hour. I couldnt be more thankful. Ive used them in the past and will definitely use them again in the future. I cant say enough good things about this company. They are always professional, courteous and extremely prompt with their repairs.
Great, friendly staff and just an awesome experience overall! It only took a few days to fix my car and it looks brand new. They even gave the car a wash and cleaned the interior. Would definitely reccomend if you ever need to get your car fixed after an accident!
Just picked up my car from this location and I must say I am thoroughly pleased at the results. Not only did they make the whole process, from beginning to end, stress-free but my car repair was done in a day (had a dent in my bumper from a hit & run). I absolutely love their work! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass in Apopka. I brought my car here after it was suggested by the insurance company (Allstate) of the at fault driver in the accident my vehicle was damaged in. During the course of repair the insurance company tried to pull some fast ones but David at Gerber Collision was on them, making sure what was promised was done. Gerber even went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with end results. Had a very bad experience for the second time at this place
Worst service ever. Went in for a simple auto claim and waited two weeks to even hear back after pursuing them multiple times via phone and email. Just getting estimate pictures took 45 minutes. Ridiculous.
Very proffessional shop. Very satisfied with the staff. I had to be back 3 times for bumper adjustments and looks like a 4th time is in the future since the side clips keep coming lose and the bumper pops out
We didnt have rental reimbursement through our insurance, Gerber said it could take up to 15 days to repair our car. They expedited the process and had it done in 4 days! Excellent workmanship and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Called in the afternoon trying to set up a same day appointment. I was told my appointment was at 4p. Showed up and was told I didnt have an appointment. Once I made the appointment in person, things ran smoothly. I signed up for the text updates. The text updates were not accurate but they did call me and keep me updated. Would use them again but make appointment in person to save frustration and time.

I was so distressed about my new car getting pounded by hail. It looked like a Golf Ball. The windshield was scary. The staff was so patient with my recollection of the experience. They let me go on and on. From the description of the golf sized hail to the larger than tennis ball. It helped me ferl better. They never interrupted when I told how fearful we were.It was so helpful to be reassured by those who looked at the car.I really appreciate Kiara and all her help with paperwork, insurance, and for listening. If this is not her name, I misheard it and am sorry. She was great.I cannot recall the older gentleman who looked at the car and took down details. He also brought it out to me.I am most appreciative of his listening to me and his reassuring me.

My car was fixed in this location through progressive insurance about 2 months ago. It needed a rim, fender, door repair and bumper repair and that was it. Mind you, my car was in perfect shape before it saw this place. I got my car back and the repair looked Ok but i started noticing things once i drove off. Nothing in the driver door was plugged back in. None of the splash guards were put back. The bumper lights were never hooked up. My key got wet and now never works which costs me upwards of $200 to get a new one. They lost my key to the wheel locks for the rims so now if i get a flat i have no way to remove the tire. And the repair on the bumper looks shoddy. I am absolutely infuriated. The car was left a mess and no one knows where all my missing parts went. This is just my experience with this place so hopefully yours isnt as bad.

They have had my suv for over a week. Got a text saying it was done... nope. It isnt. They broke the clips putting the bumper back on and no one called to tell us and my husband had to call to findout. Oh, and they are not willing to fix something broken by the accident saying its a wearable part (lift gate hydraulics) I was rearended! It worked perfect before. It just broke randomly at same time at collision I guess. And they were unwilling to call my insurance to find out if the would cover it. If you call... you get a useless receptionist lol And no one ever calls back. RUN. Dont go there. Im still without my suv.
The Estimates the guy wrote up was totally wrong. Even though I told him My car was a 3 stage Pearl White. He still put 1 stage clear coat. And he double charge for the same Door . And My insurance told me they dont want to repair my vehicle cause Im to difficult. ITS NOT MY FAULT I WANT MY VEHICLE DONE THE RIGHT WAY NOT THE WRONG WAY. WORST PLACE TO BRING YOUR CAR UNLESS YOU DONT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT REPAIRS. SUCKKKKKKKKKKK
Th only reason they get 1 star is because thats the lowest i can give. I brought my car here for collision repair minor fender bender. They had my car sitting here for an entire month and never called one to give me any updates. I would call every week and hear something different after a month I called and they claimed my car was totaled. After going back and forth for days i got my car towed to a different body shop and they fixed it in 3 days. Horrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone.

I went in for an estimate that I had scheduled an appointment for the day before.. Right away it seemed that they were annoyed with it and just wanted me to leave. The front desk receptionist finally found someone that would do the estimate but 5 minutes in one of his supervisors came out to get rid of me. They said the would email me the estimate and so far has not happened.
