Absolutely ridiculous! Late to open the business. Took my car in to get repainted a week ago said it would take 5-10 business days, understandable. Called to get an update a week later since it was nearing the pickup date only for them to tell me they didnt touch my car and theyre moving locations!? This is not a way to run a business if youre serious and care about your customers. I would not recommend this shop.

They took my 1965 Chevy stepside pickup truck 2017 . 5 months later They went through 3 managers and came to the conclusion there was to much Rust repairs body work and could not do it . I would have given them a 4 stars for there Honisty and refund but “BOBBY” the last shop manager refered me to someone he claimed as an expert in these kind of repairs . It was a nightmare .This so called expert JOE BLUME operating As MJ AUTOMOTIVE in ApopkaPrimed over rust without treating it first and his repairs were hideous . I am a paint and wallpaper contractor and I could do a better job than this drunk did. Im also having to buy parts and hardware missing from the truck that he never put back. Beware of this clown he’s a joke and MAACO should have never refered this guy. I’m glad I stopped him when I did

My appointment for my car was January 25th. I dropped it off on that day. No body work was done just painted. After many calls and many unnecessary visits it was finally done yesterday March 2nd. I was without my car for 5 weeks and they couldn’t have cared less. The paint job was pretty good tho so there’s that good thing

These guys went above and beyond, Justin has an awesome team of guys over there and despite setbacks that we’re completely out of their control, they were able to deliver and and not only meet my expectations but exceed them by far. Trust me these are the guys you want working on your vehicle you won’t be let down

I delivered my 1998 mustang convertible to maaco collision center in Apopka February 22nd at 8:30 a.m. as requested March 1st Monday I received a call around 9:30 in the morning to come in and pick up my car because they are going out of business and would not be able to do the job after holding my car for a week. Not happy.

Bobby and his staff did an excellent job repairing my 2013 Honda CR-V. Pricing was very fair and service was excellent. The paint match was perfect. This company went above & beyond by buffing out free of charge some scratches & blemishes on an adjacent door at no charge. They are meticulous and caring. Great job - highly recommend!

Bobby did a nice paint job for a fair price. I went with the performance clear coat because it was a metallic paint and it would standout more.

I do not recommend you take your vehicle to this location.

I’ve come here three times now in the last couple weeks. The first time I cam on a Wednesday at 4p and they were closed; The hours state open from 8a-6p. I tried calling and got no answer.I came again this morning at 8:30a, came in sat down and waited for someone. After waiting for 30 mins they finally told me that no one could write an estimate because the people that do it don’t come in until the afternoon.... okCame again today at 4:30p same story as first time. Doors locked no one here no answering the phone.....Complete waste of time.

Wow! What a great experience. From the initial visit and quote, through the final painted product, both Brandy and Bobby were friendly, helpful, encouraging and went above and beyond. Theyre expertise and no pressure explanations helped me pick what worked best for me. My car went from old, sad, sun damaged paint to show room new and beautiful! They sanded, primed, and painted a gorgeous custom color and I paid exactly what I was quoted. Very happy! My only regret is not going sooner.

3 day job turned into 3weeks and they ruined my truck a little kid could’ve painted it better. Definitely would never recommend them.

We took our RAV 4 to get re-painted. My wife signed up for one of the more expensive packages. She brought it in on Monday with a promise to be done on Friday. Well, the prep work was done Friday, but the paint was far from finished. Eventually, we were able to get the car. Many touch ups and details needed to be done. Still not sure we got the clear coat that was promised. Anyway, on the drive home, one of the luggage rail caps blew off. We found cracks in two others that had been glued back together. I reported it to the corporate office, but never received a response. I will have to pay an additional expense for the broken rail caps. Maybe good for small jobs, but not recommended for full body paint.

Had a pretty good experience with this location. Bobby is an Awesome manager and the work they did on my vehicle was good. The only area they would need to work on is communicating delays.

Bobby was very professional and worked well with my insurance company. Car looked good when I picked it up, it does have swirl marks from buffing but that is something I can live with. Give these guys a try!!!!’

We had some bumps in the road at the beginning of the process because there were some verbal commitments made that were not in writing and then the manager quit.The new manager, Raul, had his hands full cleaning up the mess that was left for him but he went the extra mile and made things right.

They had replaced my hood/headlights, repainted everything, and did a lot of other repairs and body work. My car looks brand new! The best quality and prices in town! Will highly recommend to anyone. I was rear ended on I-95 and my car was almost totaled. After settling with the insurance company I decided to call Maaco to see what they could do to save my car. In just 10 days they made her look better than new and painted the whole car for less than what the insurance company wanted for just the back. Thank you so much for saving my baby!!They were fast reliable and very courteous and professional.

Wasn’t so sure at first but really great work done

I typically don’t leave bad reviews or any reviews on a company, but I received a very subpar paint job months ago. For months I’ve noticed bubbling that has now “bubbled” off and left a hole as well as lines where it was applied throughout. I wanted to wait to call about the warranty because I did not want to be a pain to myself by having to drop my car off and also a pain to them by wanting an absolutely perfect job, but when calling on the warranty months after the job has been done, I’ve been told that I can bring it by but that most likely it would not abide by the warranty conditions because they only cover peeling and bubbling. While mine may bubbled, the “bubbles” bubbled off as they do, and now look like rock chips. So unfortunately for me my “warranty” is nonexistent and I guess I’m out of luck.

Had a very nice experience with a car repair at this facility. The staff is good, attentive, and engaging. The quality of work is top notch and Im happy with the results.

A little pricey for small repair but you get what you pay for. Just dropped off my car and the staff was friendly and helpful, the auto body guy saved me some money by saying he can repair it rather than replace (small tear in rocker panel under door). Great place to have work done since they changed management. Before I had paint work done they told me that the whole roof had to be stripped and then painted. Well that lasted about 6 months then the paint started blister again. Took it back and spoke to the new manager and he apologized for the sorry work done with the old help. Now new help. New manager and they do great work. Definitely recommend

I took my 2005 Toyota Tacoma which was in bad shape, the roof and hood were rusted and the rest was badly faded. After getting quotes from others in town I went with them because their quote was in my budget and I felt comfortable leaving it with them. I am very happy with the job they did and have received multiple compliments.

Yea, no. Extremely dissatisfied. Went in on 1/16 to find the only employee present at the time was a lady smoking a cig. Tell her im there for a quote, she then proceeds to touch all over my car with her NASTY cigarette hands. Not to mention their place is so hard to find because they placed the sign way down the road.. Ugh

Took my motorcycle batwing fairing to Bob at maaco in a popka. Was the best experience Ive ever dealt with very nice and polite got my part in painted it and match it perfect to my motorcycle color. The price was very reasonable and if I ever need any work Ill go back to this Maaco. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have paint work done.

I stopped in on 10/24 to get a quote for some minor body work to be done on my car. I called them back later in the afternoon and scheduled to drop my car off at 9am on 10/28. I arrived on 10/28 at 9am dropped my car off and was informed it would be ready 11/1. I left went and rented a car for the week. I called wednesday afternoon 10/30 and was told it would be finished friday morning 11/1 at 9 am. So I returned my rental car and was at maaco on friday 11/1 at 9am to pickup my car. I was informed by an employee that my car was never even touched. He called the manager as he showed up. I informed him I had spoke to him on wednesday 10/30 in the afternoon told him I had to return the rental car and he insured me they would have my car finished. He never told me they had not even started on it. Very bad customer service I was lied to and there is no communication. Very bad service.

Probably my fault for not looking at the reviews first. But the same thing pretty much happened to me as the guy with the truck. They quoted me $1,246 to fix them damage and change my car from burgundy to White. The day comes for me to drop it off and the manager is there. Looks at my quote tells me that the guy is new and is still learning how to quote. Looks at the quote tells me I need an extra hour and a half of work and a sealant on top. And its going to be $1,800 now.Im in sales, Ive seen the whole bait-and-switch before.After reading the reviews it seems like this is their normal thing. Looks like I dodged a bullet at least!

Worst place ever!!!! Paid for a job back in Feb to be done, had rented a car after being told they needed more time then when picked up vehicle noticed my original decals were missing. After 3 employee changed in the office nothing was ordered and 3 months later im told 1 decal is now discontinued, which wouldnt have been an issue had they not lost mine to begin with! Thats not even the worst......i live 45 min from the location and went back 4-5 times with them canceling on me and not even the courtesy of a phone call!!! My paint that i out of pocket paid for (NOT THROUGH INSURANCE) WAS CHIPPING OFF THE BUMPER, i bring the car back to them at that point their owner (Bobby) comes to check and even states his own employees didnt sand the car properly which caused the paint to chip completely off. He recommended me coming to have it redone under the warranty so i schedule the appt and with no surprise NOTHING WAS DONE!!! The Thursday morning i dropped my car off i was told not to worry it would be done by Friday before closing, i get out of work thur with the curiosity to see if they were still open being 6pm and Bobby answered the phone. I asked on the progress of my car and am told by him (the OWNER) that he apologizes he left to close on his new house and came back to no electricity and they have 5 cars taped up to be done before mine and no way of painting them, mind you knowing all the problems i have had BOBBY did not call me once that day to let me know yet again i brought my car to be babysat nothing more!!! You would think the story ends from there but after going through all this and being out $800 and my car still with paint that looks like i never had a brand new paint job less then 6 months ago, i call corporate! Get a supervisor named David called me ONCE, mummbled so bad on the VM i couldnt even get a last name. For 3 weeks now i have been calling and leaving messages and still have nothing!!my final attempt before this goes to my lawyer was made today by reaching out yet again to corp. And asking to be contacted by upper managment or Davids boss! Moral of this story MAACO WILL NEVER RECIEVE MY MONEY AGAIN, I WILL NOT JUST LET MY MONEY BE TAKEN AND THIS BE LEFT UNDEALT WITH, AND DO NOTTTTT TAKE UR CAR TO MAACO!!! TERRIBLE WORK & CUST SERVICE!

I must say that I was very satisfied that the staff went above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure my vehicle was repaired and restored to the way it once was. I cant begin to thank you all enough.

Trying to get a basic quote is like pulling teeth... they tell you one price one minute, then tell you another price the next. No clear answer when youre asking for a ball-park for a basic paint service, very frustrating. If you want to earn business, just be upfront with pricing, or take the time to figure out a price first before throwing out random numbers.

No communication. Was told the car would be painted by last Friday at the latest. Called today, a week later and the truck is still in sanding - meaning NOTHING has been done with it. The vehicle has GPS in it and hasnt been moved or turned on since i dropped it off. This is a business vehicle and your own poorly run business, is now causing delays in other peoples businesses. I have had 7 fleet vehicles painted at this location. I tried calling in advance to schedule my paintjob - this meant nothing- when i showed up it was as if i had no appointment. Dont waste your time with this place. Its the cheapest game in town as far as price. Its also the cheapest as far as service goes, and finished product. Remember, its not saving money if the job is done incorrectly.

Took my truck into the Apopka Maaco location to get it painted after I had completed the body work and am truly regretting it. After speaking with the shop manager and the franchise owner, I felt assured that the truck would be well taken care of. We agreed that although the truck would be in rattle can primer, it would be primed and painted for the price I was quoted.Day comes for me to pick up the truck and I ask about the primer, and it hasnt been done. Was told no way would that price include priming. My mistake for believing the Franchise Owner when he told me it would and not getting him to commit that to paper. Walk round the truck and there are several, large and noticeable runs in the paint and a huge thumbprint on the tailgate. Point these out to the Shop Manager and asked him to redo the paint at least over these spots. Second time I go to pick up the truck and the runs have (almost) been taken care of and the thumb print is removed. Still find trash in the paint and splotchy paint work. Point this out to the guy in the front office (Shop Manager not available) and he tells me to take the truck home and take it up with the Franchise Owner and Shop Manager as hes seen issues like this before. I do this and after two phone calls of being told I am wrong and the paint job is perfect, they both start blocking my calls. Call from my wifes cell and get one more call in before that too is blocked.Now the paint is coming off the front drivers fender, there are still small runs in the paint and trash at eye height on the roof and side panels. Will definitely NOT be using Maaco in the future and would NEVER recommend their services based on the experience I had. I appreciate you get what you pay for, and I wasnt looking for show truck paint job, but this is absurd! Ive put a lot of time, effort and sweat into restoring this truck and now its embarrassing for me to look at the paint job. Just goes to show the guys at this particular Maaco dont give two damns about customer service or put any pride in the jobs they do. Would like to think that Maaco HQ would at least try and rectify this.

Excellent price, paint job, and timely service.

I was not happy with their work. There are bad spots in the paint. I am waiting for the owner to call me to discuss what the coarse of action will be. Not happy as of today. They wet sanded the hood and it did not fix the issues. I would not suggest to use this company. We will see what they will do for me the unhappy customer.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars I came in at the last minute to get a job done that I was told I would have to reschedule for but turned out the guy moved me right in line so that I can get back to work because I couldnt take anymore days off once I pick the vehicle up I noticed that the colors didnt match but I was in a hurry so I left and the next day I really looked at the paint and it was very much off my car is kind of green and my paint job which was my bumper is now blue I was told I can come in at any time to fix the paint which is lovely but very inconvenient Im a mother of six single mom work 12 hours a day 7 days a week I will give another review Once the problem is rectified.

The worst place that you can imagine... more than 10 days with my car and they dont painted... nobody called me to tell about it...I gave one star because its not possible choose Zero.
