I used to love this place. The workers have always been nice. At the beginning of covid they were very good about wiping stuff down and cleaning. Lately though, I have noticed they allow too many people in the building without masks and they do not say anything to them. Today I saw a guy that I have seen 4 times this week go in without a mask and no one says anything to him. It is a business responsibility to keep others safe and now this place is falling short. I go there almost everyday and I dont plan to go again until after covid. Im tired of these dont tread on me types being allowed to enter buildings without masks and putting others health at risk. I know very few people cant wear one for whatever reason, but this guy is not one of them. Regardless, for these people who cant wear masks or wont because they dont like being told what to do, this is from the states dept. of health website on the mask mandate...key words below...decline services:If the business cannot reasonably accommodate a customer who is unable to wear a face covering or an alternative in a way that minimizes or eliminates potential exposure to others, (for example, if the nature of the business does not allow curbside pick-up and makes strict social distancing impossible or unlikely), or if the customer refuses the accommodations, the best practice to keep workers and customers safe is to decline services to the customer or request that the customer leave the premises.

20 year customer of kwik trip, 5 stars for every review Ive given.Short story, I dried my car off in a spot where someone ditched gas. Got flagged by employee. Employee gives attitude. After 15 min of waiting around and getting impatient, I told the employee to fly a kite. (NSFW version)Moral of the story, had the employee been even remotely nice about the situation, instead of making me feel like I did something wrong, Id still go back there.The only reason I didnt give a 1 star is because the manager genuinely apologized and took accountability for the issue. Which is a redeeming quality of a manager. The employee would not be someone Id ever hire to deal with people.

Was getting a frappe and wanted cool whip I asked a employee and I get a rude response saying there is another one over there and I said that’s empty and with out even checking said well we are out then horrible customer service

I come to this specific location DAILY because of Bruce. He is always so nice and helpful. Always hard at work and takes the time to help with whatever I need. I hope they know what a great employee they have!HOWEVER, I just went to turn in my propane tank as were moving out of state and I was told not only do they not take tanks back, but they also dont give back your REFUNDABLE deposit. What a scam, I left the tank outside and will be contesting this with my bank.

I just stopped in for gas on the way to work this morning and I did what a lot of people do on a cold morning - sit in the car while the tank gets filled with gas. As I was waiting a kind person ran over to me to tell me that gas was pumping out of the fill tube. I got out and shut it down immediately. Right away I told one of the employees at the register. The guy put on his coat and went out with oil dry to clean it up. They offered me a free car wash, but I insisted it was my fault for not watching it closer. I couldnt say for sure why the pump wouldnt shut off automatically. But anyways, they insisted that I get a free car wash to which I accepted. I couldve easily been that person that played the victim, but thats not me. I shouldve been watching it yet the store was kind enough to still extend themselves a bit to make my day better. I purposely pass up other gas stations to go to a Kwik Trip and this is just another reason why.

Theres a bearded guy who frequently works the cash register, who ALWAYS licks his fingers before retrieving bills from the till. Its a great way to spread germs, and I e-mailed KT Corporate about it. No response. Now I just avoid patronizing this particular KT.

Wish they would bring steak egg and cheese back

I love Kwik Trip, but this store lacks quality. Food in the hot case can be hit or miss. Products that I look for are empty more often than I would like. I give 3 stars because Kwik Trip sells quality products and gas, but this store lacks effort.

Not impressed. It felt dirty. Plastic bags were out by the cookies and pastries. Ifelt the floors and counters needed a good cleaning.

Just had a very obnoxious experience. After paying for gas I went inside the store to use the bathroom. I saw that someone was cleaning the mens bathroom and went to use the womens bathroom quick since no one was in there. Almost as soon as I went in there was an employee knocking on the door letting me know it was closed. I apologized immediately and made to leave, because yeah that was my bad. He then told me it was okay if i could go quickly. So I did, in and out in less than a minute. As I was leaving the employee than said to me really snarky thats why we have signs. And yeah there was a sign, real low to the ground and at the front of the hallway not by the bathroom entrances. I had completely missed it as I walked past. Usually most bathroom cleaning signs I have seen have been taped on the door.I totally get that it was my fault, for missing the sign and going in when it looked like someone was cleaning bathrooms. What pisses me off is that AFTER I apologized and was told I could use the bathroom (I didnt even ask if i could) the employee made that rude comment. Thats just not something you do in customer service. Especially to a customer who is apologetic and noncombative. And Im saying this who has been working customer service for the past five years.Ive been getting gas and buying snacks at this station for years, but from now on Ill probably reconsider going inside and having to deal with rude staff.

Best deals on basic food here. Eggs bread butter milk are cheap and delicious. always new coupons and promotions. Hot food selection is huge. $1 wednesdays. And monthly specials. I shop and eat lunch here every day.

I love Kwik Trip but this one continually lets me down. Its on the way to work and my childs school but I wont stop if Im in a hurry. Several time Ive been there and they are out of specials as well. $1 hot dogs.. all out. $1 nachos. No cheese. Always a wait. Like I said if Im in a rush I know not to go here. Never have any issues at the one off cedar or off highway 3 and both of those stores are alot busier.

Im a regular here and the staff is awesome. I grab there 91 non oxygenated gas and its great. Non of my toys are broken from bad gas.

Store mgmt must have turned over. Staff are great. Dont show up on a Wendesday for specials though. It wont be there.

Kwik Trip has great prices on the things you need, clean bathrooms, and the best gas station food around.

Dont ask me if I want a breakfast sandwich after Ive already waited in line a couple minutes because you let other customers budge in front of the line.

The store is a cluster. Too many folding tables with stale packaged food taking up space. AM coffee is always lacking and the staff doesnt seem to care. Mgmt is lacking at this location.
