I’ve probably had 30 or so windshields replaced by Great Lakes Glass and have had good luck with each vehicle done, but it’s because the glass repair techs are to notch and care about the windshield install. Mobile glass techs I’ve dealt with are fast and have good communication skills. They can handle working on expensive vehicles without damaging them. Customer service is good too. Would highly recommend Great Lakes Glass.

Id imagined replacing my windshield would cost twice what it did, so I drove around with a crack for about a year. I worsened the crack last Sunday, made a call on Monday and by Tuesday at 10:45 AM, I had a new windshield. Very much an over delivery of service. I would do business with them again.
