Order drop off day - January 21,2021 -Impressive customer experience and service with excellent turnaround time. Pricing - very competitive and extremely reasonable.Returned today - January 23, 2021 - and had the pleasure of receiving positive customer service experiences with Zeb and another associate however Jason (a third associate) had an overall condescending and rude and tone when I requested to verify that my customized piece of cut glass did in fact fit inside my cabinet door that I dropped off with my order for re-cut two days prior. He was super dismissing.If I do return, I will definitely make it a point to specifically request to not work with specifically Jason.!!! Respect is respect and/or lack thereof.

Tri City installed a new walk in shower door for us and we couldnt be more pleased with their service and quality. Staff is polite, efficient and the guys servicing us for measurements and installation were friendly, answered all of our questions and gave us great advice. They were much better to work with than the Green Bay business of the same name. We recommend them highly.

Im sure most people use this place for home or construction projects. I have only used them to replace small sheets of glass that were broken. They offered the same speed, service, and exceptional pricing in 2020, that they did back in 1992 when I first used them. I will not shop online, or a big box store for glass, or throw away something because the glass broke, but I definitely will continue to use Tri-City Glass for all my glass supply needs.

Brought in our 1994 Scamp camper to have the plexi glass window seal replaced. Due to the age of the window it cracked and needed to be replaced during removal. This lengthened the wait time as they explained, and recommended a stronger window. When they finished the repair, they reduced the price of the window and the labor. This was not needed but greatly appreciated. I will be back with any future window needs.Customer service was also exceptional! Recommendations for camper care and window cleaning were given and explained in a friendly manor. Some places make you feel like an idiot when they see you were doing something incorrect. Tri city was friendly, caring and their technician talked to you like a human being. Highly Recommend!

Tri City installed a new Glass door on our shower today and it turned out wonderful. The 2 men that installed it were very professional and answered all of my questions. The office staff is very responsive and friendly.

They fixed our mirror from our John Deere snowblower tractor. Also, we purchased a screen door and they did an awesome install. On time and very friendly crew. Picked up and cleaned up like they werent even here....but now we have a very nice front door. Made a huge difference.....

Amazing, and so very kind!So ironically the day before a 16hour road trip the side mirror of my newly purchased GMC vehicle shattered! Of course I called Bergstrom and they gave me the run-around they have another strike... blah blah. Cant replacing for a few weeks. They did however recommend Tri City Glass... which I would have never known to do. So considering the impossible 1 day time period I needed the replacement I gave them a call. They said no promises.. but let us look and see what we can do. I get there in record time... walk in and Im immediately treated with GOOD customer service. They said give us an hour and $30.00 and we will get you a quick (possibly not perfect) stand in and if you would like we can go ahead and order the typical replacement and we will give you that for no extra charge! Well... 45 minutes later they install it and I am driving away with an impressive replacement. In all fairness the wording on the mirror didnt quiet line-up just like they had warned me about... but I didnt care enough to even take them up on either EXTREMELY kind offer of a free replacement one. I am SO happy with the customer service, and the way they bent over backward to try to get me what i needed THAT DAY! I would give them more stars if I could!!

A great place to have replacement glass shelves cutWith finished edges. Also replacement mirrors foran older type bathroom cabinet. It takes about 3 daysfor work to be done. Friendly service. Top rate service.

I recently had my windshield weatherstripping resealed and they fixed the problem. It was not installed by them and yet were still willing to work on it. They also did not charge me. I am very appreciative for good, quality service and they will have my business in to the future!

We had a problem at Northtown LIghting with one of the door locks and within 20 minutes 2 very knowledgeable techs arrived and had a replacement lock with them. It was installed and working in a few minutes. Thank you for the wonderful service!

They apply the AquaPel to my windsheild and I LOVE it 😄 Better than RainX! It makes it easier to see in any moisture from mist to a deluge by forming rain/snow/sleet into little beads that you can see through 😍 I pass semis without concern for the wash from them obscuring my road vision. LOVE THE AQUAPEL ~ So glad my husband found this for me !!!!!!

LOOK ELSEWHERE for any glass repair. I am a big fan of supporting local businesses, but this business is about as bad as you can get, and Im amazed they are still in business. I ordered a replacement window for my living room, and after weeks of not hearing from them but already paying a down payment, I called them and found out that my window was in their shop, and I could schedule to have someone come out. They came out and installed it, and only after the installation did they realize that it was not only the wrong type of glass, but the wrong grid layout. They said they would rush order a new window, but after waiting over a month, I had again not heard anything from them, and so I called and found out that, as before, the window was in the shop, and they just hadnt called to schedule its installation. When it finally was installed, I was told that they dont usually call to schedule the installation (like they say they do); they wait for you to call them. This helps keep their schedule easier to manage. After inspecting the work that they did, I saw that the woodwork on the window frame was cracked and they used shiny silver nails to repair it, which stands out and looks bad.TLDR: Poor customer service, no warehouse validation of correct parts received, damaged window frame after installing glass, 3 months wait to replace a single window.
