Worse service experience ever. Actually was told by the Service Manager to take my business elsewhere if all I want is an oil change. I called in for an oil change and was charged for Service A, which is considerably more. Another time I asked why my chrome trim is oxidizing and told it is what it is. My car is running rough, told i need 3 fuel injectors, hit something in the road and cracked both wheels. I was told that can happen when hitting just a pothole,. Extremely disappointed with the arrogance and horrible craftmanship of this vehicle.

This is hands down the best dealership Ive ever dealt with. From the minute I made contact it was no pressure and ultra professional. Our salesman, Bill Schaff, was great from start to finish, most notedly, no pressure, and offering (and following through) to deliver our new vehicle an hour to our house, because our schedule is so hectic during the week. Rob in purchasing was also extremely helpful and no pressure. We will definitely be returning to buy another vehicle from here.
We have a Mercedes Benz and I went in to speak to one of the managers for trade in options . Very rude and was looking at me weird .like I was a criminal. My Benz dealership in Arizona is excellent. First thing they offer is coffee or water and are extremely courteous. Maybe your dealership can learn something from them ?

Traveling out of state when my Blutech ML 350 AdBlu indicator light came on. Found my way over to Bergstrom Mercedes-Benz and they hooked me up with the diesel additive that I needed in under 10 minutes and sent me on my way to my surprise at no charge. Great guys!
I cant say enough bad things about these people. My daughters fiancee bough a 2011 Jeep Commander from them this past July. As a young guy just graduating from college, his automotive knowledge is relatively limited. He checked the inspection report on the window and everything was checked off as satisfactory. 2 weeks ago he took it to a local repair shop in Madison for a squealing noise coming from the front end. The repair shop took the enclosed photo. The front subframe is completely rusted through. This vehicle is unsafe to drive on a road. The window inspection sticker is falsely filled out stating no excessive rust is present on the frame. There is absolutely no way this rust occurred over the under 6 months he had it. When contacted, Bergstrom was initially helpful, but quickly changed attitude and stated this is a Jeep problem, contact a dealer. They sold it!! They filled out a legal inspection report stating there were no flaws!! Now, its not their problem? We are contacting the state through their dealer fraud website. Its disgusting a large dealer behaves this way. I will let everyone I know how this young man was treated here.

Every time I go to buy parts from Bergstrom Mercedes, they find a new way to make me feel special. Glenn was able to turn a normally unpleasant experience (expensive parts) into an fun and positive one! He and the others were friendly, professional, and personable. I live roughly 1.5hrs away, and I will make it a point to buy parts from him. The dealer in Milwaukee is much closer, but they dont hold a candle to the staff at Bergstrom. THANK YOU very much :) My car works perfectly again!
I took my son there to pick up a part for his BMW. Had a hot chocolate courtesy of our hosts, and then we headed out.

Service was quoted as taking 2 hours. It took 6 hours. Scheduling dropped the ball, causing a low rating. The actual service was great. Service advisor apologized profusely. The ratty waiting area is the worst.
Made my appointment online. I arrived early and Pete Kempken was all ready for me took great care of me and my X5. They found an issue with my traction control. Instead of me spending all day waiting, they sent me home with a car until my Beamer was ready. Top Notch. Thanks Pete!

I am the owner of a Winnebago View RV with a Mercedes Benz Sprinter engine and chassis. While traveling cross country with my sister I broke down and needed to be towed to this dealership. It was a Saturday and I was able to speak with Meagan right before they closed, who assured me that we could camp out in their lot until Monday morning. On Sunday Ron Hayes, one of the general managers came by and it was the beginning of a wonderful experience with this dealership. He allowed me to hook up my electricity and then he offered me a BMW courtesy car to use until my RV was fixed. I was amazed. He also assured me he would be in touch with the service team and they would start working on my RV right away on Monday morning. First thing Monday I met with Steve, one of the Mercedes service managers, who took me to Patrick King. Patrick had the RV checked out, ordered the necessary part, set us up to camp on site that night also and the next morning we were fixed and ready to go by 9:00 AM. Their charges were very reasonable. More importantly, they turned a minor nightmare into an almost enjoyable experience and I will be forever grateful for their professional, friendly demeanor and top quality service. They went above and beyond in every way. I could not have had a better experience.

I have had my BMW 535 into the Bergstrom Service team twice. Both times the car sat for 2 hours before the oil change was performed as I waited in the lobby. The oil change did not even get started until I inquired as to when my car would be done. The oil change took over 3 hours. I was then told it would be a half hour before they could get to the complimentary wash, which I declined. Today I went in for a balance and alignment. I was told 90 minutes to 2 hours for completion. After 3 hours and 10 minutes I inquired as to completion and was informed no service was done as I needed new tires. I asked why someone would not have called me to discuss and I did not get an answer. I did get a quote for $1797 for 4 new tires. I then went to a local tire dealer and got the same tires with balance and rotation for $1192. I will under no circumstance go to this dealership again.
Ive had 3 vehicles from here and my parents have had 3-5. We love them. They go above and beyond for you, both in sales and service. The service is more expensive than other options, but its worth it. They dont try to rob you with unnecessary services, they clean your car, theyll give you a ride or loaner, they even offered to go to my house to reach my husband who was mowing the lawn so that he could come save me when I locked myself out of my car at a grocery store!

Visited for the first time this month. Service and repair performed on my SL550. Excellent work, good value and more importantly, great follow up.
Not a good first impression, I asked about leasing and they wanted to talk business on the showroom floor, I had to ask two different guys the same question, if they had an office....Im not sure if I really want to have 3 MBs....although the AMG 63S is always on my mind.....
I brought my Mercedes in for a full inspection to be sure everything was top notch.We worked with Patrick King who went above and beyond to Have my car repaired.The price is well worth it!! They even washed my car..it looked brand new! And drove like a new car.Thanks again Patrick King

Worst experience of my life !I purchased a new Mercedes-gla 45 approximately 7 months ago and had the vehicle multiple times in for repairs that seemed to keep recurring. During the corse of going back and forth to the dealer I had to deal with much frustration from the manager there. He always accused me for abusing the vehicle or tampering with the vehicle. Till this day the vehicle is yet fixed or will it ever be fixed due the fact Steve Heinz took it upon himself to notify the Mercedes regional representative of his accusations. This leading Mercedes to deny my vehicle warranty. I wish I could attach all the repair orders to show proof they couldnt fix my vehicle. I had taken the vehicle to another Mercedes-benz dealer in Milwaukee and they claimed that the issues Im experimenting are linked to a problem they created while they were trying to fix another issue. When told them of the findings from other dealer they denied causing the problem and once again blamed me for the issue. GREAT customer service.... Ive tried calling and speaking with upper management and just get NO where. I write this review so consumers have knowledge of my experience with this dealership!
Building is a pleasure to be in, clean floors open and spacious with large glass windows.Basis for rating is that I am regularly disappointed with service center.
Everyone here is friendly and professional. Although it can be expensive, they do a good job.
