Terrible sales staff.Sales manager has zero clue how to actually talk to people. He pretty much acted like he didn’t need my sale nor want my sale. The sales staff is just a face that can’t make any decisions from their disappointing management.Drove 2.5 hours to purchase a brand new XC90 and when I got there, they “accidentally” miss quoted me by $13,000.00 and didn’t even apologize or have a legitimate excuse. We had the loan already approved (based on initial quote) through our bank so we’d already done all the leg work ourselves. The response from the sales staff was incredibly disappointing. Needless to say I will be picking up my new XC90 in Minneapolis due to the disrespectful staff at Bergstrom Volvo.I expected a lot more from a high end luxury car dealership.

I had a new AC compressor put in by Bergstrom Volvo a few months ago. At that time the serpentine belt was removed and then put back on. Today I have some maintenance done and they tell me that my serpentine belt is all cracked and needs to be replaced (it most definitely did). I called Bergstrom and asked why that wouldn’t have been replaced or they wouldn’t have mentioned it when it was off and their reply was that they replace it at the 120,000 mile service. So rather than doing what’s necessary when it should be done, they wait until they can go for the sleazy cash grab to get another few hundred dollars. I don’t mind paying for what needs to be done, but this could have, and should have, been done when the belt was off and easily accessible. One would expect this from some crummy chain place, not somewhere like Bergstrom.

Now operational ...Appleton’s first DC fast charger ...kudos Bergstrom ...you will need a chargepoint account or card and a 24/7 stage 2 charger is nearby in case it’s in use 3/5/19. Access from 441 at Northland ...right off casaloma to victory lane...go to Volvo lot ...front of Jaguar entrance.

Terrible customer service. I emailed on multiple occasions to try and schedule service to be done. I never received and email back. So I had to call them. When trying to make arrangements to schedule and appointment and get a loaner they would not work with me. Refused to work with me for any inconveniences.

Went in for the 40k service for our Volvo V60 and mentioned that the remote key sensors didnt seem to be working right. It was quirky and even needed some input from Headquarters but they got it all fixed and under the 4 yr warranty. Jeremy Briggs and his service crew were great.

Ive purchased a few Volvos from Bergstrom and have serviced all of them at the Appleton location. Both the sales staff and service staff are incredible. I havent had any issues with warranty work or recalls. Sometimes repairs can take longer than they estimate but they have always been generous with costs when they go over what they have quoted. As long as I am in the area I will continue to go to Bergstrom.

I had my 2009 Cayenne Turbo S serviced at Porsche of the Fox Valley, a member dealership of Premier Motorcars. Kirstin and Mike, as always, were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable in scheduling and working on my Cayenne, respectively. They create a very positive atmosphere for the customer. It is a pleasure to work with them, and it is comforting to know that Mike will not rest until any and all questions are answered and resolved. 09/04/13

I just took delivery of my second leased Volvo XC 60. The previous one was a 2015, this one is a 2019. Both times I worked with Ted Hoff and I cant imagine working with a better sales associate. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, personable, and strives for excellence.The XC60 was completely reworked between 2015 and 2019 and theres a lot to love in the new one. The technology/electronics are very different and its taking some time to learn all the ins and outs. But many features are similar enough to the 2015 that they were easy to adjust to. The car still has a wonderful, smooth ride and great safety features. Im looking forward to another three years of riding enjoyment.

When you go to purchase your vehicle the experience is great! The sales team is amazing and you are treated wonderfully!However, at least in the Land Rover Repair Department, when its time for service the company provides very poor customer service.We have had our 2012 in 3 times and of those times 2 were horrible. On the first visit we were left waiting in the waiting area for 3 hours before anyone even came and took a look at the car, even though we had a scheduled appointment. When we asked the receptionist, we were told shed find out and sit back down. Our second visit for a recall was great and there were no problems. Today we went in to have wiper blades replaced. They do not keep these type of blades on order. The blades did not come in but they did not realize that until they went to look. Needless to say, we are coming from Marinette so its VERY inconvenient.I asked the receptionist if they have customer feedback cards or a way we can talk to someone. She said, You can call.I can also go on-line and let everyone else know that your sale will be great and your service will be a disaster!And if I were Bergstrom, Id get someone in my premier service area that treated people better than dirt.

I visited the dealership on 4/13/2018. My intent was to look at a V90 CrossCountry. I walked into the showroom and a salesman was assisting a couple with a new vehicle delivery. No other salesmen occupied the desks upfront. There were two gentlemen at desks behind glass in the back of the showroom. I began looking at the V90 CrossCountry that was in the showroom. I walked around the vehicle and thoroughly read the window sticker. I then helped myself into the vehicle and checked out all its features. I spent 15 minutes with that vehicle. I then looked at a sedan directly in front of the receptionist. She failed to acknowledge me at all. The front door should clearly state, by appointment only if this is how their business operates.

I recently purchased a used 2010 Audi TTS from Bergstrom Premier. It was the best experience Ive had buying a car. I worked with Shane Hecker who was excellent, hes a car guy and not just a sales person which meant he knew what he was talking about and it was fun talking about the cars as well.The whole team was very polite and fun to work with; Shane, Bob, and Hope were all excellent.

Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. They explain everything very well. From moment enter Bergstrom from getting out of the car to the finish is well done. I appreciate everyone from shuttle driver, mechanic and the service manager. Thank you. I own three Volvos now and had another in Germany (AutoHause Haesse Mainz). Now living in US I am very happy with service here and Volvo experience. If it was not for Bergstrom and their service I would not keep buying Volvo.

This place seems to be a scam and rip off. I went in for an A/C recharge; the employees found a leak, and said a new unit would cost $1,250. With the knowledge already that I said I would not be moving forward with the procedure if there was a leak, it seemed they wanted any possible way to get me to spend my money. They claimed my rotors on my vehicle were too small, and the parts and labor would cost $400. Turns out they only replaced two of the rotors, and are actually going to create more damage for me in the long run. They failed to mention that the rotors could potentially chunk off my brand new brake pads (from last year) which are already fit to the original rotors. Instead of looking out for their customers, Bergstrom employees really only appears to be after the all mighty dollar. Will be having someone else replace those brake pads when the time comes, as I wont be back to Bergstrom anytime soon.

My service consultant, Jeremy Briggs, is knowledable, atriculate, very responsive both with phone calls and emails, and does a great job expaining issues in terms that make sense to me. The dealership makes scheduling convenient and the loaner cars, when needed, are very helpful.
