The offer free battery testing and free installation of buy battery there. So once we got our car started we went there. Was quick to test it and get new one installed

Customer service was good but they didnt have what we went in for.

The employees are enthusiasts in the car culture. They have a good amount of wrenching experience and make great suggestions to help you get your car repair job done. Slightly upset about the lifetime parts warranty policy, needed to bring in my parts for inspection before I could have them replaced.

Always a pleasure to come in here and get my parts. Tristan always goes out of his way to help me out. Very helpful and kind as well as all the other staff. Great place would recommend.

After my recent experience I would prefer to pay more than there sometimes lower price as the staff is very rude and completely unfamiliar with there products or store policies. Take the time needed to learn the proper concept of service by shadowing the Appleton Calumet store. They have it down.

Great service and expertise. Brought in my vehicle expecting to need a new battery after having repeated starting issues, they did a free battery check, and very easily could have just recommended I replace the battery. They were honest and on the up and up and said the battery was in good shape, and asked me some followup questions to confirm that the vehicle hadnt been driven enough lately to ever give the battery fully recovery from a recent time I had drained it with a light mistakenly left on. So they advised to drive it more to get the battery back up, and put it on a trickle charge if that wasnt an option. Good service, can trust them theyre not just looking for opportunities to up charge.

Skinny scruffy man wasn’t very pleasant. I felt like I was a bother to him and he wasn’t helpful at all. Defiantly didn’t go out of his way to help the only customer in the store. Customer service is definitely not his profession, so maybe it’s time for a career change buddy!

These guys are always helpful. Prices are fair and large selection of just about everything youll ever need. Not sure how their delivery works. Bought a set of rebuilt brake calipers for my suburban and they had what I needed in stock with a few different price points available. Was happy to get everything I needed in one stop. Although they do pull the what year, make, model thing when Im getting an O2 sensor for the LSX in my 76 Monza.

Guy checkwd battery in van. Said it was good yet. We took to mechanic and he said battery was very bad.

Bought some Seafoam today and the total rang up to $12.59. Made a comment that the price went way up and the clerk said that this was the 2019 price. Auto Advance Parts is price gouging their customers the product can be purchased for $6.99 anywhere else.

Extremely rude, unhelpful, unknowledgeable, useless employees.Walked in today to an extremely unfriendly African-American gentleman named Lou who worked there, he proceeded (again, in a very unfriendly way) to ask if I needed help. I said yes, I would like to recycle some oil as well as buy some oil.At this point, Lou proceeded to look me up and down and get this....DIDNT ANSWER ME!Ok Lou, can I just do your job for you? Oh wait, yes I can because he didnt give me the choice!The woman (probably manager) working told him where to take me, at which point he mumbled something and walked as slowly as he possibly could to the back where he ASKED ME WHERE TO PUT THE OIL.So I went back to grab the other container and upon returning Lou had decided to disappear completely.I never saw Lou again nor did I get a slip to fill out (as required by law) for the amount of recycled oil I brought.Employees like that run stores like this into the ground for no good reason, and in the process offend a lot of customers.If there was an option for this store should just close I would have selected that over the 1 forced star I had to give it.

My husband went in for a new starter. A lady there insisted that it wasnt the starter and was a bad crank shaft sensor. Gave us the wrong one, went back, insisted it was the right one. Got the original off the car to prove it was the wrong one, finally let us return it. Never again.
