What a blessing it was to find and experience the extraordinary customer service that Chain Reaction offers. On several occasions they have dropped what theyre doing to assist me with minor issues (that werent really minor in my mind). Each and every time I have been greeted with a warm smiles and eager -to-help attitudes. Its obvious they love what they do and have the inventory and expertise to back it up.

This unassuming and unpretentious shop over time has become my first stop when I need or want ANYTHING, and usually my last stop too. This shop is one I like to call small but mighty...they certainly arent large but theyve developed a well-earned and exceptionally deep loyalty from the cycling community by being truly exceptional at what they do. Theyre always fair and act in the customers best interest, and its exactly the kind of business that Im happy to direct my money towards. Pricing is competitive, as are all the shops in this area, but the VALUE of what you get for those dollars is unmatched.This may sound like a bit of a fanboy rave, and it is...my loyalty was earned here, repeatedly and consistently. Im happy to recommend Chain Reaction.

Such a great experience, Im new to the area and tried a few other shops before bringing my bike here to fix some shifting issues on my Bianchi. They were by far the fastest turn-around, and the tune-up I received was done by an extremely happy and knowledgeable staff member. Thank you so much, my ride is so smooth now! My wife and I had an amazing experience at this little shop today. We stopped in after a great recommendation from our friends. Amazing service, knowledge, and she cared about our questions and making sure we felt comfortable with the bikes that we purchased. We also picked up new bike racks for our truck and she came out and helped install and mount the bikes. We walked away feeling amazing about not only the bikes-which we LOVE, but the whole experience “felt right.” We can’t wait to have another excuse to buy more from this shop!! We hope you give it a visit!!

Been in there 3 times now and every time they’ve been absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and ultra helpful. Pete dropped everything and spent 45 minutes thoroughly helping me today. The first time I was in there, the owner did the same thing and help me for about 20 minutes. I’ve had some things fixed on my Trek before at other places and this was the only place that fixed it right and got it going smoothly. You have a customer for life-Thank You so much!

Hard to find nicer people. I brought in my long neglected commuter bicycle for a tune up. I still cannot believe it is the same bike now. Genuinely rides like a new set of wheels. I had to take it back a few weeks later for a minor tweak and they cared for it on the spot.I am not an athlete- I don’t do 100 mile rides. I just like to commute by bike to work. Some of the larger bike stores sometimes don’t seem to take you seriously unless you’re riding a $10k road bike.Chain Reaction has never given me that impression. Very impressed and happy customer here!

I havent been in since Ive moved from Appleton, but this is without question, the best bike shop in town. Niki is always excited to get you on a bike and teach you about it instead of just trying to sell you something. They have great prices and are always helpful. Wish I could find a shop like this where I live now!

I love the layout of the store.I first came there with a very interesting project and Nikki was excited about the project along with me! She very much helped with the final design even tho it was probably something she had never thought of before.Other places around town would probably have have had their eyes rolling in condescension. I stopped in last week to find a water bottle holder for my bicycle, Pete helped me find exactly what I needed. He even went above and beyond and put it on for me! He also noticed my handle bars weren’t straight and my brakes were a little loose and adjusted those as well! I couldn’t believe how well he treated me! I won’t go anywhere else now for my bicycle needs!

I had a wobbly back tire. Nikki explain to me it was actually a problem with my hub. I unfortunately had a broken axle. Nikki managed to fix my bike same day even though they were booked past Friday. Nikki was very friendly and professional. You will learn these business owners name as well. Due to their passionate work and friendliness.
