Dont expect to get minimal treatment by this company. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. The carpet and vinyl plank flooring is meticulously installed. Every doorway was sealed . These installers are professional, articulate, friendly and literally surgeons when it comes to cutting in angles and corners. From my first Contact with the sales rep that came and measured the floor. ... I was made to feel confident of my choices and more importantly the product that I chose. Always a major investment with flooring and this company is on point to make sure that its right the 1st time. Very friendly and helpful, great selection of all things flooring

They sell good products, but the prices are way off for a brand you can find anywhere... wasnt planning on giving a review but the guy working today when dropping off my samples wasnt friendly or helpful at all. i ask a question about the product and he didnt have the answer. i expected he would look for the answer or lead me to the display, but he was just not gonna help at all. i walked over to the display and found my answer myself. after leaving the store i went directly to a different flooring store in neenah and not only was the prices 1/2 the cost ( same product and color), they also were friendly, helpful... something i was unable to find at this store.$5 per sq ft on manning adura... $3.30 on wayfair and $3.69 at the other store in neenah. i expect not every store is going to be as cheap as only only sellers but this product install price is also $1 per sq ft higher on top of the over priced products.

Installers don’t seem to understand the words “freshly painted”. Carpet was installed on basement stairs and left black marks up and down both sides of the stairs in white paint as well as scraping off varnish and stain on newly stained railing and baseboard. Also lack of communication on whose responsibility on removal of old materials. Seemed more worried about speed than quality. Do not recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Do not buy flooring without visiting Carpet Land first. We recently had to replace carpet in our entire house. We shopped around at many local companies. Our last visit was to Carpet Land. We arrived pretty close to their closing time with our three tired kids in tow. Our carpet needs were pretty urgent and time sensitive. Jim, the owner, very patiently and thoroughly helped us with our needs. He spent the much needed time with us, despite our late arrival. Jim came to our home the next day to measure and by that afternoon had our carpet ordered. The install team arrived a few days later and were equally as phenomenal! The carpet is wonderful and the install team did a great job, it looks and feels great! We love that we didnt have to go through several different people to get the measure done, the install done, etc. We call one person and he takes care of the rest! We are so glad we stopped there and will definitely be back for our future needs. Thanks so much to all of the team at Carpet Land for making our carpet buying experience an enjoyable one.
