Fast and helpful. I switched to Cricket about 1 1/2 years ago and never had issues with service. I travel quite a bit and never not had service. I also work in a mill environment in a metal building and get great signal inside the building which was the whole reason I switched to them. They may not be a big name provider but they provide big service and 5G signal.

The manager deserves a raise! She was so hard working and helped me with my difficult problem so patiently and diligently, all while assisting other customers to boot! Thank you *****

Walked in to the store today and asked about adding another line onto an account. Asked what phones are available and the girl inside turned around and faced away from us slapped her hand on her leg and said I can’t help you we don’t have anything. Very unprofessional and she came off very rude. Like she was irritated that anyone was even in the store. Not a good visit. Service with cricket is great but the way the staff treats customers at this location is not okay.

The customer service today was horrible. There were people in the store just hanging out and laying on the floor. My service is terrible and all the lady could say is thats weird.

I asked for a refund on a phone and I gave the phone back, everything. I havent recieved my refund and it has been week close to two weeks. I been coming in and asking for it and they been giving me excuses.

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life at the New London store. They sold me a defective Motorola phone and tell me I should use the phone insurance to get a new phone. The insurance detectable is 40 dollars. Why would should I pay more for a phone that was defective out of the box? I stopped at that store 12 times in the first month trying to get the problem fixed. They would play with it for a few minutes and tell me that what they did would fix the problem. It never fixed anything. I have had Motorola phones for over 30 years, but I will never buy another one. Their warranty policy is a joke!!!!

Great phones, Great phone service, and The Best Representative! Corey A. Was a great help! Stopped in a store just to browse, they didnt have exactly what I was looking for... Than Corey asked and listened(not common these days)... Next thing I know she is calling other stores to check their inventory. One store had the phone case I specifically needed! But it may take a day or so to get it, Corey than stated she was opening the store again in the morning and if I would want to switch companies with a new phone, that she will be more than happy to drive to the other store and pickup the case I want and bring it with her to work in the morning.. DEAL! Customer service like this from any sales rep these days not to forget this was all minutes nearing closing time, just that alone I didnt expect half the attention I was given. She didnt sell me items or services I didnt need, she made sure I was comfortable in what I was choosing. I left the store happy with my purchase! Even the next day I recieved a friendly call from Corey making a follow up call asking if I am happy with my decision to switch and if I had any concerns or questions! She is a prime example of who is want to represent my company! Thank you Corey A. and Cricket Wireless!

The place is quite large for a Cricket store. I bought a SIM card there and the associate was very kind and courteous. She knew what she was doing and took care of my request swiftly. I recommend it.

I was hoping to join Cricket today, however, I found the customer service to be absolutely awful! After the simply unprofessional / poor experience I had at the Darboy Store in the past week - I sought out the store manager for the Appleton store tried to reconcile and still go with Cricket - but clearly they do not want new customers?! The store manager doesnt try in the least to salvage a bad customer service experience and win a customer over. But walking the store and putting merchandise on the shelf is clearly the more important thing to do in his book! I regret trying to make Cricket my provider... A waste of my time, money and energy! So disappointed!

Great cell phone service an great price

Never use cricket. They lie about their service and dont load your new phone correctly. They say they dont have contracts but youre locked in for 6 months or you get a penalty. I hate them!!!

The employees in this store are just great - friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I choose this as a favorite business in the Fox Valley, and have stopped in several times to get smarter about using my smart phone.

The store manager Melinda is lazy and makes her employee do all the work. every time i go in there, she’s on her phone NOT working while the employee is slaving. she is rude and disrespectful. while she was helping me, she got a phone call and picked it up and walked away.

What a horrible service! The two rep available were becoring, a woman with no regards of customers wining that she wanted to go home. 40 min into the store looking to get new lines, their computer glitched and they wanted us to pay full price for the phones that they originally offered us free what a BS. I would never step foot on that store ever again.

This Cricket is night and day compared to the one in Oshkosh. It is worth the drive here just for the customer service that you dont get at the Oshkosh location.
