Went in for a new phone. Ethan found a deal for me that I am happy with. He was able to save me a lot of money and had good recommendations for protecting my new device.Another plus for me is the hours the store is open and how close it is to my house.

Gracie was very helpful getting my son set up with a new phone. She helped transfer all his contacts/apps from the old phone and took care of doing the trade in. Will be back!

The staff was nice and even helped me transfer my old phone data to the phone. Additionally, they helped me acquire a nursing discount promotion to my account. Pleased with services.

TJ and Tyler were both extremely helpful and took the time to find us the best plan for our new phones. The District Manager was also there when we picked up our phones and helped troubleshoot an issue with the payment system. Great customer service all around!

My phone was showing a prompt to enter a password. After a reset I had not defined any password so I was completely stymied. Samuel patiently went through multiple steps, explaining as he went, and restored most of what was on the phone before the problem. Having the phone work now is great. I had contacted Verizon directly for assistance and what they provided required an IT degree to figure out how to do what they suggested. I went to the store looking for help. Although Tyler and the two other reps in the store Didn’t have the answer, Taylor took the time to call Verizon and work through with their technical people to resolve the problems I was having. I always go to the store for purchases as well as service because they are typically outstanding and far superior to the Verizon store.

Tyler was very nice, and helpful. He knew what he was doing and we had an issue free transaction, which is always nice! He was knowledgeable in products and accessories. It was a nice experience and a nice location.

My wife and I got new phones from Verizon and TJ helped us out tremendously. He answered all our questions and was very professional. He was there alone and had to answer the phone calls while helping us out. Verizon is very lucky to have him. Keep up with the great job TJ and Thank you very much!

In the past, I have found TEAM Wireless to be but this time I have to say I wasnt that impressed! When I was first talking about new batteries for our 4-5 year old Android phones, the conversation was fine but after I inquired about new Android phones;then they didnt want to help us with batteries for the old phones!??Id welcome any feedback from someone who knows about Android phones, and not just how to sell them!!!

This store promises a lot and delivers nothing, due your self a favor and go to another carrier, poor reception and any rebates you don’t get, buy one get one, you only get 1/2 and it take 2 years to receive. I paid off both new phones just to get away. Retailer has no clout to fix airs and not willing too.Did’t even want to give them 1 star but had to do to post.

TEAM WIRELESS is the best place ever! I have worked with the Manager and with TJ. BOTH were extremely helpful and very patient working with the less technology able.Several months ago the Manager helped me fix a problem with Verizon that another store couldnt after 5 hours! The Manager fixed it with a simple call using the right info.TJ set up a new phone for my husband. We have a device that is perfect for him and the initial set up was flawless..These 2 guys should get pay raises, Im just sayin.

Ordered phone. Received phone within two days,but somehow was set to have the line go active another 4 days later. Nothing anyone could do. Couldnt reprovision the sim, couldnt issue a new one. I was left with no phone for several days. No one offered any compensation. Was not a great start.

4 employees here. All with customers. As I sit here waiting employees looks at me, but not one of them acknowledges me saying, we will be with you as soon as we can or something of the sort. Is this the new norm? Like we cant get better service because we rely on them? Oh boy

Sometimes it does get frustrating I cannot speak with anyone when I try to call several different stores or even customer service or even the sales department and then call in the corporate office seems like someone picks up the phone and just hangs it up is what it sounds like tried that twice they hung up the third time I got the voicemail just didnt find that very professional. And I appreciate getting a response from you guys just that alone means a lot thank you! So I made sure this review has five stars now thanks a bunch! I apologize for my persistency.

Was a long process but everything went well

I went to the store to get a new phone. There was a woman working with a customer. She appeared to be the only one there. I sat in the store for 30 minutes with my two children without her or anyone else even acknowledging that I was there. I will not be going back and will more than likely be switching carriers. Great service Verizon.

I went in to have a screen protector replaced and the individual helping me took very little care in what he was doing and I ended up with many air bubbles in my screen that are not able to come out. The redeeming factor is that they did not charge me for this visit as they did not put it in correctly. I will not be going back for screen applications.

Was in Appleton for a Tournament when my SIM card flaked out. Went in between games on a Saturday. Was in there 15 minutes tops! Thanks Amanda for helping us without missing a thing!

Called and talked to a lady and they said they were open till 8, showed up at 7 and they locked the doors and left right in front of me before I could get in. You just lost a customer.
