A number of years ago these folks did a hearing test for me. They then sent me to a REAL DOCTOR to get fitted for hearing aids. When they fitted me, they found that the hearing test provided were COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of what was correct.I sent them documentation ! After some discussion we agreed that there would be no charges and moved on. Recently I found a medical collection on my credit report from these people.I guess they expected me to pay for their inability to do their job properly and that their word to cancel the charges meant nothing. I paid the bill anyway because they must need the $207 more than me and dont care about the bad reviews.

If not for Dr. Long, I would still be a recluse. My hearing issues were not textbook, but she never gave up on me.Dr. Long is very knowledgeable and listens to her clients. She is dedicated to improving her clients hearing and quality of life. Dr. Long is honest. She will tell you what options you have and there is no sales pressure. The best part is, she really knows how to program a hearing aid!I am very thankful to have found Dr. Long.

Dr. Long, Thank you for EVERYTHING you have done for me and for children over the last 5 years. Your staff is the most courteous people I have ever dealt with in a doctors office. In fact, I feel like they are always happy to see me and my kids. Stephanie goes out of her way to make sure everything is right with our hearing aids. Shes no doubt the best! It really is about better care. Taking the care and time needed to assess your particular needs, Dr. Long cares about helping you to hear better. ABC Audiology provides honest and straight forward guide to what is and isn’t possible with adjustments as needed along the way. My quality of life is very much better due to Dr. Long.

I had an emergency type situation where my one on only hearing aid stopped working and I am leaving for Houston in the morning. Dr. Stephanie fixed by aid in the office and offered me some other options based on the activity I am going to be dealing with next week while in Houston. They are just so focused on service and so friendly. So happy I went there. I would go back in a heartbeat for any hearing related issues.

I went here for my newborns infant hearing test. Very nice people and they allowed me to nurse my baby while the test took place.
