The woman who met with me was very helpful. She provided me with domes and batteries. I especially appreciated not being pressured to buy new hearing aids.

I had concerns regarding volume with my hearing aides. It was suggested that I addOticon app to my phone to remotely control my hearing aid volume. I love that it shows battery life, volume and tinnitus control. I now feel confident in using my hearing aides .

The experience was excellent. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Dr Sarah Andersen was very professional and helpful in going through the various features of the new hearing aids. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and I never felt that I was taking too much of her time.

My hearing aids were acting up so I called to see if I could have them checked out, expecting to get an appointment in a week or so. Instead I was see that afternoon! The audiologist was attentive and immediately cleaned or changed out defective parts of my aids. I left with perfectly functioning aids, several packs of batteries, cones and filters and a very positive impression of HearingLife of Appleton!

They were great here give a free hearing check plus had coupon for $20 gift card (accepted 2 coupons for $20 ea.). When we asked for the gift card they said it takes about a week(outside firm handles)...week 2 or 3 now...gotta call and follow up...

Very disappointing. This place is extremely disorganized. They told me they could do a fitting of a BAHA for free. After waiting for four months for them to get the software, I showed up to my appointment and was told, Sorry, we couldnt get the software. And also, wed have to charge a fitting fee. We apologize that you were given bad information. You couldnt have called me earlier and told me this?Not a professionally run operation at all! Go somewhere else.

I never have someone who dont show me how my hearing work. I have this hearing aid for a year and I just figure how to turn it up. Sick of tried come back to this office and ask her why I cant hear well. She told me your hearing aid need be clean more. I clean it all the time. Now I can hear better than last years.
