Dr. Parry is amazing! He always takes his time with my 90 mother and has the patience of a saint. Both my mother and I would (and have) recommended him to our friends and family.

My brother was treated with respect and courtesy through his entire appointment. Tom was very knowledgeable and understanding. Took the time to make sure my brother understood his circumstances.Would highly recommend.

I purchased my hearing aids from audiology and hearing services after going to several other hearing aid providers. I felt that I would receive better care after talking to them and I was right. I have been extremely pleased with the care and service I have received here and have recommended them to several friends who I know are just as happy they selected them as well. Anytime an issue arises with my aids I have received prompt, efficient service, usually able to get them back within a day or two. I would recommend anybody searching for audiology service to check them out, Im sure youll be pleased.

Dr. Parry is probably the nicest person you will ever meet. He seems to remember everyone and the details of their life. That’s great but not really the reason I truly like him. He isn’t just honest...he is the definition of integrity. Sometimes I feel like I am stealing from him. He has taken care of every single little problem I have had (most I find out are user error) with a smile and at no cost. Don’t try and save $40 bucks on your hearing aids by going to Costco or some run down place. Dr. Parry will make up every penny.PS - I choose Dr Parry because he was the cheapest. I will be a lifelong customer. I don’t leave reviews (check my profile). There is a reason I left one for him.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 34 years. I got my hearings aids last March. My hearing aid cuts out at random. He adjusted he sent them out. I have never been through this. He is insult to the audiologist that use too run the business. I am thousands of dollars out. I just came from there to get all my documents. He sat in his office instead of coming out to talk to me. I have been through a year and half of hell. This is the treatment I get from him.

A good Doctor, my husband couldnt come in so I brought his hearing aids in and he fixed them and I left in a timely manner. Does a great job ... very friendly.

This was my first visit since Dr. Parry took over the practice. There have been many improvements like the educational messaging on the monitor in the sitting area. Very informative!

For the most part, it was very successful. I did contact them to let them know I still had a little problem with my right ear. It is nothing pressing and we address it at my next visit. Very good place to address hearing problems!!!

Wonderful friendly doctor worked very hard to get my hearing up to par. he put a smile on my face when my left ear started picking up sounds again.

Very nice and informative. I’m glad I took the plunge and got hearing aids. I can adjust them via Bluetooth on my phone, and they’re rechargeable, no batteries to bother with.

Excellent, professional service

The doctor was very nice had a pleasant experience with him. On the other hand his reception lady was rude. Had to make an appointment here due to my job, my appointment was at 10:45 I walk in and immediately she basically tells me I do not belong here. And without even looking at her appointment book she say i have no appointment here. After I was able to say I was here from my job thats when she finally looked in her book. She said sense I brought my child with she assumed I was in the wrong building. Finally straighten things out she says my appointment is at 11:15 so I can come back at that time.

I came in for my first appointment with hearing aides purchased else where that were providing very poor quality speech, and excessive back ground noise. When I left after 1 hour of adjustments from Dr. Perry, $peech quality was greatly improved, and the ride home was enjoyable with huge reduction in back ground noise.

A gem on the south side of Appleton. Started with Dr Thelan and happy Dr. Tom continues here.I love my new hearing aids and appreciate the ability to use my smart phone and the app to get phone calls, music, and tv streaming right into them.I am also getting fine tuning for my work setting. Tom should have 10 stars for trying to help me wear my $4500 hearing aids I have not worn lately due metal allergies & warped canals! I am wondering if he ever does community health & safety talks like Mike did. If so, I would like to discuss with him the possibility of coming to Ridgeview Highlands to present a educational program to our 529 Apt. residents.
