Wonderful store! Great displays and sales personnel that knocked themselves out to find the absolutely perfect fixture for me. They offer a wide range of price points as well as competitive pricing. I could not imagine a better experience anywhere!

A very positive experience. The owner and his wife are very kinowledgeable, have a great inventory in the store and also answered all of my questions. Their prices for the items I was looking for were competitive and I love to shop local when I can. Great to have a business like this in Oshkosh!

Very disappointed with the service level of this retail store. The owner was less than helpful.After spending nearly $1000.00 for new lighting fixtures, I returned a $45.00 item asking only for a store credit. The owner refused! Are you kidding me?I also returned a specialty light bulb that was dead. The owner also refused that! Wow!I took the rest of my business elsewhere immediately.It is no wonder this business appears to be suffering economically and on the way to going out of business. The owner simply does not understand the concept and value of customer service, referrals, etc....Clearly one of the worst experiences Ive had.Avoid this establishment!!!

Went in to look for a light bulb, and from the moment I walked into the store, the man behind the counter was about the rudest person I have ever met. Stay far away from this business. He has no customer service skills, and sure doesnt know how to be polite. Worst experience ever.
