Postal Express & More has been nothing short of AMAZING! Over the past year we have worked with Robin and her team on several large shipping projects and they have delivered with exceptional service every time. They truly are an extension of our team and they understand the importance of quality and quick turnaround that is so important to us and our clients. I signed up with I-Postal 1 and made my address with Postal Express. Since October 2019 every time I would want my mail forwarded they would charge me twice on my credit card. Two charges on my credit card every time. I thought one charge for Postal Express and one for I-Postal 1. Turns out Im being ripped off. They also cant take a decent photo of my mail. Photos are either not in focus, upside down, or just a photo of an address label which doesnt help me to know where the mail came from or who the sender is. I switched to another address with I-Postal 1 and now I notice I dont get charged twice every time. The photos of my mail are up side right and I can see the whole piece of mail. Dont use Postal Express for a mail forwarding service! As for being charged twice every time on my credit card I just want out. The service is so much better at the new address Im at.

Everyone at Postal Express is courteous, very helpful and prompt. I like that it’s right next to Copper Rock Coffee, so I can mail packages and the go grab a coffee next door through the drive-through. Highly recommend!

My package was switched with another persons! I sent a package for Valentine’s Day and when my best friend opened it, it was a completely different package and contents! I am SURE it’s the package of the poor old man waiting in line behind me. The cards signed from Grandma & Grandpa. Very sad mix up!**They did refund me for the shipping and are working on finding the other party**THAT ON TOP OF -When you walk in the door, no one makes eye contact or greets you. There is not enough help, so you wait for a while for service. Each time I’ve been in there, I’ve had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes. I have been going here out of convience and loyalty to the previous owners.

I’ve never had issues of any kind with them, and I appreciate there patients and kindness. Just sayin !!!✌️😎

I got a text message from a carrier from DHL about a package that they attempted to deliver. I didn’t know who to contact, so I contacted the Appleton store. The lady didn’t even let me finish before she rudely interrupted me saying she couldn’t help me. I politely asked if she knew who I could contact, but before I could even finish that sentence, she just rudely said no! I was so appalled at the horrible customer service. I understand she might not know what to do, but to treat your customer like that, and to not even use a polite tone just made me so upset! I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly.After reading the other reviews, I’m shocked to have been treated this way! Everyone has such nice things to say. I wish that was the case for me. I never leave bad reviews, but I honestly have never been treated this way.

New owners and stay away! This is not the store of 2015. Sent a major presentation in to be printed . To my horror when I was presenting the material the text boxes and graphics were miss aligned. Very embarrassing!A week ago went back to have some documents notarized with my wife, who was a former notary. We were asked what the document was for, which took us aback. My wife politely ask why and mentioned her past experience as a notary. Why does the notary need to know?We got a lecture about how said notary went to a class and that is just the way it is. Condescending and a take it or leave it attitude. We were time bound and had no choice. My wife was insulted and step outside before loosing her temper.All during the transaction this “lady” made minimal eye contact and when I said thanks she grunted.It is sad to see this store go down hill from the days when Don and Chris started and owned the business

I dont usually write reviews but these owners were so pleasant and kind I felt it necessary. I came in stressed with last minute papers that needed to be notarized and shipped out and left a few minutes later happy and carefree. Wish there were more people like this.

I had the exact same experience as The Q on multiple occasions. I will never step foot inside her store again.

The staff is very friendly!!! Their shipping prices with package was double the price of the Northsider post office that is a few miles away. Unfortunately for me, I figured that out a bit late. Wouldn’t recommend for shipping items.

Chris and Don are amazing, from copies to shipping and making it go away so I dont have to deal with it. They can handle it all, I keep my money local so I shop local these folks deserve a shot you will be a customer for life.

The owners here are very pleasant and will work with you to get you stuff packaged snd shipped safely. They do more than just shipping, they also do finger printing, and printing.

They offer a wide array of services. The people are very kind and helpful.
