I Stopped by this location for lunch today around 11:30 only to find out that they were out of Chicken Breasts and Wings and the cook told me he was not sure what time they would have some. Royal Farms advertise their chicken more then the chicken fast foods does. So for them to have no chicken makes no sense to me.You cant make this stuff up!

My daughter worked here and has reached out in every possible way to get her W2’s to file taxes . Tho she enjoyed working for royal farms this process has been a huge headache and run around . Royal farms says she’s no longer in the system she try’s to log in to what they told her to but it doesn’t recognize her password ? We called the corporate office and followed the steps on their automated machine said to by emailing the email address she got absolutely no response from them? I’m guessing it’s time to file a complaint but shouldn’t have to go this rout ! As a Business owner ourselves we are stunned as filing Taxes and receiving your W-2s is a very serious thing and should not be prevented ! This is up setting especially for the fact there was nobody to get a hold of ultimately having to file a complaint and call the IRS as well

I ordered a spicy 3 tender meal with fries a bbq sauce, sweet and sour, and cheese. I get going down the road only to find I didnt get spicy tenders, but regular, and Im missing my bbq sauce that I paid for. Who is running the kitchen back there? Where is your quality control? Did anyone even bother to read my order details? On top of that, my chicken was dry and tough to chew. Definitely not fresh and had probally been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. For world famous chicken I wasnt impressed. Come on. Youre a royal farms gas station. You gross $200,000-$250,000 per month. You can afford to toss chicken thats been out too long. Have some standards. Not coming back.

Convenient to Keiser Permanente

I tried to call them 1,000 TIMES to see if they sold fix a flat no one answered!!!! I get there the nice kitchen guy was nice enough to tell me if they sold it or not and the cashier lady started yelling at him???! It really bothered me because the gentleman behind the deli was being nice. I got the nice guys name it was Robert. Whoever was working on the cash register with the green shirt was a b****!!! Never coming here again. I feel sorry for the kitchen guy. 👎👎👎

Late night staff are the best, day staff I dont see but I am sure they are good as well. Night time the foods always fresh and the drinks are always cold

How do you guys not carry vitamin water anymore? You’re literally a gas station/market and you just randomly stop having it? Also 50% of the times I go in there you guys never have lettuce in your “kitchen” for my wrap. Seriously, take charge of your stairs manager and do better.

Stopped here for the chicken and potato wedges. I liked them, but the meal was like warm to cool.!?!? This station does feature free air machine with timer that seems to work most of the time I need to use it for my car. The parking lot is large enough to allow for big vehicles to get into the parking lot like my truck.

After messing up my slider order & giving me stale fries, I was shocked to get a call from their Manager within an hour or two after leaving the compliant via the website. Shockingly, she redid the WHOLE meal for me. So although my experience at first wasn’t the best, their team made it right quickly! I wasn’t expecting anything free, maybe just a replacement/switch out of the slider I ordered & I had just hoped they’d be more watchful of the fries in the fryer lol They’re ALWAYS overdone, but this management team went above & beyond, & quickly too. She also mentioned they’d look into the fryer, & try to keep the fries fresh. That’s awesome customer service! Other than that, this location has great staff whom are friendly & warm to talk to. It’s also a pretty clean location!

Sooo getting gas, pump 6. My car self locks even if the doors are open. Well I left my door open as I pumped gas. See where Im going with this??? My door was ajar but apparently not enough to keep a slight breeze from pushing it juuuuuust enough to make it start to close. In slow motion I reached, too late. Kuh-click....disaster. My phone,keys, MASK, purse all right there sitting in the front seat. Long story short, a WONDERFUL gentleman named Joe works there and let me use his cell phone to call Geico for my emergency road side assistance. He went above and beyond staying with me till I had help on the way. He didnt have to help me but he did. I know he spent his break helping me. THAT is true humanity and customer service. Bless you, Joe. You were sent by God that day. Thank you for answering the call. Whatever they pay you, you deserve a raise. Quality human beings arent easy to come by with good hearts. Thank you, God for Joe.

Coffee low. Need more people for lunchtime. All in all a typical Royal Farms store. No frills here keep moving on. Ive seen much cleaner and better maintained in Texas. Plano, Dallas.

Bought a 15 piece mixed chicken box last night and EVERY breast an thigh was raw in the middle! It was disgusting! I took pictures an plan to contact management

I bought a buffalo chicken sandwich that they made fresh. When I started to eat it in my car on the way home and I almost choked on a chicken bone. There was a chicken bone in the meat. Keep in mind this is a chicken sandwich not wings or drumsticks. It shouldnt have had a bone in it. It barely had any buffalo sauce. Honestly I think a few drops I didnt taste any of it till the middle of the sandwich and only for one or two bites. I was supposed to have lettuce and celery but it hardly had any of that. I also ordered a large mac and cheese. Im pretty sure I got a small. And on top of that it was only half full. Half full but I paid full price. I wasnt happy at all. I would have gone back but I was almost home. I live over an hour away I was just in the area for work. It wasnt busy at all there. I actually was the only one placing an order. The kitchen staff were all standing around and talking, playing on their phones. If it was busy Id actually understand. Ive been there where Ive been so busy Ive made mistakes. Im not angry about the staff standing around and talking playing on phones and stuff. Ive done that when I had nothing to do. I didnt notice all this till I was almost home when I started eating it. Im not at all happy. I was always told that royal farms food was great, that doesnt appear to be the case. Very disappointed, will definitely be telling everyone I know not to eat there.

Legit the only place in/near this city where you can get juul pods for under 20 bucks. Crazy. Their chickens always dry as heck, but their prices are reasonable and the people are friendly.

Just left this store that I have been going to for years. Had to take food back because I didnt get what I paid for but was treated like it was my fault that some employee was not paying attention. 15.00 A HOUR LOL!!!!!!!! I will never step foot in that store again.

Staff today were using profanity, and there were kids around. And the Air machine hasnt worked in months but they have not even put a sign saying out of order yet. If anyone uses it, it will only take air out not put any in. Fix please and Ill adjust my review.

The managers both have attitude, they dont want to help the customers. The store is not stocked the way it should be. Go about a half mile to Wada. You will be glad you did.
