Absolutely the best customer service. AAA has never disappointed me and this visit just made me see why a membership is worth every penny.Had to have some papers notarized and the young lady who helped us went above and beyond in making sure our needs were meet.Even though with my membership I receive free notary my wife is not on my membership so she would actually be charged. The representative added my wife to my membership using a promotion and the notary was free. As well my wife is on my membership free for 6 months.Great service!!

Ok.Whats going on with yall, AAA?Went in to handle some DMV stuff, check in was just fine....however....I sat and watched seven of your employees just yapping and gossiping loudly....and....not helping waiting people.Four back in the DMV section, just hanging out and chatting...even leaning on counters.Three at the front, chatting, gossipping, even overheard talking about other co-workers.Now, normally I dont care. Be relaxed, be chatty at work....its fine.But were still in a pandemic, and people dont want to be inside and building with people any longer than they have to.15 plus minutes....just watching them talk, helping NO ONE.If its break time, maybe they should take their breaks away from the members, and maybe if they arent, they should be working.Also, the masks go OVER THE WHOLE NOSE, not under it.

I called B4 I went, was getting my registration done I just got triple A for the first time she knew that and I asked what form of payment they accepted and she said cash, check,debit and credit card... BUT didnt tell me its a $5 extra charge to use your credit or debit card!

The AAA has been a great service. Although I dont think (unrelated) the towing services are what they used to be. Ive tried (and they failed) to tow my car. Long story, good services, but that ends when it comes to contract services.

Nice friendly, efficient place. Open during Covid-19 crisis observing CDC guidelines. Members can get get their car registration renewal done here...but bring cash or check (credit/debit/ATM cards not accepted). Plenty of disabled parking and accessible.

Very disappointed today with the service. Been going there for a long time. Never had a issue until today. Get there 15 minutes before they close. to get my sticker for registration and they said come back tomorrow. It takes less then a minute.🤦🏽‍♂️ I have timed the process’s many times. I guess its Friday and it’s more important then customer service I guess.

This was my first trip to the Auto Club for their travel agent services. The experience was excellent. If you need the services of a good travel agent I highly recommend their services. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had several different options I needed information about and she was most accommodating. I requested information on train trips, river cruises, and ocean cruises. I will be using their services again. Parking is in the large lot in front of their building and is free.

The Arcadia branch is one of the best, beats DMV by far, I encourage others to join AAA just to save time

Way more convenient then the dmv that is forsure! Quick tip if you are doing anything DMV related it is CASH/CHECK ONLY! All of the other services are fair no real complaints.

Food was overall great. I had TriTip rib combo. The side was the twice baked potato and it was so-so. It needed green onion or bacon or something extra. Onion rings were hard to eat. But tasted very good.Service was perfect.

They are doing very well despite this crazy covid restriction stuff. I got to go in and basically I got two things done and it was a seamless experience it was great

Simply amazing!!! I am overjoyed with the service we received from the entire staff at AAA. Guidnia S was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I have been to two registration services and called 2 more with zero results. Ive been to the dmv website where it says no appointments available. I even went to to dmv office and was told they will not take walk ins?? So even though we were not AAA members they were friendly and helpful. After they told me they could help us with our registration issue. We were happy to become a member so they could complete our registration. Thank you again AAA we really appreciate your help and are happy to join your membership.

Felt very safe from Covid19 and they were all very pleasant and quick service. I would recommend them to everyone and not just for your vehicle I was there to have something notarized and if your a member it is less money than all notary places.

We waited only 5-10imutes. I sold my truck and wanted to transfer the title. The woman behind the counter was professional and timely. The buyer received his new registration and new plates on the spot. Very smooth and quick transaction.

Good insurance company with competitive rates and exceptional service. They also offer a great drivers ed service for kids. Our son just completed it, and passed his driving test with flying colors. Don is the instructor he had, and he was simply fantastic. In a few months, my daughter will get her permit, and we will happily have Don teach her driving skills and safety.

There was a line during my visit but it moved very fast.

A F-150 service truck tried to fight me.. Not professional.. He didnt know im a member. And nothing has been done not even a call back. 👎

I tried to add a vehicle to my car insurance policy and they could not help me. They said my car was TOO NEW.....I waited for 3 days and still nothing. I called another AAA location and got my new car insurance by the next morning. This location needs to retain its staff, Im staying with AAA but Im never coming to this location again.

The best AAA ever! My husband and I walked in with complete grief because the line was almost out the door. We planned on being there for a long period of time. We were COMPLETELY wrong. We checked in and completed everything we needed in 15 minutes. From the time we walked in the door everyone was so sweet. My questions were answered entirely. The agent listened to my husband and I. The cashier was an angel. I will be coming to this auto club.
