Ive used them several times now and Kanto, the owner, is so nice! He gives off the honest, straightforward vibe. You dont ever feel like youre dealing with a sleazy salesman and he doesnt try to upsell you.I love that theyre just a couple blocks away from me, so if I need something taken care of quick, its easy and stress-free.Theyre also really affordable. I just had an overhaul done on one of my cars. It was quick turnaround time and the repairs are guaranteed for a FULL YEAR. Other shops Ive been to only do six months or before a certain milage. Love this shop! A good, honest mechanic is really a diamond in the rough.

The name says it all. They are that and then some. These men are good people who are doing root work. Kanto the owner is the nicest man you’ll ever meet. All the guys that work here are really special people. They knew what was wrong and fixed it. They didn’t take advantage of us or lie. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. No Games, No BS, No Suggestive sales. Just good people helping people. We’re not from here and in most cases we would have been taken advantage of in some places. But not here. I would recommend this place to anyone. Give them a try. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did!

Have to give heart felt thanks to these guys. Yesterday traveling through my check engine light came on and this place was recommended by a local parts store. Was very quick to fix a loose plug and sent us on our way without a bill. Thanks guys. We feel so fortunate it happened where it did.

Really professional and truly honest and reliable mechanics..Canto, Felix, and Ding (i think..sorry forgot the last persons name) and the rest of the crew are just very genuine people and will do whatever they can to help you..they will tell you whats wrong with your vehicle and tell you how important or least important it is to get fix. They will not force it on you nor trick you on getting it done.

This place is great with awesome staff that always show great customer service. They are professional and very experienced on automobiles.

They began to work on my van from 9am. (Probably it was later than 9 because they were waiting parts got arrived.) They changed radiator, 2 belts, and coolant. When they contacted to me to pick up my van, it was 2pm which means it took 5 hours. BUT they charged for 6 hours of work. They did great job, but they charge over price on labor.

This place is a true life saver. I have been ripped off by so many mechanics and I must say, the guy there, I hope I spell his name right, Kanto is just a sweet man. He really tries to help you out by being honest and upfront.Sure, its busy sometimes and you should go early if you can. He has saved me hundreds of dollars that I know other mechanics would have taken from me gladly just because Im a girl.I tell everyone about this place. So happy I found you guys. I literally live right down the street, convenient yes, but I go here not only for that reason but for their excellent work. They address the issue promptly and they treat you with respect. Id recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great mechanic.

This place is very busy and sometimes customers can be left unattended. But the mechanics are honest and reliable. They are fast and only recommend service on things not looking good. Conventional oil change is only $30. Highly recommended if tired of upsell and can go in early or on weekdays.

They are honest reliable and fast. I moved to Arcadia in late 2013 and needed to find a mechanic I could trust. I was blessed that these guys were around the corner. Now that I moved to West LA, I feel that I lost a vital friend. I felt confident with oil changes to a transmission rebuild with them. They are funny and polite. Always callind me Mr. And my last name. Fantastic place even though the first time I went and saw it was connected to a Valero.

Kanto is a great mechanic and knows his stuff! Took the time to get it right and for the right price.

The name says it. The owner is Honest and Reliable, thus they are swamped all the time. I had to go to other mechanics even though Reliable is only 5 mins from my house. If you manage to get your car in, the owner will make an honest assessment, but one can only know so much about cars, I think hes good with Japanese imports, European imports you may have to find mechanics that specialized in these, which you should anyway. There are boba places and chinese restaurants and super market within walking distance while you wait for your car.

I love this place...Kanto and Fernando jumped right in and fixed my car...first time 30.00 to replace a blown hose...NO CHARGE to diagnose...i am from Santa Barbara...to look at your car they charge 90.00 or more dollars...a few days after the hose...my engine light went on i went back and Kanto looked at it and cleaned out something NO CHARGE...they are so sweet...everyone you talk to when you are standing there raves about them...will always take my car to them when in Arcadia.

Ive only been once for a significant oil leak on a late model vehicle that is known for being a difficult car to work on. I could have easily been taken advantage of as Im no mechanic and I was unable to determine the source of the leak. Kanto the owner is a good man who clearly cares. The work for my vehicle lasted all day BUT while I was there I witnessed Kanto and his team take the time to show customers the problems so they could see them with their own eyes, his team really takes the time to answer questions and inform patrons etc. He could have taken me to the bank, I walked away spending significantly less than I had anticipated. Kanto is an intelligent man with a masters in Mechanical engineering from USC, more importantly he was an honest and kind man. He has earned our business for life - even if I move to another city. Would have done 5 stars but there is always room for improvement.
