We had so much fun with the buy 3 get 3 free! I got some beautiful candle holders and some awesome candles. Some for gifts and some for myself. I just always end up getting way too much that goes bad and never gets used after so many years that it gets thrown out. Love this location at the Westfield mall!

I stopped by at this shop last weekend. They were having a sale on the product that I use, their Aromatherapy products were buy 2 and get 2 FREE. I love their products but the Aromatherapy is what I use. Marina was the Sales Associate who assisted me with my purchase. She was friendly, very knowledgeable of her products and very professional. The whole remote ringing up register didn’t work and non of the remote register worked then the receipts took forever to print. I’m happy that I was able to take advantage of the sale and was able to stuck up until the next sale.

I came in got wonderful service I believe his name was Parker! He was jolly! :)

I really love this store n there hand soap

This store is a fraud. STAY AWAY!!!! I picked up online order and instead of giving what I ordered (10 fl oz body wash), I gave me 3 fl oz travel size one. Apparently, ripping people off and the staffs weren’t doing their job. My pick up order was not ready, though I received “pick up order is ready” email. They were not making COVID life better. Now I have to make a trip to the store once more and wear that mask.

I had barely walked into the store. There were no lines so it was safe to assume there was none. One of the workers called me saying “EXCUSE ME SIR WE’RE NOT ACCEPTING ANYONE RIGHT NOW GET IN LINE” with a very rude tone. I had not done or said anything prior so it was infuriating to be treated like so.

There seemed to be a bit of confusion today, but theyve just recently reopened & are redoing all of their holiday stock so its to be expected. Everyone was nice, accommodating, and friendly. They are very efficient getting people through quick and painless.

You guys need to do a better job of giving directions on how to pick up items. I received an email letting me know my items were ready to be picked up, and to look at the bottom of the email for instructions. There was no instructions.So I go to the mall, thinking maybe you just walk-in and pick up. Nope. So I drive around the mall. Nada. I scoured the internet looking for a phone number, it was so difficult to find! They should put the number in the email depending on what store your picking up. Nope. Why would they do that? That would make sense. I finally find the number, and then hear the directions on the voicemail. Ok. I talk to the rep and tell her my issues with the pick up and she basically says, yea, that’s how it is. And then the pick up takes at least 15 minutes!!! I could’ve melted wax and scented it at home, and made my own candles, for as long as this process took me.Anyway, this process sucks, takes longer than it should and is completely unorganized.Be better!

The cashier was very rude and no patience at all while I was trying to use my coupons and she chosed what products I got for free didnt even let me speak. This wasnt the first time but with another cashier, trying to get loud with me...

Great place to shop for candles, perfumes, soup, lotions, and sanitizers.

So I brought my mother for her birthday and told her I would buy her a gift from here. Long story short, once we got to the cashier I realized I let my VS card at home. I was under the impression that as long as I had my ID, or DL that they could look up my account. I end not being able to my mother anything because I was looking forward to using my cc.....it put me in a tight spot .. I was so embarrassed. Bad service

I must admit that I love their handsoaps and body washes. The selection here is enormous. Luckily they have friendly staff to help guide you through their seasonal and classic products. They also have an app that keeps you up to date with any promotional activity.

I guess one of your customer service people must have had a bad x-mas or over worked Angie Ang at your Santa Anita mall. She was very very rude!, I feel Im one of your best customers and for this reason I just might stay away from shopping there while she is working there. Otherwise if she is not there I will shop.

Even though it was busy, the line moved quickly and sales staff were helpful. They even let us use an expired coupon to get a free item. Yay for great customer service!

First no parking long lines to pay I normally I dont shop on the holidays but my son wanted to go but overall store is nice and clean.

Employees are always help you if you need it, and they are willing to help you out. Not to mention, the shower gels and lotions have a nice smell and are good quality in general. Its very worth it to go to their semi annual sale, as their summer and Christmas goods go 75% off, and everything else go to 50% (unless its their travel size or sanitizer, which have their own deals).

The soap sale was why I came there on a Saturday. However, their line problem just about had me leave and not buy anything. I dont care how good of a sale there maybe, if you dont think customers first, I will never purchase from there. They had 2 separate lines which were not equal, but they were trying to get people to go on both lines so it wouldnt look as long. The problem with that was as they did have equal amount of cash registers for each line. That made several people angry including myself. They try to say oh well we are sorry, but they wouldnt do anything about it. That is not thinking about the customers first and that will drive me away each in every time. In fact, I told the manager I will not come back until you change the problem you have with your lines. It is not acceptable and not fair to the customers. Avoid the store until they start thinking about the customers first. Right now, all it looks like is that they care about making money.

Lines are long for no apparent reason. People leaving store but no one entering store.
