Ive been shopping at Cosmo prof in Arcadia for the last five years. The service has been fantastic. Everyone is very helpful. I have been in the business for over 30 years and I have shopped at a lot of beauty supply stores over the years. So I know what Im saying when I say I highly recommend the Arcadia location.

Licensed beauty pros can only shop here. I love it here the staff is really nice and I go in and out quickly and if I need anything last min it is a few min away so super convenient

We just went to purchase some coloring and the worker was so rude and almost fight with us for no reason, we are student for cosmetology and we need help . He look at us like trash and almost kicked us . So disappointed
