I went to several other stores today with my mom. Customer service was not good. We came to this store and they were enthusiastic, helpful, and kind. Thank you Eric and Derek for your outstanding customer service.

Excellen and nice place

Good store but bad customer service. Took almost 20 minutes for me to receive a shoe from an employee. He was busy taking pictures and dancing to music on his phone. Also kept taking his mask off.

I knew they have restock for AJ1 last Wednesday, so I asked my friend to buy one. One worker helped her to check the style she wanted, and they told her they do have it. Then, manager told the worker to tell my friend they don’t have any... Then, my friend walked away and she came back in 5 minutes decided to buy something else. She saw a Asian man was buying like all 30-50 pairs of the shoe that my friend wanted 5 minutes ago. So, they are cheating on customers and manager is getting some dirty under the table which it’s very illegal. My friend took a picture and want to do something about it. Don’t come to this place, all cheaters!

Love coming to this shoe palace. Workers are always on top of their game and make sure youre being helped no matter what time of the day it is. The manager is also a cool guy always trying to make sure people get what they need. Definitely would recommend this shoe store
