I had broken the receiver wire on my hearing aide when it got tangled in a face mask ear loop. When I called my long time audiologist (30+ years), I found out that he had closed his business. Not knowing how I was going to get it repaired, I called the manufacturer and they referred me to Connect Hearing. Linda answered my call and suggested I come in at my convenience so she could look at my hearing aide. She was able to fix it in a few short minutes. I then scheduled an appointment with Jennifer Crespo the audiologist and she was very thorough with my testing and reassuring as my new chosen audiologist. As my hearing aides are 10 years old 😲, Jennifer educated me on the current technology. She is now guiding me through the process of getting a new pair.It’s so reassuring to know I have a great new team to take care of my hearing needs.

It was a little confusing for me to find at first because the office is located in a strip mall. However, that meant that there was a lot of parking available and I didnt have to pay for it! Both the receptionist and the doctor were very helpful and kind. I would definitely come here again.The only thing I think other people should be warned about/aware of is that the room where you do the hearing test is very small -- smaller than my refrigerator at home! -- so if anyone has claustrophobia, they should call before scheduling an appointment and see if there is another testing space available.

Jennifer is my audiologist and a miracle worker. I am 48 years old and I came to Connect Hearing a year ago with a diagnosis of Menieres Disease. I had significant hearing loss. I am young and a speech therapist. I NEED to hear for my livelihood and for my quality of life. My insurance denied my claim. Through Connect Hearing, I have two amazing Phonak Hearing Aids! My life is so much better! My hearing aids are so high tech! They are Bluetooth and I can control them with an APP on my phone!! Jennifer always help me with any problem I have. She is professional and sweet. Jennifer is calm and intelligent. She also helped me with Care Credit, so I have an affordable payment plan. I am so grateful Connect Hearing in my life!

Very courteous and friendly staff. They are very good at what they do. I normally don’t write reviews unless I am very badly treated by a business or received great (beyond awesome) service. I have been there a number of times for my parents. These guys will give you great service. You won’t be disappointed.

If you need hearing aids this is the place to get them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and want you to be happy with your choice of hearing aid. In addition, we never feel rushed when were there . . . which is important as mom is 91.Also, they have saved us money by advising us not to jump to replacement of a lost hearing aid too quickly...to give it a week or so to show up. Both times moms hearing aid was found within a day or two of my calling Connect Hearing to find out what the replacement cost would be, but because they advised us to wait to see if it showed up, we havent had to pay for a replacement.Finally, when you leave a message you can expect to be called back in a timely manner. The staff sincerely wants to help you with your concern. I cant say enough good things about the staff at Connect Hearing.

Needing hearing aids for the first time, I called several different stores, and was disappointed by the manner in which I was treated on the phone. Making an appointment with Connect Herring in Arcadia was easy, and my first-timer anxiety was lost once I steeped into the office and was greeted warmly by Katie. i was soon working with Jennifer on hearing tests etc. The entire experience was friendly, personable and very professional. Superb service, as I found to my delight after visiting six other hearing aid stores in our Pasadena area. The other shops salespeople were polite, but were eager to sell rather than taking time to explain various models without pressing me to buy. Jennifer Crespo at Connect gives unhurried service, describing different options and answering my questions completely and clearly. I purchased two years ago, and have returned for help several times with happy results. Though the Arcadia location is over an hours round trip from me, parking is easy, the people in reception always friendly, and Jennifers calm, patient, professional service makes the visit very pleasant each time. I greatly appreciate her fine customer service.

I am always glad to go there, when I need, because everyone there, at the Huntington office in Arcadia, are very nice people, having tons of patience and understanding. Very friendly and helping. And I can say now, they brought me back to my trails that I thought I lost due to loss of hearing.

The ladies that work for Connect Hearing are so nice. Linda is so welcoming. Since Linda is bilingual, she is able to help my grandma who speaks very little English. Linda and Jennifer are so patient with her and take their time. Jennifer, the audiologist at the clinic, is very knowledgeable and takes her time to answer all our questions.

This place is very special to us. My mom who’s been struggling to hear for years has finally found someone who cared enough to sift though the system to see if her insurance can cover her hearing aid. We’ve been seen by a number of clinics but they didn’t even take the time to help us or point us to the right direction... At Connect Hearing in Arcadia, they treat us with the same kindness and gentleness each and every time we go which you normally don’t see in clinics. It is different from the usual polite civility you get from personnel in a clinic, theirs is a genuine kindness that is really refreshing! Apart from that, Jennifer is very good at what she does. They make sure the schedules of patients aren’t overlapping that’s why every time we go, we don’t wait long in the waiting area and that for me is soooo important! In case you have hearing concerns this is the place to go!

The staff is very Helpful with Seniors and Very Patient and listen to their needs. They always take the time to make you feel that you are a person and not just another patient.
