I personally thought it was a waste of time I think they should have asked me my insurance before I came . considering they do not accept medical

I love this place. I bought my aid six years ago, a middle of the road price, behind the ear type. Its still working great! They had a five year warranty. I broke one and they gave me a replacement for free. They have a Great staff and I couldnt be more happy with them,

This is my first time use of the hearing aid, and the staff in this place are super super nice ! Thanks to you, Nick and Briee ( sorry if I spell it wrong) ! They take very good care of me, and Nick is very knowledgeable with the devices that I bought and he takes me gradually to it and paired it for me with my iPhone and taught me patiently of all the perks that are there! Absolutely wonderful! I totally recommend this place, especially for the first time user. Thank you again! Nick and Briee! THUMBS HIGH UP!

THE ARCADIA OFFICE IS FANTASTIC !! BARAIH HAS BEEN A MIRACLE FOR MY HUSBAND, HE HAD VERY POOR HEARING DO TO SHOOTING SHOTGUNS MOST OF HIS LIFE W/O EAR PROTECTION ....BARAIH WAS VERY PATIENT W MY HUSBAND W ADJUSTING SOUND LEVELS, FITTINGS SHE HAS AN ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING !! I CANT THANK HER ENOUGH...NOW I HAVE A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE BEING ABLE TO TALK W MY HUSBAND AND KNOW HE IS HEARING ME THE FIRST TIME AROUND... THANK YOU ACCUQUEST, AND BIGGEST THANKS TO BARAIH!!
